Negative experience: I am so disappointed I love the smoothie here I think it's better then smoothie king. But Friday as usual I come to get my favorite smoothie...waiting in back of a car at the drive thru window I look up to see and employee passing a dog from the window to the car waiting out side. I have nothing against dogs but I don't think it belong in a food establishment especially coming from it's drive thru window! I will not be going back. I am so disappointed

Fantastic experience: All directions to delicious I just don't know what you're missing you don't need to go out there and find out what's your favorite flavor is and let them fix it and let you enjoy it and anytime you have anything is hurting on y'all or y'all need to lose weight or gain weight they have the medicine for you and if you want to mix it to your house just asked them and they show you the power to buy and everything else you can mix it to your house and let me tell you that are awesome I don't have time to eat breakfast all the time or lunch and let me tell you I always stop there every time I go there or if I go to Walmart or if I go to cricket that is my stop please how is my step please

Negative experience: Their google number doesnt work. Asked for 2 smoothies. - 1 with peanut butter 1 without. I asked which was which and was told the cups were marked. Our foreign exchange student is allergic to peanuts and took a sip of the wrong drink because it was marked wrongly. She had an allergic reaction and her throat swelled up. We were the only patrons there. They werent busy, and there was no reason for the mixup... i usually visit twice a week. The wrong number in google is crazy. I cant even call to make sure this doesnt happen to the next person

Negative experience: Always love the shakes in Lafayette and Crowley, but this is my third time at the Breaux Bridge location and the second time that I get a shake that tastes like water. I’ll be sure to skip this location next time I’m around.

Positive experience: I have been going here everyday for the past six months (sometimes multiple times a day) I always get the same thing (large banana split smoothie with a scoop of protein). I have always received GREAT service....that changed today. New guy, opened the window and you could just feel the attitude coming off of him. Tried to charge me more than what I've paid over a hundred times. Then he would not accept my fully punched out loyalty card (I've redeemed dozens of them with no issue.) While I will continue to frequent this establishment, I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THAT ONE EMPLOYEE!

Fantastic experience: Great low sugar and high protein smoothies! Knowledgeable staff! My go-to for $5 Fridays!

Negative experience: Asked for a low carb. smoothie. He said everything here is low carb. OMG. No smoothies are low carb. He was not educated. Next, I asked for a chocolate peanut butter one. He grabbed the "Hershey's Chocolate" that was filled with sugar and made it. It was so sweet, I threw it away. Would not go here again. Will go to Smoothie King and get the chocolate Gladiator - which is only 9 carbs. I'm sure they use Unsweetened Cocoa Powder.

Negative experience: OMG! We just purchased 2 smoothies...NOT GOOD! The sweetener is overbearing, no real fruit taste, a very bitter after taste. Will not do this again!

Fantastic experience: I was passing through here on a road trip with my family and we stopped at Fit Blendz for lunch. I'm so glad that we had a healthy option rather than fast food! I had the wrap with chicken and spicy sauce. It was delicious!
