Negative experience: Careful with this company as the employees ignore your emails about canceling subscriptions and keep charging your card. Specifically the location in orange that just closed down. Sad behavior and easy way to lose clients.

Negative experience: Definitely do your research before locking yourself for 12 months Daily check ins take forever - service is subpar. The total caloric intake is minimal. Definitely not good for muscle development. The food you eat on their program is costly and astronaut food. Horrific service. I have for 5 months and had to pay 7 months for NO SERVICES rendered. Consider macros and hiring a trainer instead.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with Lindora, my membership expired August 8 2023 and I had no intentions of renewing, but I was never told that I had to come in and sign a paper in order for them to stop taking automatic withdrawals from my checking account. You would think the signing of a paper would be to extend or renew membership. It was not explained well because had I been told that I needed to sign a paper in order for them to stop going into my bank account and taking money I would’ve immediately been in the office signing that paper, but at no time was that explained to me. I was getting calls to come in and renew but I was never told that there was this paper that had to be signed in order for the auto withdrawal payments to stop. Lindora took a total of $238 with no rendered services at all. I think that is robbery and very unprofessional. When I noticed deductions in my checking account I called in, I was told over the phone that they would be able to reverse and reimburse my payments but when I came into the office, I was then told that it was not possible to refund any of the $238 so again, very disappointed with this organization and would not recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Corona location has the most helpful and friendly staff. They have been very supportive of my weight loss journey for all these years.

Fantastic experience: I've did a lot of diet in my life and Lindora is the one that's the best. there Clinic is just awesome they're clean they take care of you your physical health your diet all in one little package believe me if you do what they say the weight just comes off oh, the most I need is accountability and their number one and the price I shopped around the prices amazing you get your money back with the B12 shots alone not counting everything else I'm happy with Lindora Clinic and when Mom is Happy everybody's happy

Positive experience: The staff are very positive and kind and I am losing weight. I've been learning how to count my carbs and proteins BUT the program does not give a definite amount of what is acceptable when it comes to fats or sugars. This is a bit important since they can't be completely avoided. I also think that an app for Lindora meal planning would be better than just writing it down. I think I will be successful with this program but for the above reasons, it's a 4.

Fantastic experience: I’m enjoying my Lindora journey, I’m getting self confidence in my ability to stick with my program. The phone calls are so encouraging that I am making sure I’m getting in to see the Lindora nurse. It’s been very friendly service and it makes me feel comfortable. I’m so happy with my results today and it encourages me to keep going back everyday.

Negative experience: I wouldn't waste my time going to Lindora Clinic!!!! Extremely poor customer service after you sign there contract & they get your money. There employees do not want to help with your weight lost!!!! Will never answer your questions or concerns!!!!! Only give a meal plan for one week after that you are on your own!!!! Only thing they are good at it taking your money for there one year contract each month!

Negative experience: Everytime I come to this location it takes forever they need to hire more staff waiting more than 30min to do your daily weigh in is ridiculous.
