Negative experience: Most of the staff here are great, and I’ve never had a problem until today October 15th. The woman working at the front desk was extremely unhelpful. I arrived for my 10:30 appointment with my 9-month-old at 10:20. She checked me in, took my card, and mentioned my next appointment would be in January. I thanked her and sat down in the lobby as usual — I’ve been coming here for over a year, and I’m always called back to speak with someone. After waiting 30 minutes with my baby, she finally told me I was “all set” and free to go. I was the only one in the lobby, and she wasn’t busy — she spent most of that time on her phone. If the process has changed and patients no longer need to wait, she could have simply told me instead of letting me sit there wondering what was happening. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. I hope management sees this and addresses it. Just simple communication which is part of her job that she fails to do efficiently.

Negative experience: I called this WIC office on April 25 2024 to transfer my son's WIC records from Ohio to New York. Today is Tuesday, May 1 and still waiting on WIC records to be faxed to NY. I have called this office 4 times today and nobody is picking up the phone. I called in the morning and left a voicemail and right now it's 4:26 PM and still they don't pick up the phone even though google shows they close at 4:45 PM.

Negative experience: People are friendly. Places is nice, but I can’t ever reach them by phone. Every time I call it sais there experiencing high call volumes.
