5 years ago Fantastic experience: CTF is a small gym, but has everything you need and more. I really enjoy working out with the JP team there. You get a very well thought out circuit style training, and Redford is there to make sure your form is right. You’re in and out in under an hour, but your whole body got pumped.
5 years ago Fantastic experience: This gym is awesome good equipment good environment and good music, the JP team is a great circuit workout. I would highly recommend taking it and have always had great experiences here.
7 years ago Positive experience: Small GYM. Great people. I came here with my company for a team building exercise it was a lot of fun. John and Derek made us do some fun activities. I think if you do group work outs this place is fun but other then that you are limited on equipment but enough to get a good workout in. This place has trained a lot of NFL kickers and players in general.
