Fantastic experience: I've had an amazing experience training with Tanya! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and motivating. Every session is challenging yet enjoyable, and I've seen real progress in my strength, energy, confidence, and overall well-being. My friends and I are also looking forward to participating in her group counseling sessions surrounding perimenopause. She is a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist and is very knowledgeable around the subject, which is just one of her many specialties. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch personal trainer!

Fantastic experience: I first met Tanya years ago when she became my nutritional coach, and I can’t recommend her enough. In the beginning, it was more about learning general nutrition and which foods I could swap to make meals healthier while still tasting good. Since then, we have gone into more detail for gut health and hormone nutrition. Really, there is no topic Tanya is not knowledgeable about. At every follow-up session, I bring all my questions, and Tanya will take the time to make sure I understand every answer. Recently, I had been experiencing perimenopause symptoms and didn’t even know it. It was Tanya who suggested that I might be going through perimenopause and see my doctor about it. From there, with her knowledge and genuine care, I have really been able to understand what my body is going through and what nutritional needs I have. Tanya knows a lot about all stages of menopause and provides support tailored to each stage. With Tanya, every session is personalized to your needs. That’s what makes her coaching so valuable. She listens carefully and adjusts her approach to fit my needs and concerns. The follow-up sessions are especially helpful because they ensure I feel supported and can adjust my plan as needed. Having this kind of personalized care has made my experience smoother and more empowering.

Fantastic experience: Tanya has an amazing way with working with people. She is so caring and kind, but can be firm and super informative when necessary. She is very well experienced in the world of nutrition and fitness, as well as always keeping her work plans/modules/sessions up-to-date, as well as diverse. From resistance training to text to aerial fitness, Tanya comes with many tools in her belt. You can tell she loves what she does and always wants to be better herself to help you reach your goals. Nothing is ever impossible. Tanya always puts the client first and is always willing to listen to suggestions. Any space she's in is a great one.

Fantastic experience: Tanya is a great coach and personal trainer. She is thoughtful, compassionate and works with individual client's body. I have trained with Tanya for a long time and she has been able to modify the workouts on the fly based on my individual capacity. Fantastic experience: Tanya is no ordinary personal trainer. She takes the time to truly understand your body type and goes above and beyond to customize a session that is personalized just for you. She strikes a good balance between pushing you to achieve more than you think you can do and listens to what is not working. Additionally, a big part of good health is nutrition. Tanya will create a customized nutrition plan tailored to you and then she follows up to make sure you are sticking to the program. I cannot say enough about her professionalism, understanding, and motivation! I highly recommend Tanya as she truly cares for her clients and her work.

Fantastic experience: Tanya is patient and kind. She encourages you to push your limits and celebrates your every achievement as if it's her own. She tailors your workouts based on your capabilities, and more importantly, your preferences. Tanya is also familiar with many different workout styles- she can teach you to dance, increase your flexibility, improve your stamina, or increase muscle definition and strength. All while laughing with you, crying with you, and making you feel like family.
