Negative experience: TERRIBLE! SHOULD NOT BE OPEN FOR BUSINESS!! After 3 months of clean testing I was supposed to get a take home bottle, they claim i came up dirty on the last one needed before getting a bottle. When I said It was impossible that I have not used all the staff try to downplay it it like it's not a big deal. It was only one dirty urine. Not knowing what that could do to someone's recovery. "Dr" haglar refused to order a confirmation test after the initial screening. The whole operation is super shady. Plus they don't even pay their employee on time. Make them wait 2 weeks to get paid, then on holiday weekends make them wait until the next Monday to pay staff. Yall should be ashamed!! GO to spectrum!! It's only 1 mile down communipaw. If you came it it to this one it's absolutely worth the extra time to get to a BETTER, SAFER. MORE RELIABLE PROGRAM. FYI this isn't coming from anger. All this happened about a year ago, it's just genuine concern for others recovery.

Negative experience: If I could give a zero I would! There are NO WORDS to describe the unprofessional and disrespectful employees at this place. Dr Hagler does not care about your recovery or respect it! Seems like she ENJOYS making trouble and then make it seem like it's your fault! DO NOT GO HERE! It was a waste of time trusting this place! Outside it says " Heroes work here" No only ZEROS!! The nurse Shirley is a wonderful nurse. She should run this place!!

Negative experience: This is the worst clinic in the entire NYC metro area, and I have been to almost all of them. The standards of care, and the equipment are historic. Computers go down at least once a week, thus causing any and all patients to be there 90+ min for what is a 10minute service anywhere alse. Lines out the door are a frequent occurrence, even on days when the computers are working as they should. The doctors, when can even get into see one, have a 'one size fits all' treatment plan, and fail to realize we are all biologically different. Even a request to see a doctor results in a 2 week long fiasco before you recieve your appointment, once you have the appt, a 2 hour wait that morning is the norm. Furthermore the amount of illicit drugs that are always on the premises are simply mind boggling. No other clinic has that level of drug useage and availability inside the doors and the immediate area. It is very discouraging to people looking for help, and also supports the stereotypes that many of us in treatment (addicts and professionals in the field) are all working so hard to try to end. Some of the staff are good people. Some of the counselors do genuinely care for their patients, same goes for some of the office staff. The building as a whole however is run so crooked. Fits right in with the jersey city corruption of old. It's a night and day experience when compared to other practices in Jersey City or across the river in NY. It's sad, just very sad....

Negative experience: This was the worst experience of my life. Walked in there with me head held high because I was going to change my life! I finally had all my paperwork together /which was not easy,being from out of state, not to mention being a full blown junkie/ to be told I did not have Medicaid since Dec 31. It is now the first week of November! I though how could this be! Just my f#;@#' luck! Long story short literally hours back and forth hours on hold with Medicaid office only to be told my Medicaid is current and had never ever been cancelled. I walk in to kelidescope a few days later only to be treated with an attitude like I was waisting her time. She made a few phone calls came back AGAIN and said I don't have insurance!! I can only think she was prejudice cuz she said she didn't recognize me until my girlfriend who is black popped her head around the corner and the secretary said 'oh, I remember you. ' so there you go I am going to the top with this
