Negative experience: Did not bother to return my web site inquiry but put me on their email spam list. Not impressed with the customer service.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Pamela for about 1.5 months and have felt tremendous positive changes! Weight loss, much better mood and getting to the root of digestive issues. To the reviews that are complaining about cost I get it, at first I was overwhelmed but it’s an investment in your health and worth every penny! If it was super cheap I wouldn’t be taking it seriously and wouldn’t be seeing the life changing benefits. Thank you Pamela I’m looking forward to reaching new heights!

Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed with my service and experience with this organization. Pamela told me that she had a hundred percent success rate when I started. She charges about $180 per visit and every time she meets with you she sells more supplements. I spent over $5,000 with her over 10 months, with zero success. She would only listen to any complaints if you pay her an hourly fee. After I left ,I chose to go to a nutrition store to got some great products for under $100. The entire experience with Connor was very disappointing and discouraging.

Fantastic experience: I am surprised by the negative reviews of Pamela and Connor Wellness Clinic. I had a great experience. The blood analysis was very insightful & was a good starting point. It cued Pamela in to what might be happening in my body and then she was able to narrow in on which lab testing I should do. On top of that I was able to spend more than an hour with her going over every detail of my health history. My insurance ended up not covering my lab tests (which I figured they would not), but at my appointment she discussed if that were to happen it would default to the lab’s cash pay prices, which I felt was very reasonable. The testing gave her so much information and she was able to prescribe the supplements & dietary changes that would help me the most. As far as her personality… I like it. She is straight forward and will give you truthful answers. She is there to help you make changes not to make excuses for your health, which is how I took it. I personally like her forward ness and it does not bother me. I would definitely recommend her despite some of the negative reviews.

Fantastic experience: I had been looking for a functional medicine practitioner for a long time but everybody was booked up, then covid-19 hat and they were more booked up. I finally found Pamela Conner. I have to say I am completely overwhelmed with happiness. Pamela has been kind, understanding, not judgmental at all and very knowledgeable. She knows a lot about what is happening with my body more than I do as I am regaining my health. Every result that I have gotten has come from a lab test. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to get one's Health back as well as energy, happiness, and my figure! I feel probably 20 years younger if not more (I am 66 yrs old). I feel very encouraged by getting more sleep, my hair is not falling out the way it was, and I have lost 10 lb out of the 20 that I hoped to lose. I am still on my way. I was ready for the idea of paying for visits and tests but I have to say everything is reasonable and needed. One thing that I am getting that I can take with me after I am no longer seeing her is a healthy routine and a lot more knowledge about what I need to maintain my health. I probably prize what I am getting out of this more because of developing some serious health challenges about 5 years ago that caused me to gain weight and lose my good health. I knew I needed a guide for regaining my health from the inside out and that is what I have found. I cannot recommend Pamela highly enough!

Negative experience: Yesterday, I visited the Connor Wellness Clinic and felt like the entire visit was a psychic reader with subpar experience trying to sell me sessions and lab testing kits. I was charged $250 for a consultation. I had completed all of my pre-appointment medical forms, provided labs from my medical facility, but had decided not completed the so called contract. Contact?? I want to know what you provide before and if I go into contact with anyone. I was told, by Pamela Connor, in the middle of my consultation, that she was not going to resume without the contract being completed. Humm! Didn't you charge my card over the phone for the consultation? Yes! How about creating a policy instead of a contact for consultations? I am afraid what Pamela Connor will do with all of my personal information and this so called signed contact for a consultation. She basically reiterated to me my issues I conveyed to her. Also, I felt like she may have felt as though she is more superior than I, but I am not going to go down that road because this review is about my visit and experience at the Connor Wellness Clinic not my personal opinion. I also wished there had been a price list or brochures available because the prices seemed to be made up as we conversed. Professionalism!?! humm! Also, I was asked if I am familiar with mitochondria as if it were assumed that I was not capable of knowing, have heard, or understood its name or meaning, but the assumption was INCORRECT. Don't ever judge a book by its cover because I am just as familiar with the word as you are from a formal and informal platform, Pamela. I will never go back to Connor Wellness Clinic for service based on my customer service experience, the mediocre consultation for $250, and strong focus on sales versus healing. Fantastic experience: Pamela is knowledgeable and thorough. She helped me manage my hormones naturally after testing and though supplementation. She also figured out my chronic constipation. Fun topics I know. I can honestly say my quality of life has improved after my visits with Pamela. She also has helped me with boosting my immune system--I hardly ever get sick anymore and when I do, I knock it out almost immediately when I follow her advice!

Negative experience: Do your research please before going to Pamela's office, don't trust her when she says your lab testing will be mostly covered by the medical insurance. I believed her and now am stuck with the bills. They also charge your credit card for the visit like 2 weeks prior to the appointment. Feels like everything is about money in her office, never a free advice. Check the reviews on Yelp before you go!

Fantastic experience: If you attempt to follow current heath trends, you will notice immediately that experts in the fields of exercise, nutrition, medicine, supplements, diet, sleep, aging, and mental acuity regularly contradict one another (and themselves). I came to Pamela with a large shopping bag full of supplements recommended by researchers such as Dr.Oz to Tim Ferris, Steven Gundry, Tom OBryan, Dave Asprey, David Perlmutter, Paul Chek, Dale Bredesen and many more. I had no idea if any of the supplements were helping. I didnt know if and where I needed help. I was wondering if fat was good or bad. Were Bulletproof coffee, meat, lectins, mushroom extracts, stress, carbs, salmon, eggs, running, baby aspirin, statins good or bad? How much sleep did I really need? The only thing that I really knew was that I felt pretty good and wanted to stay that way as I got older. Pamela answered many of those questions. She identified areas where my body is showing signs of damage due to poor habits. She designed a plan to reverse that damage. She holds me accountable to the plan. If you want an educated partner in your health journey, I recommend Connor Wellness Clinic.

Fantastic experience: Pamela has been my health and nutrition guru for years. She is an absolute expert in her field and more focused on being a partner in health than providing a “quick fix.” I specifically appreciate the science she uses to address concerns. She makes it an individual, personalized experience. Based on her recommendations, I have made subtle, progressive, positive adjustments to my nutrition for long term health. Her approach is kind, direct and supportive.

Fantastic experience: If healthy lives matter I suggest you start here. I’ve known Pamela for 8 years and she has never been wrong. I was guessing at which supplements to take but no longer. She knows the facts and is clear in her explanation as to what works and why. My blood pressure was getting away from me but is now under control. She takes the time to communicate with her clients which is what I don’t get from my GP who has me in and the door in 15 minutes with little if any explanation and typically is only medicating the symptoms and not the cause. Pamela looks at the total individual and not just a piece of the puzzle. Irecommend her highly to anyone. George Armbruster
