Fantastic experience: Amazing locally owned gym. Has everything you need from free weights to cardio cardio machines, and everything in between. Even has a little sauna. Being 24/7 is a huge plus. Always up kept and clean!

Positive experience: Decent gym and equipment but realize there is a $150 cancellation fee for any reason other than leaving Abilene. Also requires a 30-day notice.

Fantastic experience: This place is great. Plenty of space, but small enough to feel a since of community. Tim, the owner, is great. Always greets you in the gym. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rates aren't bad, especially for 24 hour access. There are two locations, both are recommended as highly as the other. If you're looking for a good gym, good equipment and a good atmosphere, Firehouse is the place for you.
