Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Head to Toe Health & Wellness! With such a comfortable and inviting environment, I felt welcome the moment I stepped through the door. Having never experienced a body wrap before, I didn't entirely know what to expect but Apryl and her team explained everything to me, walking me through the entire process. I went into my wrap with realistic expectations of what it could and couldn't do for my appearance and my body. Not only did I lose 26 inches from my body with my first wrap, but I slept wonderfully that night and my skin felt so soft from the minerals in the wrap. Did I lose weight? No. Did I appear visibly slimmer, tighter and firmer? Yes. But I'll be honest, it's more than just the wraps and the inches lost - it is really about the total experience. When I am at Head to Toe for a treatment (yes! I have had several now), I feel like I am spending time with an old friend. For that hour, the rest of the world, and the weight of it, don't exist and I can relax and breathe. It is the physical and mental break that I need and I am grateful that there is a place like Head to Toe Health & Wellness that I can find it.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Apryl 2 weeks before my wedding completely hysterical because I had gained so much water weight due to a medicine I was on that I was not going to fit in my dress comfortably. She was absolutely great and went above and beyond to not only calm me down, because like I said, I was hysterical. But also to make sure she did everything she could to help me comfortably fit into my dress. I had such great results and my wedding dress fit absolutely perfect!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE my monthly wraps and "me time" at Head-To-Toe!! The owner is amazing!! She puts you at ease (which is a feat in itself when you are standing there nearly naked)! I have never felt more comfortable at a spa, ever. The wraps are invigorating and make my skin feel fantastic. The best part?? The sauna at the end. It is so warm and relaxing. In my option, it's the best part of my day.

Fantastic experience: Experience was fantastic! Went in thinking it wouldn’t work at all and I was blown away! I’ve never been able to lose my stomach weight, even with cardio and diet. I was able to lean out some but that stomach thickness was always there because of Visceral Fat (bad inside fat). I felt bloated and could never suck in my stomach. After the wraps I lost 5lbs with no diet change or cardio! I can suck in my stomach now and I even feel healthier!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved Apryl and my wraps! When I went to her last spring I recently had weight loss surgery and was down about 75 pounds. I never once felt uncomfortable or judged by her or her staff. She made me feel very relaxed! Now that I'm down 100 pounds I'm ready for some more! These wraps don't dehydrate you!!! This is something after weight loss surgery that I have to pay attention too, and I never felt dehydrated before, during or after!

They really go above and beyond in answering any questions you might have and their interpersonal skills make you feel comfortable while wearing very little to get wrapped. The wrap process is painless, makes you feel refreshed and relaxed all while you get to lose a few inches and feel so much slimmer. After 1 wrap once I week for 3-4 weeks my clothes started fitting better, my sleep improved, my posture improved and I felt overall healthier w/ the help of the wraps removing toxins. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Fantastic experience: Apryl is one of the kindest human beings I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I went in search of quick results when my bridesmaid dress wouldn't zip two weeks before the big day. I lost 28 1/2 inches my first appointment. After three sessions, my dress zipped and I walked out being a forever client of Head to Toe.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible place with false claims of permanent results. Wraps are water weight loss that is temporary. Please confirm with your MD especially if you have DM, HTN, CKD, Abnormal Heart Rhythms, take Potassium, Lasix or Magnesium. If you have recently had urosepsis, influenza, or been febrile please consult your MD. This could cause serious, life threatening complications for you.

Fantastic experience: I just finished my 1st session last night. Let's say I am addicted!!!! I lost an inch in my waist line after my 1st time. Not to mention, the products used are topshelf! Apryl is well educated in her field and creates what could be awkward into an enjoyable experience. I will continue to drive all the way from Owensboro because Head to Toe Salon is topnotch!
