Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience from the moment we walked in! Pedro greeted us with the biggest smile and such a welcoming attitude. He even recommended his favorite smoothie, which turned out to be a great choice! Pedro was extremely professional, courteous, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what he does—and that kind of energy makes all the difference. We definitely need more young people like him who take pride in their work. Thank you for the wonderful service—we’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I walked in and there was nice music playing along the speakers. The lights and atmosphere were really pleasant which became even more so once the cashier greeted me. They walked me through how the smoothies are sold and recommended me some options, and I ended up deciding on the Supreme Jam. 7 minutes later and I was blown away. I will be 100% coming back here again!

The staff is also really nice and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. It’s an easy go-to spot when I’m craving a good smoothie, and I’ll definitely be back.

Negative experience: I drank about a quarter of my smoothie and was immediately sick, I was throwing up and had a huge headache . It tasted yummy though but definitely don’t recommend the green smoothie if your stomach is easily nauseous

Negative experience: went in to meet a sweet young lady, she was really distressed because she was being basically forced into working extra hours even when she made it VERY clear she couldn’t stay. the smoothie was delicious but i won’t be coming back. disgusting management.

Fantastic experience: Have came a few times with no issues, but I can understand that everyone will always have a different experience.

Positive experience: The smoothies are pretty good. Staff is decent, owner-weird. I’ve gone a few times to the pasadena one a few times after working out next door at gym, during hours they should be open, but they are closed. This has happened a few times which is why I won’t give five (5) stars.

Negative experience: I went in and asked for a banana smoothie. Just plain banana. And the lady said “just one fruit? it won’t blend.” What kind of blenders do you guys have…if you cant blend one fruit? Makes absolutely no sense. And I know you guys are slow so your worker lady is just lazy as hell.

Fantastic experience: Customer service is very good. Resolution to my issue was taken care of on the same day. The banana with peanut butter is good.

Negative experience: Me and a buddy went to this place an hour before they closed, but the dude inside told us they were closed... what a joke, we went to smoothie king instead

Negative experience: They have great smoothies but there time for opening and closing are questionable say they open at 10am but I'm standing here 10:05 and it's still closed.

Negative experience: The smoothie was good but staff had music playing saying f bit...and f nig... I asked him if this was appropriate he basically did not care and continued to have the song play. Customer sucked. Managers need to take to staff about this! Worker wore glasses black curly hair

Positive experience: The smoothies here are good , but dont buy the meals they sell in the fridge. The arent using a food grade fridge and the chicken and fish isnt being kept at the appropriate temperature. I got sick with salmonella for 2 weeks after eating the chicken meal. Had to go to urgent care and get antibiotics. Stool samples were sent and came back positove for salmonella.

Negative experience: They closed at 10 but yet it was only 9‍♀️
