Negative experience: I think she lacks empathy. Broke my wrist right before the food diary. For two weeks in an elbow splint, one week in a half cast, then 4 weeks in a wrist cast. My husband does not prepare food, I cannot eat out due to numerous food allergies and inability to tolerate any vegetables. She looked at my food diary of sandwiches and chips, the only food I was able to prepare and tolerate; then, basically said seeing me again I was a waste of time. It has taken me years to get the courage to see a dietician because I thought I would be judged and belittled, and that is exactly what happened. Completely judgemental with no consideration to people's living situation or physical limitations. Especially when presented with a recent, acute, ADL limiting injury of the wrist. She is friendly but I basically left on the verge of tears.

Fantastic experience: Staff is always friendly when I arrive and when leaving they make sure everything went well during visit and are helpful in answering any questions. Jessica Lagoo was very informative and patient with my questions, kept it living and friendly while still being professional.
