Fantastic experience: Kind of confusing to figure out where exactly wic office is but it is super clean and has a welcoming atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I had to go get a new card. I was in and out within 2 minutes and the customer service was great

Negative experience: I never give reviews. But, If I could give it zero I would. Marina needs to learn compassion and to hide facial expressions in front of who they attend, knowing the kind of service they provide to women in need.

Positive experience: Excellent service

Negative experience: They do not call you on your scheduled appointments. I scheduled two appointments with them never called me . Go to the Hesperia office they opened back up .

Negative experience: Worst place won’t help won’t do there job act like they own the place lazy staff don’t bother coming here for help San Bernardino offices help much better

Negative experience: Yesterday I had my appointment my baby has just been born the reason why I breastfeed and formula I explained it to her however she was rude and practically decided not to give me formula I felt her very contemptuous

Negative experience: Standing there for a good 15-20 mins waiting to be helped when the office was empty and one lady in the front. I just wanted to ask for an application to see if I qualify for my baby to get help. But after waiting for that long, I felt like I was a bother to the staff , so I left without my application or being welcomed there. I would think Victorville office would be a bit better than the Pomona office, but even the hood has better customer service than this.

Positive experience: I like the convenience of the store being in the same building BUT they're never open first thing in the morning like they're suppose to be, the fruit is always old & bad (that's why it's free sometimes) & the store clerk they have in there has a low-key attitude problem. I don't have any problems with the W.I.C office itself. I like the fact that it isn't busy. You're in & out for the most part. The lady at the front desk is helpful. She does look like a rude person at first buy she's helpful lol.

Fantastic experience: I love how there is a store there as soon as you get your checks you can get your food it’s so convenient

Negative experience: As a black person American person I feel uncomfortable there as this as if I'm supposed to speak Spanish a lot of snobby people who make me feel uncomfortable when I come there as if an African-American as if ishould not be getting WIC for their baby. I see that I am treated differently if I do not speak Spanish. The TV is always in Spanish and it should be in English. Does anyone else get the snobby lady in the front who looks at you funny if you're African-American butt gladly helps her own people who speaks Spanish.

Negative experience: Grabbed a few items from the store they have there. Today, I woke up to a whole case of strawberries and avocados rotten. Second time this has happened to me here.
