Negative experience: I was very dissatisfied with the service and advised the owner the plan wasn't for me after two weeks of not going due to health concerns. She got extremely irritated and disrespectful when I told her to cancel my subscription. She's still billing my credit card daily! No Stars because attitude is key to a successful business.
