Negative experience: I was very dissatisfied with the service and advised the owner the plan wasn't for me after two weeks of not going due to health concerns. She got extremely irritated and disrespectful when I told her to cancel my subscription. She's still billing my credit card daily! No Stars because attitude is key to a successful business.
Hello Robbie. Thank you for your review. This review is contrary to all of the positive posts and reviews you gave us on Facebook and Instagram during your time at our gym.
Your account has not been billed daily from us. Your account was not up to date before your cancellation and was sent to collections due to your refusal to bring your account current.
As stated to you before your cancellation was valid but you had a balance prior to your cancellation that needs to be tended to.
Our staff has never been disrespectful to you. We provided you with free services to you and your family and because of how satisfied you were with our free classes you proceeded to make an investment in our services. We would appreciate it if your review reflected what has transpired between us.
We gave you a 2 week extension to bring your account current which you agreed to and now that the deadline has come to pass you’re unsatisfied with our business.
It seems that our standard business structure has made you unsatisfied with our services. Hopefully you can find a gym that better suits your needs.
Fantastic experience: Mandisa is an amazing trainer! She truly listens to you and is so knowledgeable about her field. Receiving training from her is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Give her a try, you won’t regret it!
