Positive experience: Staff can be on and off on their service but Estrella is the best when we have appointments she goes beyond for us when we come . She gets things done and remembers you if she gets you. She's amazing and quick and she follows up with you if need be

Positive experience: Tuve una cita, y fueron muy amables conmigo, me explicaron muy bien todo, y me ayudaron mucho.

Fantastic experience: I had to have an appointment but it was easy to make. The people were polite and courteous.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy this program it save you a lot though it is for women and children its ok for dad's to go in and pick up the checks and weight the kiddos O and when I went to the one over off derosa they had a bunch dudes work in there getting schooled by the females thought they where gonna do something that day ha Nope!!!

Negative experience: These ladies are so rude !! Shouldn’t be working around kids or family if they don’t have any hospitality. I couldn’t take it anymore, I Had to switch facilities‍♀️

Negative experience: Front desk lady was rude and unpleasant. Staff were unprofessional and were cursing in the back office. Staff needs to be educated on speaking skills and customer service overall was ridiculous.i went in for a wic appt to reload card and I wasn’t even able to be helped. I will definitely be relocating offices. I do not recommend coming here.

Negative experience: Worst WIC experience ever! Staff is rude and unpleasant. Have no customer skills whatsoever.

Negative experience: Please do not take your donation clothes or items here. The front desk staff get the first pick of all the good stuff and leave the things that are really old and in bad shape for the people that really need it. Will be filing a complaint. This is ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: The new location is nice they have activities stations for kids to play and more seating for people going in excellent staff

Fantastic experience: Dst & 6th st location the ladies are so nice. Especially Bacilio (I hope that's her name. I'm bad with remembering names) They all really care. Especially her! For 5 years I've been going here & they've been so caring! God bless them all , thanks to them is why the place has good reviews. they are AMAZING!!!

Positive experience: Rude

Negative experience: Visits 2 hours plus . rude .. located right around the corner but changing offices was worth the gas and my visits are never longer then 45min to an hour long..

Negative experience: Rude front desk staff! No sense of respect for peoples appointment times! Dark, hot, and dingy. Parking and entrance in the back. Lots of toys for kids to play with.

Fantastic experience: They Help you so much and very nice people in there I love the attention ❤
