Negative experience: So far ive only had experiences with the dental and WIC. My son is 1.5 and i have been using the WIC program since I was pregnant. There may have been only 1 time that the receptionist was NICE to me. Every other time everyone is so rude and nasty. The nurse practitioners on staff are ALWAYS pleasant and friendly but i have not gotten the same nurse practitioner yet. Every visit is a new nurse. Today i had a dental appt at 4:30 and WIC appt at 1:30. I was told on the phone from the dental to check in and see if maybe my son can be squeezed in at the time that im there for my wic appt so I dont have to make a second trip. Good customer service on her part. But when i got in and told the lady at the desk she clearly first off did not want to help me. And could not understand what I was saying about dental but had an attitude and said “we are not dental” the communication was very off. I then go to dental and was ignored for a few minutes and finally had to be the one to initiate conversation. I explained at dental what i was trying to do and nothing. Not a single word but she clearly was helping me. I then asked if i can fill out the paperwork while im at the wic appt and she just looked at me. Just stared. I had to clarify “i have a wic appt right now when would i be able to see the dentist” she looked super annoyed and said “now” . so that made me not want to keep my appt. I never have a good experience with the front desk girls and its sad that i dont want to use this program anymore even though it helps me son.

Negative experience: I took my toddler to their dentist office they have there, a while back & had an unpleasant experience with the dentist who made disrespectful comments while she was examining my child so I figured I would just stop using them for dental services only. However today (2-26-24) I went in for my toddler's WIC appointment & one of the receptionists had a disrespectful attitude from the beginning. Didn't bother saying "I'll be right with you" or acknowledged us whatsoever despite us waiting patiently in front of her window. After a few minutes she asked in a rude tone if I had an appointment & when I confirmed that I did she proceeded saying that it wasn't until another date even though I had just called that morning to confirm. When she did find our appointment time, she continued speaking to me with a disrespectful tone. I wasn't told I needed to bring documents for every single visit so they had to reschedule us, which wasn't the issue. The issue was the arrogant way she came off when explaining this to me especially when saying "it's not our responsibility to remind you what to bring, it's your responsibility." There are other more professional ways of explaining this without being rude. This is definitely not a way to speak to someone & a very unprofessional way of doing their job. Not worth coming to this office when I'm going to be mistreated this way & when evidently some of the staff lack respect/politeness towards others.

Fantastic experience: Always so helpful, friendly staff, offers helpful classes as well. As a first time mother it has definitely made my life easier when it comes to my child because now I'm educated on how to react and do when something happens to her and to look for signs in my daughters behavior to figure out what's wrong. I love this place !!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist facilities ever. The staff here is incredibly kind and gentle with the children. The dentists are amazing and we love visiting once every 6 months.
