Even if you stop in just for one of their health shakes or other drinks designed for energy, recovery and more..your day will start of right.

Fantastic experience: I've had the pleasure in helping Brian out for his boxing at my place, and he was a blast to work with. I thought I'd return the favor and visit his gym! An amazingly clean facility as all gyms should be, well laid out. Even better a very welcoming group. I got my work out in, and was pushed very hard to what I could do. They expect you to go at your pace! If you need a break, take a break. If you need a breather, take one, but get right back at it. The work outs were simple, but tough to master and the instructors kept it fun and motivated everyone. I've been slacking and will be back soon. I recommend this place to check it out, as you have nothing to lose with their trial program!

Fantastic experience: I visited Bod-e for 3 days while visiting home during the holidays. This facility is so great. The trainers are extremely welcoming, friendly, motivating and helpful. I can't wait to move back to WI this year so I can join this facility and get my butt kicked! I just had a HORRIBLE experience with a so-called "bootcamp" here in Columbus, OH so trust me when I say... spend the money and go to this amazing facility.
