Fantastic experience: When someone is passionate about what they do, it shows in their work and especially in the results of their work. This Chiropractor is no exception. I have been to a lot of good Chiropractors in my life with a long history of injuries, and this Chiropractor is by far my favorite! I would not recommend anyone else, and they have a customer for life!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Polar Family Chiropractic for anyone seeking a way to pain relief and overall better wellbeing. I have had back problems, neck pain as well as frequent headaches for years but after an extensive diagnosis and an intensive corrective plan that included in person visits, at home stretches/exercises, therapy, and dietary supplements, my pain has been radically reduced and my headaches are for the most part gone. My quality of life has improved and I have been given the tools necessary to maintain this. Dr. Mandel is professional, pays attention to any concerns I have, provides exceptional advice, is caring, and extremely knowledgeable.

Negative experience: —-response to owner—- No attempts to contact me were ever made in the 2 years since I wrote my review and at this point I am not requesting a contact. My insurance never changed and an explanation of the cost was only given after multiple requests were made to your staff. I understand that negative reviews are never a good look but making things up is even worse. ————- I was disappointed after 11 visits to Polar Family Chiropractic Center. During my consultation we discussed several problem areas that needed to be worked on. When we started every visit was the same, back and neck adjustments only. After weeks of this I asked if we could focus on the other problem areas. Even after asking, most of the problems areas were not worked on Another big issue, I was quoted a price per visit, which was reasonable. After 2 months, and 8 visits, they still had not submitted a claim to my insurance company. I ended up quitting after 6 weeks, 11 visits, and then finally all of my claims were submitted 2 weeks later. After all was said and done I was charged $160 more than what was quoted. Not happy with claims taking 2 months to be submitted. Each session was estimated to take 45 and ended up being 15 minutes or less. I really wish that everything went as smoothly as was promised during my initial consultation. Staff was friendly

Fantastic experience: I have had back issues since 1985 so I have been seeking treatment to help with it for many years. I became a patient at Polar Family Chiropractic around 2009 after the clinic where I had been receiving treatment closed. The office hours at the Polar Family clinic are convenient and Dr. Donald Mandel and his staff are friendly, helpful, and pleasant to be with. I decided to go on a weekly maintenance plan several years ago because I feel much better when I have an adjustment each week. Dr. Don is very skilled at determining just what I need at each visit and has helped me with various back pains, shoulder pain, neck pain, hip pain and more. I find that the weekly treatments keep my back in healthy condition so that I can do the physical activities that I enjoy doing. I am very satisfied with the care that I continue to receive at Polar Family Chiropractic and I must say I am long overdue to provide a review for the services I receive there. If you are in need of chiropractic services, I recommend that you give Polar Family Chiropractic a try.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Don for years. Dr. Don is very understanding, helpful and caring about his patients. Dr. don helped me with my pain in my legs, hands, arms. Dr. Don was the o my one that figured out how to help me control my pain. If your In need to get in right away Don goes above and beyond to take care of of you ASAP. My kids now see him and my kids love Dr. Don. He is very gentle on his adjustments with kids. He makes them feel comfortable before he adjusted them. Dr. don is not just a chiropractor but a person you can talk to about anything and he will help you in any way he can. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that has little kids that need adjustment that may be in sports ect.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mandel is concerned about my overall health. My quality of life has improved tremendously through regular adjustments, and education regarding minerals and vitamins.

Positive experience: My first chiropractor, severe upper neck and shoulder pain. Dr Don, is very informative & has been doing this for over 25 or so years. Told me straight up that he was there to make me moble & less pain which I appreciate. He didn't get my hopes up by tell me he could heal me. I gave a 3 star due to it is my first time & have nothing i can compareit too. I am looking forward to seeing a good outcome. Anyway I will give another review in a few months or so.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Don and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I have been seeing Dr. Don for years for spinal maintenance he has kept me feeling good. But recently I had been dealing with a dizziness issue and after months of dr's appts. and tests my doctors still couldn't figure it out why I was suffering like I was. Once all the medical tests were run and came back normal Dr. Don started working on my jaw and he got me back to my old self. I am still symptom free after almost a year. Which is such a relief, i had been suffering for a year and unable to do things, no matter how simple. Now I am able to do the simple stuff again, like picking up my grand baby with out getting dizzy. I would highly recommend Dr. Don and his team for any aches and pains you may be experiencing.

Fantastic experience: Coming to this chiropractor was the best decision I have ever made. Dr. Donald was very helpful the moment I stepped into his office. He is about getting to the root of the problem and fixing it. I just started coming here but I absolutely love this place. My back never felt better and I just started!! Highly recommend
