Fantastic experience: I feel so fortunate to be able to book regular massages with Alissa Priestly. She is honestly the absolute best massage therapist in every way. You can feel from her that she enjoys the work she does very much and that she knows so much about what your body needs through her touch. She never leaves you uncomfortable; she makes sure your arms are tucked in and not strained, puts together soothing essential oils, and makes sure you are able to relax. I work out consistently and find regular massage with Alissa helping me to stay capable in workouts. My friend and husband are both regulars, too! Book her, you will be SO glad you did-- and if you can't book your chosen day/time, it's me, I've booked out for the next 6 months!

Positive experience: Editing my review since Carolyn moved on and there is now a new massage therapist who doesn't work very well with long term clients. Carolyn is one of the best massage therapists I’ve been to, and I’ve tried out many. I see her for therapy to help with tendinitis & chest, head, hand relief triggered by too many hours in front of a computer in the same position. She is able to pinpoint the exact source of the tension & relieve it with a firm, yet not painful, touch. Trust me, whatever health condition you might have that needs relief, or if you just need relief from anxiety & overall tension, she is the one to see. You won’t be disappointed. As a matter of fact, you’ll leave feeling like nothing in the world can bust your relaxed happy bubble of calm, peace, and tranquillity!

Fantastic experience: Carolyn have a great hands, providing relaxing and calming massage. My son who is 6 years old had his first massage with Carolyn and straight after it was done he asked when will be the next time.

Fantastic experience: Carolyn does massage therapy on my horse. Over the past six months I have noticed increased range of motion in his shoulders and overall flexibility in his motion. Fantastic experience: I turned to Cary Integrative Health for massage therapy. I had begun regular work-out sessions at a local gym and developed back spasms and muscle "knots" as a result of the increased use of underutilized muscle groups. The sessions focus on deep tissue massage, breaking down connective fascia that keep the muscles from moving smoothly, and increasing joint mobility. In reality, the sessions are part of an overall approach to strengthening, increased mobility, and improved functioning. I think Carolyn Bird has been especially receptive to being a part of the overall fitness plan I am undertaking.
