Fantastic experience: I was bitten by a Lonestar Tick back in March 2024. I developed AGS, which is a severe allergic reaction to mammal meat. Severe stomach pain, rash on the palms of my hands and I was miserable. I started researching and found that I should try acupuncture. I visited this place and it was such an incredible experience, I was at peace. They gave me homework to follow to cure AGS. I wanted 4 months and decided to try to reintroduce red meat back into my diet. NO side affects. NO allergic reactions. It worked! HUGE thank you to the entire staff and the Doctor. SHE SAVED ME!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Li for several years as issues arise and am always extremely pleased. She's treated me for headaches, tennis elbow, knee pain, and just general cold-type symptoms. I've referred several people to her as well. I typically fall asleep during the treatments. Fantastic experience: Fantastic knowledge and practice. Explains what is happening and why. Has helped me with back pains, shoulder pains, kidney stones, ear infections, and more. She knows what she is doing, and will help you to understand what you need to do to help your body. I highly recommend Dr Li. PS - I started off trying to work through different insurance companies only to realize that most times the insurance company wouldn't cooperate with what was in my policy. This is often because most do not recognize accupuncture as medicine. Be aware of this beforehand if you want to use insurance to pay.

Fantastic experience: I got a DNA test that suggested I was prone to gallbladder problems (my mom almost had to have hers removed). I read that acupuncture might help. On my first visit, i didn't put anything in my history about my gallbladder because I hadn't had any problems. Dr. Li examined me and said "your gallbladder is blocked." I've been going to her several times a year ever since and have always been pleased with her knowledge and how I feel afterwards. I never feel as relaxed and balanced as when I leave her office!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Li on and off for 2+ years for a myriad of health issues that my regular physician could not help me with (chronic cough for over 10 years, racing heart, nasal congestion, foot pain, uncomfortable feeling in my abdomen, constant numbness and tingling in my right thigh, along with tingling in my hands and fingers while sleeping. Following her food plan and supplements, weekly treatments of acupuncture and cupping (weekly only for the first many visits then as needed after that) changed my life. The constant coughing cleared up within 3 days and the other systems abated very quickly.

Fantastic experience: I am sorry that you feel that way. As you know we have called you multiple times, left text messages and voicemails stating what happened. We even spoke with CIGNA they stated that customer service has been giving you the wrong information. They owe you we do not. I even gave you the reference number and person we spoke with so that you could understand exactly what is going on here. We promised to reimburse you if your insurance paid 60% which they did not. They paid only 44%. The evaluation was $55, treatment was $75 and the herbs amounted to $19. We are only allowed to claim for your treatment. This in reality amounts to $350. The $350 is billed to your insurance company. We only had you pay $75 for your treatment. A reimbursement would allow you to get money back that you simply did not give. Fantastic experience: Sustained nerve damage in a vehicle accident that causes my feet to tingle and burn. Some times the pain is severe enough that I can't sleep.I'm opposed to taking medications so decided to try acupuncture. Dr. Li's treatment has reduced the unpleasant sensations to the point that I can now sleep through the night. In addition, her dietary suggestions have led to a reduction in my blood sugar count.
