Fantastic experience: The experience I have had on this journey (losing weight ) it’s being wonderful , I could say I have lost weight and learn more about my health and my ability to eat healthier . Excellent customer service from every single person in the office, Front desk are the best in customer service , calling to confirm appointments and greeting you when you leave and being accessible to change your appointments with no problem. 100/100 from my experience.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my doctor to see a dietitian and felt really anxious about acknowledging my diagnosis and approaching the foods compatible with my treatment plan, but I was paired with an amazing dietitian, Mr. Joel Betancourt, who has truly helped guide me through this process. He is incredibly knowledgeable and explains concepts I’ve struggled with in a clear, approachable way, while also being very empathetic and supportive. I genuinely appreciate our sessions and always leave feeling more confident and understood. I look forward to continuing my work with him. Thank you, Joel!

Negative experience: Horrible Front service!!The first time we were there and the last, people had time to laugh about others weight and what they wear, that kind of comment hurt people like us with overweight and obesity issues.That kind of statement is offensive.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience as a first timer going to see a dietician very friendly staff mr Joel Betancourt is extremely professional and knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and explain very well! I’m completely satisfied with my results just been on a healthy eating and exercise plan for two weeks and already lost 3 1/2 pounds! I absolutely recommend Joel Betancourt! Fantastic experience: The front desk staff are amazing and accurate!!! Their very understanding as well as when you have to change appointment they will do it with no ugly additude.. we need more staff like this with other doctors...Mrs Betancourt has a great team.... Mrs Betancourt is also very understanding and is percent and loves her patients ❤️.....

Fantastic experience: I like that they send text and call to confirm appointments. Mrs. Sandra Bentacourt is amazing and staff is friendly. Mrs. Bentacourt takes her time with every patient and gets to know you to individualize our new healthy eating habits. My wife and I go with her she is very honest and to the point. I love that she always encourages us and makes us accountable for what we put in our body. I love love that they have a Zumba class for those of us who need the exercise. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I have been seen Sandra for a few years now. She has taught me how to maintain a healthy diet. Her recommendations are very easy to follow and I enjoy her high energy.

Negative experience: Spent weeks trying to get ahold of them. They specifically asked for a referral with all my diagnosis. After waiting a month and a half I finally get a appointment and it's at 9:45 am. When I get there I'm filling out all the paperwork and the receptionist tells me they won't cover it because I have a dietician at the dialysis center and my insurance won't cover it. After all the phone calls and the referral with the diagnosis they finally figure it out. Thr receptionist also took forever to explain. This place is so disorganized and not worth the hype.

Fantastic experience: Mrs. Betancourt is blunt yes, but not rude. My daughters are losing weight every month by learning new eating habbits. We love it here!

Negative experience: I didn't even get a chance to go to this dietitian, I only received the referral. I received a call from staff saying oh yes, we take your insurance, but sometimes they don't pay. They proceded with asking me if I would pay if they did not pay out for APPROVED insurance, defeating the purpose of having insurance. I'm disappointed as there are not many dietitians in Brownsville.

Positive experience: I’ve been trying to get an appointment for me and my daughter for the past two weeks. The last time I received a message from them I had provide my insurance card to verify eligibility. I’ve called several times but no return calls. They need a secretary to answer their phone and communicate with customers. ☹️ I’m still at waiting.!!☺️

Fantastic experience: There is nobody else that will make losing weight that easy. She gives you a unique plan for your needs. My children love her and the way she talks to them, makes them feel safe and motivated to eat healthy.
