Fantastic experience: The laser treatments by Dr Aberle have changed my life for the better. It’s a relaxing experience and it’s been incredible to lose the chronic pain I have been dealing with for years.

Fantastic experience: When my SI joint flared up so bad I could barely walk and my daughters wedding was a week away my sister made me an appointment with Dr.Aberle. After a few treatments I was able to walk down the aisle and even dance at my daughter's wedding. He explained the laser treatments clearly and was so supportive and encouraging. I strongly recommend Dr. Aberle.

Fantastic experience: Very attentive and friendly. Obviously knows his craft. I went in for knee pain which went away after the 2nd treatment. I’ve been going back to have other pain treated with good results. I’ll continue to go until we have addressed all my issues.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to see Dr Aberle for quite a few years. The new laser therapy is the real deal. My lower back has always been an issue due to roofing work and yesterday I called to see if I could get in because I was in so much pain. I could barely tie my shoes. I got in same day thankfully! After the laser therapy I could FINALLY, after years, bend down without pain or stiffness in my back. I know one time isn’t the cure all, as it could take more sessions, but even this one treatment session has been a life changer. If you’re on the fence, just try it, seriously. You’ll notice a HUGE improvement. 100% worth getting my life back. Now getting back on the trampoline with my son isn’t an issue anymore. I will be back for more areas now that I know how well it works!

Fantastic experience: Dr Aberle is amazing, he was able to fix my stiff neck in just one visit, and without an adjustment, he uses a laser with the most current technology to loosen up my muscles at a cellular level. It’s really neat, and so grateful I came across him on google!

Fantastic experience: Around 8 years ago, I injured my left foot while wearing a new pair of shoes on a trip abroad. I know, that's a stupid thing to do! I kept thinking that the injury will heal on its own, but it never got better. The injury ended up causing all kinds of other issues up the left side of my body. Years later, I was in constant pain and I started to forget the non-pain state of my body used to feel like. I found Dr Aberle online. For my initial session, I thought that I would be in for a lot of traditional chiropractic adjustments. Not having any experience being treated with chiropractic adjustments, I was pretty scared to enter his clinic. He explained to me that he wouldn't be doing any adjustments for the complaints I came in for, because he believed that the laser treatments can fix the issues. I was quite skeptical at this point in the appointment, but I decided to give it a try. After the first treatment, I was amazed with the results. Soon after the first treatment, I made an appointment for laser session specifically targeting my foot issues. My foot pain was completely gone after the second treatment. I was able to walk without having to take my shoes off and massage the spots, so I can finish my walk. I was able to go on long hikes all throughout the summer months. I highly recommend Dr Aberle and his laser treatments for pain throughout your body. Thank you, Dr Aberle!

Fantastic experience: I went to this clinic with a ton of pain in my hip and lower back ... after about 40 min. Of work on the area I had gained back a lot of my mobility and was able to walk upright with far less pain. My only regret was not going sooner i couldn't be happier with my experience!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Jeff on and off for a long time now. I am so amazed with the laser therapy that he does. I had thrown my back out recently and went to him for four sessions and it was completely fixed. I also had success with other of his Therapies for my terrible elbow tendonitis, which is now gone because of him. The laser therapy is great and so is Dr Jeff.

Fantastic experience: The laser therapy treatments with Dr. Aberle really works and is amazing. I had a terrible knot in my shoulder blade area that went into my neck and gave me awful headaches. The only thing that has worked to help is the laser therapy after going to my PCP, PT, and other Chiropractors. I also like the way Dr. Aberle does the chiropractic adjustments and just does the areas that need it. I have also had some issues with lower back pain that the laser therapy treatments have really helped. Would highly recommend giving laser therapy a try. It is amazing how much it has helped.

Fantastic experience: I had debilitating neck and upper back pain for years and sought help from many doctors and chiropractors, I even had surgery on my spine, but nothing helped; until I found Dr. Aberle! His chiropractic adjustments and laser therapy really work! After he treated me with the laser heat therapy on my neck for only 20 to 30 minutes, the "ton of bricks sitting on the back of my neck" feeling went away. I could not believe how it loosened my rock-hard muscles and completely relieved my muscle spasms! His adjustments also made the shooting nerve pain from my neck into my arm go away! Fantastic experience: Headaches and low back pain gone after Dr. Jeff Aberle’s laser treatments! Praise God! I had debilitating headaches from neck pain and was taking lots of ibuprofen and acetaminophen to get through. The day of the first laser treatment I felt so good that I quit ibuprofen cold turkey. After getting over a rough ibuprofen withdrawal the next day I felt good enough from the laser treatments to not go back on ibuprofen. My body flushed toxins and continued to improve over the next two laser treatments and now I have no more headaches or low back pain and I don’t need pills. Not only that but my singing (I’m a musician) has improved because so much neck tension has been released! All this was an answer to prayers. Fantastic experience: I have been having laser treatments from Dr Aberle. I went 4 years ago before my hip surgery. It helped so much with my recovery! Now I’m having laser on my lower back and legs for spinal stenosis. I can’t believe how much it has helped! Laser works!!!

Fantastic experience: I want to give a shout out to Dr.Aberle. I was having a left elbow swelling around the joints. This had been the result probably of over six months of decreased range of motion of my shoulder joint to where it was difficult to put deodorant on underneath my under arm. I have received one treatment of the laser and I can for the first time in months put the deodorant on my full underarm. I know that doesn’t sound like a big thing but I’m sure people around me would agree it’s important. The discomfort in the joints of my shoulder and my under arm has improved. The elbow swelling is going down noticeably although not completely gone however for one treatment that’s pretty amazing.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Aberle has seen me a few weeks and the ease of movement got better each week. The first laser treatment got rid of very stiff leg muscles. I could feel the difference right away. I had been limping due to having had a broken leg about 9 months before. I also walked slightly bent, and Dr Aberle knew just which muscles to relax with his laser, so I could walk straight again. I feel great!

Fantastic experience: I started going to Dr. Aberle in January 2020 to address my knee pain before our celebratory trip to Spain. Then came Covid-19 and no trips anywhere, but I still had my knee pain. So I continued to get treated by Dr. Ablerle with his laser for my knees and other body parts that were in pain. Fast forward two years and I continue to visit Dr. Aberle whenever I need to. The laser has a cumulative effect so I only need to go in for occasional tune-ups. I can't believe how much pain I don't have anymore.

Fantastic experience: Since high school (2007) I was more than a regular client at several other chiropractic practices, I felt that it was about “get as many people in and out as fast as possible.” Pop this, twist that, “the endorphins release” and I feel good for about an hour. That isn’t the case with Aberle Chiropractic, he interviewed me, asked me about previous injuries, and with his combination of laser treatment and extremely thorough adjustments, I can say I’m no longer a regular visitor. I don’t feel that my back is in need of weekly adjustments, I don’t get the headaches I use to, the adjustments truly help and I can’t speak highly enough. Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing hip and leg discomfort for about a month. It progressively got worse to the point where I was losing sleep because of it. My wife had suggested that I go see her chiropractor, Dr. Aberle. She had had some laser treatments he had recommended to her to help her aching knee. She was very pleased with the results. Out of desperation and with a lot of skepticism, I decided to give it at least one shot at the treatment. Dr Aberle was convinced he could help me with his laser. He explained the theory behind the treatment and spent about 45 minutes using the laser on my leg. Dr. Aberle was very professional and genuine. To tell the truth, after that first visit, I cannot say I saw a lot of difference in my pain. Enough, though, to make another appointment. I have had, I believe, a total of 6 or7 treatments. My agonizing pain is almost gone. I am sleeping regularly through the night with no medication for pain. I would recommend to anyone to at least give it a shot. I know it helped me.

Fantastic experience: I did the laser therapy on my knee after having surgery and still having pain and stiffness. The laser treatment was amazing! Loosened up the muscles and gave me back a lot of mobility! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Aberly is very attentive. I had an issue with my hip flexor that bugged me for over a year. After two sessions I started to feel an immense amount of relief, and my body felt like it was healing itself. After four sessions, I feel about 90%. Incredible!

Fantastic experience: I have gone 2 times so far and my body feels completely different. I was having back problems and neck pain and within my first time he made my neck pain go away and in the second time my lower back pain is almost fully gone. Will definitely keep going here for any problems that happen to me. Fully recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Aberle was great at giving me information about the laser therapy treatment I was receiving, and took extra care with some challenging spots I had. I definitely felt a difference in muscle tension the same day. Fantastic experience: I thought that I felt good when I left the office after my laser treatment, and then I woke up this morning. For the first time in I don't even know how long, I didn't hurt when I sat up. It didn't take me a minute to acclimate before I stood. My body feels lighter, and I am energized. Dr. Aberle's combined understanding of the muscle structure and his use of laser treatment are life changing. I am excited to go back and have him work on a different area that is causing me discomfort.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Aberle for many years. His ABC approach to chiropractic is the only thing that has actually helped any of my back issues, as he corrects the bones that cannot self-correct so that the bones that can self-correct will. It is not just a bandaid treatment or temporary relief like most chiropractic is. More recently, Dr. Aberle has started offering laser therapy. This has been an absolute game changer for me when it comes to anything muscular. One time I came in having pulled both my hip flexors so bad that I could straighten up. I laid on the table and watched, in awe, as my legs and hips straigtened out in minutes as he put the laser right on my hip flexors. I have had an intense incdent that ended with my leg being impaled. I wasn't able to straighten up due to my muscles being torn and stiff. I walked in on crutches, Aberle put the laser on my leg for 2 hours, and I was able to walk out without crutches. It was absolutely incredible. As of this week, I have had Dr. Aberle use his new high-strength laser on my tennis elbow, and just in two sessions I am experience relief that I have not experienced in over ten years. TL:DR -- If you are experience muscular pain, TRY THE LASER! You will be amazed how quickly you will get long term relief.

Fantastic experience: I wasn't having good results with conventional doctors for my osteoarthritis pain so I reached out to Dr. Aberle and I'm glad I did. The laser treatments release my tight muscles and provide pain relief. Exercise is recommended for osteoarthritis; however if the pain is so bad you can't exercise it's difficult to establish a exercise routine. The laser treatments are the first step to improving my health and living with osteoarthritis.

Fantastic experience: I had found Dr. Aberle through a referral. I haven't had great chiropractic experience in the past, so I was hesitant. Dr. Aberle explained everything being done, thoroughly and how it actually works. The laser technique blew me out of the water. I am an avid runner and being active is crucial for me, wanting to stay injury free at all times. Within an hour, my tight knee and hip muscles were suddenly relieved by the lasers. I woke up the next morning feeling like I could run for miles. This is exactly what I was hoping for and was stoked when that was the actual outcome. Fantastic experience: Exceptionally skilled chiropractor who is clearly invested in his patients' well-being over anything else. Took my pain from an 8 to a 3 in 2 weeks, can't wait to do more. I saw a lot of benefit from the Low Level Laser Therapy too, VERY exciting stuff. Dr. Jeff Aberle didn't have to learn the ABC chiropractic technique -- he didn't get paid to do it, he got no continuing education units for it, and in fact, it was probably a lot of extra work to 'unlearn' everything he was taught in traditional chiropractic school. The fact that he's now a level 3 certified ABC chiropractor is evidence that he's self-motivated, and only really interested in using techniques that actually work. Being around him showed me that this ambition is also fueled by a sincere and heartfelt desire to bring people out of pain. The fact that he incorporated the LLLT technique into his practice is further evidence of what I described above. He's a tinkerer and always looking for new ways to help people, it seems. So fortunate to have found him.

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving laser treatments on my shoulder area and hip from Dr Aberle. After months of pain I now have greater flexibility and much less pain. Pain relief started after one laser treatment and has progressively increased with each treatment. Amazing!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Aberle for a few years for chronic back pain. I was skeptical about ABC and Jeff's claims it would help. After a few treatments I noticed a difference. I stuck with it and never looked back. I am so glad I was referred to him and think he can help so many conditions, it's crazy. I've noticed improvement in these areas of my body: pain relief, posture, digestion, strength throughout my body, energy, confidence to rely my back when lifting, not as sore after a hard day lifting or over excersizing, my back doesn't go out all the time like it used to. I could think of many more. He's also helped with a natural enzyme for heartburn instead of taking a drug that can damage your system if taken for years. Ive started doing some Laser Treatments and again I was skeptical but it helped the same day, so I quickly became a fan. If you're thinking about seeing Jeff just do it. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Aberle in October for the usual back, neck, and sboulder pain. I'm all twisted up and crushing my chest. So breathing is strained etc. we started talking about my on-going sinus infections and he said he could help. I was on antibiotics at the time, second round, and said if it doesn't work this time I'll let you know. Sure enough a couple weeks later I was miserable...again. I had an appointment that night so I was for sure going to bring it up. When I get these infections I'm dizzy, nauseous,can't see right and zero energy. I almost feel like I have to hold myself up by leaning. I explained how I felt to Dr. Aberle and said its basically like being car sick all the time. So he said he'd treat me. It was crazy! He put this balloon thing up my nose, put air pressure in an CRACK!!!! The one side of my nose opened!!!! I couldn't wait to do the other side.... Again CRACK!!!! OMG.... I could breath through my nose... I felt stable, not dizzy, and I could see!!! My daughter even said my nose looked straighter!!! I'd had surgery for this years earlier, but it failed. Basically collapsed my nasal passage instead. I feel better 'in my head' than I have in years!!!! And no antibiotics since!!!! He said I'll need a tune up from time to time, but it was the best thing ever!!! It will take a bit longer to ' untwist' me, but I' m not going to quit. I see lots of elderly folks who can't stand straight, walk, and have lots of back, shoulder, neck pain. I don't want to end up like that. In a nut shell, I highly recommend Dr. Aberle to anyone who may have similar or the same issues.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Aberle has been my chiropractor for over two years. I first sought treatment due to over 30 years of chronic back issues and pain. I was "stuck" as Dr. Aberle puts it. Other chiropractic care and traditional medical care provided only temporary relief. The ABC chiropractic method he utilizes has significantly improved my back and whole body function as well as decreased my back pain. My posture has improved greatly and I definitely sleep better at night. While treating the back issues, I was also able to get significant resolution to a 20+ year chronic bronchitis problem through chiropractic adjustments, respiratory enzymes (Chiro-Zyme T1 to T7 Rsp), and more recently with the addition of laser therapy. The laser therapy treatments have signicantly accelerated the healing process. I would strongly suggest a combination of chiropractic treatment and laser therapy. Muscles noticeably relax within 10-20 minutes. Dr. Aberle is very thorough when explaining all treatments and the process involved in ABC chiropractic care and laser therapy. Fantastic experience: I have had issues breathing through my nose for over five years now, and it had gotten to the point where I had to breathe with my mouth in most cases. I saw Dr. Aberle while home on vacation because of a referral by a family member. I had been told that the Dr. Aberle could help with breathing issues with a method he uses that other chiropractors don't use. I was skeptical at first when he was explaining the process but went along with it anyway. After some adjusting and improving my posture, Dr. Aberle was able to clear my nose of any blockage and I was able to breathe unobstructed for the first time in years! I will see the Dr next time Im home again without question.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jeff Aberle is my chiropractor. As a chiropractor myself, I have been adjusted by many of the "greatest" in the profession. Jeff is at a level above the "greatest". If you haven't experienced what Jeff and the ABC method can do, you owe it to yourself to try. You will feel better and do things you haven't done in years.

Fantastic experience: When I was a teenager I had fell off my parents garage and injured my lower back a little. Went to the hospital to get checked up and they ran some x rays and said everything looked normal. With that I went on without seeking any treatment of any kind. Then at the age of 18 I had a head on collision when a fell asleep behind the wheel. After that accident my lower back was giving me sharp pain that would come and go. There would be times when I would just bend down to tie my shoe and I would get a sharp pain in my lower back. When I would get that sharp pain in my lower back it would always get worse and in the end of the day I would be all twisted up. This went on for years in my life and then last year I had another really bad day where I was totally twisted up and couldn't stand straight at all. I looked up on Google for the nearest chiropractic by my house and saw Aberle Chiropractic and saw a few really good reviews and made an appointment. When I first went in and got 3 treatments I felt and noticed the difference on my body. With such a great out come for me I have referred my family to him and all has been happy and feeling great. I have been going back for treatments to fully treat my back once every two weeks. I would recommend Aberle Chiropractic to anyone who is looking for a great chiropractor to get treated. Fantastic experience: 56 years ago I had a childhood accident and have been going to chiropractors off and on ever since. I have had some very good chiropractors and some who were so so. Never have I experienced this abc method that Dr. Aberle uses. I originally went to see Dr. Aberle for some muscle work I needed on my shoulder. It had been bothering me for years. I got the muscle work that day but I was also educated on the abc method. My shoulder problem went away. I go every week for a treatment and my whole back has never felt better. My posture has gradually improved. I understand that the abc method doesn't have a stage were you are "done". I just know that for two years now I have a lot less back pain and I credit Dr. Aberle and this abc method for that. I would highly recommend you go see him.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Aberle for two or three years now. My posture has improved to the point where I stand up straight without even thinking about it (after years of constantly being conscious of and trying to maintain good posture). The improvement started almost immediately. My breathing has improved and I am becoming more flexible as well. Enzymes he has recommended have also positively affected my overall health, from better digestion to improved sleep to a calmer state of mind. Where once she had chronic foot problems, now her feet no longer hurt, and her posture has significantly improved.
