Awaken180° Weightloss - West Hartford, CT

Positive experience: The program is a little confusing at first but once you get the hang of it you just coast along. I thought I was going to be eating real food so that took a little getting used to. No big deal, the snack bars are very good so are the shake / pudding. And if you like spinach , mushroom omelets your in luck.

Fantastic experience: We have been on Awaken 180 for one week. My husband lost 7 pounds. I lost 5. So far so good!

I reached my initial weight loss goal on the exact time frame indicated in my initial consultation and have had tremendous support from Mike, Peter, Elissa and Kate along the way. Fantastic experience: Awaken 180 works if you commit to program 10 out 10 recommend. I am paralyzed so burning calories from a wheelchair is very hard. But halfway through program and have lost more than 20 pounds.
