Negative experience: I have been trying for weeks to get through to these people over the phone. Each time it will ring and then hang up,almost like their intentionally disconnecting the call. I also have walked past there coming from OB appointments and their not that busy to have to hang up on people. If you don't like dealing with the public or helping people find another job!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: This is the worst office you can go to trying to get benefits the staff is always rude with attitudes they need to find people who actually like their jobs

Negative experience: I called so many times and instead of putting me on hold it will just ring for the longest before it hangs up and it’s very frustrating I have a baby and I’m struggling bad I need help man

Negative experience: KEEPS DECLINING MY CALLS INSTEAD OF PUTTING IT ON HOLD THIS PLACE NEEDS SUED

Fantastic experience: This is a busy office so expect to wait, the wait for us wasnt actually too bad and we were in and out just a little over an hour with a morning appointment. My child has autism and it was a really rough time for him being there and going through the process, but they really had encouraging words, were completely understanding, and even offered we stay up front where there is less traffic than the waiting room so he can feel more comfortable than being around everyone and can have him run about. I know it wasn't easy for them at times, but they truly accepted and acknowledged him, and were completely tolerant. When we went to the back going over his health, nutrition, and education they were completely understanding of his needs and understood why certain tasks would be more difficult for him. Although I had my stress of chasing him around, they really did help lessen it with their accommodations. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I love Tammy make sure y’all give her a raise she’s awesome tell her Brayden Griffin’s mom said so and she absolutely ADORES my baby love her for her caring and loving ways

Negative experience: This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I was insulted as soon as I walked up to the desk. My facial expressions showed I was in shock and I didn't receive an apology but a big embarrassment. I do not recommend them very unprofessional and tacky! Wish I could talk to a supervisor!

Negative experience: The old colored lady with short hair is rude as hell. She has a smart mouth and no respect for others. She has an attitude with every word and I truly believe she is going to run you guys down or meet the right person and get beat up smh it’s sad to say but she literally has has the most ugly personality I have ever seen smh she obviously don’t like her job and needs a new one

Negative experience: Long wait lady with short black hair is very rude.
