Fantastic experience: Dr Milani is a very caring doctor whom is very compassionate about her patients and their health. There is no limit to endless patience and endurance to her commitment in getting her patients back to tip-top health and following up to keep them that way. She is as knowledgeable as she is nice. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Haleh Milani is one of the worst doctors I’ve ever seen, and I do not recommend her to anyone. My annual primary care appointment was an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience from start to finish. Throughout the visit, she repeatedly dismissed my concerns and made me feel ashamed for advocating for myself. I explained multiple times that I needed to sit up for blood draws due to anxiety, yet she continued to insist that I lie down, ignoring my repeated requests and escalating my stress rather than reducing it. When I tried to discuss a recurring medical issue, she brushed it off without any meaningful evaluation and immediately jumped to assumptions that were both inaccurate and completely inappropriate. She did not ask about or refer to my medical history, despite the fact that I’ve been a patient at this practice for six years. She also remarked that a necessary swab test was “just as bad for her,” which was unprofessional and unnecessary. She then concluded, without asking further questions or exploring symptoms, that I “just have IBS” and that “nothing can be done.” She mentioned that my thyroid seemed enlarged, but then suggested zero follow up for it, even knowing about my family history of thyroid disease and accompanying symptoms I have that align with this. I left the appointment feeling judged and without any real answers or suggestions for the issues I came in to address. I would not recommend this doctor. I'm shocked by these other reviews, because that was not my experience.

I think she is a great doctor and I need to follow her advice ands call the office when I need something rather than look for local for local solutions and stop searching google for medical advice I’ve learned the hard way that advice from non medical sources tend to be in accurate no matter what their background is

Negative experience: The worst place ever. Since when do you need a credit card information are they trying to scam you or something, if you have insurance you don't suppose to provide no credit card. The little Spanish receptionist and the so call manager was extremely rude to my sister. I have never seen anything like this she was there one hour early from her schedule and she just decide not to accept her.

Negative experience: The dr knew I wanted help with hrt hormone replacement therapy , while there she held a speech “ women in America don’t take hormones, they did in the past but too many got cancer so they stopped”. This is the old fashioned view of hormones and women health. Today there are bioidentical hormones that , if given in the beginning of menopause can help the health of body and mind. My husband and I had both taken blood tests in another shady clinic. She knew this but asked only me for a copie of the results and said she didn’t need to take more tests. But she did new blood tests on my husband . Why ignore my health? Anyway, She knew what my aim was, so why did she still do a cardiology test and other test when she in the end didn’t wanted to help me ? Guess it was for the insurance money. Was a very dissapointing meeting.

They booked me a follow up appointment without even telling me and keep charging me no show fee for an appointment that I never confirmed. She told me I needed some treatment but never gave me any …I’ve never seen this before. Really disappointed and I felt like her office was taking advantage of me
