Fantastic experience: I started going to Live Unprocessed about a year ago - I recommend this place to nearly everyone I meet. They have so many unique and thoughtfully curated flows / experiences. The community they've built is one I absolutely cherish. 10000% recommend this place!
Fantastic experience: Such a hidden gem of a place! We did a mom's night out to the Accupuncture & Sound Bath and it was such an amazing experience. We all left feeling so refreshed. The instructors and space are top notch. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I tried my first yoga class in over 10 years and I can't wait to go back! Alissa from Live Unprocessed was excellent. Her instructions were easy to follow and I felt recharged when I left. The studio is beautiful, with Versluis Lake visible right out the windows.
It was great meeting you! So glad you had an incredible experience with Alissa and are now back to your practice. Looking forward to seeing you in the studio again soon. ~ Shannon
Fantastic experience: Absolutely beautiful studio with the most picturesque and tranquil view. There's a broad selection of class offerings, workshops and events. The teachers are knowledgeable, kind, and so warm. The community is what gets me every time--please see for yourself. Go and feel that you belong. It's such a beautiful thing!
Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of participating in the mom & baby class with Alissa! It was phenomenal and Alissa is such a warm and caring instructor. I would recommend this class to any new mamas. It is low pressure and supportive and a great way of self care for mamas and bonding with the babes!
Thank you, Rachel, for sharing your experience and for sharing with us this sacred phase of motherhood. We love seeing you at the studio and are also grateful for Alissa & the opportunity to be part of your growing mama & baby circle.
Fantastic experience: A welcoming studio! I enjoyed my Sunday evening Restorative class.
