Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program at VNA Health Care: Reviews
Positive experience: It's okay, but the nurses and doctors take so long to finish the treatment,
Negative experience: No respetan el horario de las citas así para que piden cita?
Fantastic experience: Staff was friendly and helpful! I made an appointment for the following day and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I felt comfortable and at ease with my private information.
Negative experience: La espera es demasiado 2 horas
Negative experience: They don't want to attend me, even when I have two insurances not paying cash, knowing I'm pregnant
Fantastic experience: The ladies here were extremely nice and helpful. I'm from Florida, I evacuated from hurricane Irma, and I was trying to get my formula there since I can't in Florida and although we couldn't switch it to IL, they went above and beyond trying to help me. Thank you.
Negative experience: The wait time is very horrible.

Negative experience: Okay.. So I came in for a test they got me ready i had appointment I was almost two hours in the waiting room and a doctor comes in saying you gotta pay before we do the test. Why couldn't they let me know before? I waited two hours just for that? And they sent me to pay and back to the room and waited more time! The girls there give you an attitude like really? What kind of service is this Their's some Nice ladies though That's not all I went to the bathroom and it's Disgusting toilet paper EVERYWHERE under the toilet seats, in the floor theirs pee spills.
