Fantastic experience: I came to this place to get some vaccines, i had no appointment , they helped me right away, i needed 6 vaccines and the guy who did the vaccines was so nice and professional, he had a nice attitude right from the beginning, he was quick and did a great job.

Negative experience: I've called and tried all of the different things in English and every time it hangs up on me

Negative experience: Incredibly unprofessional. Showed up at 4:32pm for Vital Records. Online states the office is open till 5pm. We patiently waited for them to finish with the woman they were helping. Promptly after they finished, they closed their screen window without a word to us at 4:40pm. They could clearly see us waiting. Such a passive aggressive way to close. Couldn’t bother to have any kind of conversation with us. If your hours are 8-4:30pm M-F, how is anyone with a job supposed to meet with you. Such a joke.

Fantastic experience: It was very nice all staff is helpful and kind thank you so much for helping us.

Negative experience: The vaccination reception staff was very friendly, but the person who gave my son the vaccines was super rude and treated us very badly. I don't know if it was because we are Hispanic, but I felt his annoyance when helping us.

Negative experience: The worst place the workers here are so rude and unhelpful. I would definitely not use this office. Changes to policy are not explained to you.

Fantastic experience: My children and I have loved coming to the wic clinic everytime. They staff here have been so nice and helpful and my kids feel safe and love to learn about the new ways to help grow.

Fantastic experience: I have a closer WIC location to my house, but decided to attend this one because of the reviews and I’m so glad I did! The office is kept really clean and everyone seems so nice, I was helped by Poka and she was so happy and made me feel so welcomed, she was also so gentle with my son when she had to prick his finger. Overall had a really great first time experience.

Negative experience: The staff is friendly but they are way understaffed and due to that they are always behind. Also they all go to lunch at the same time and come back late. Hire more people!

Fantastic experience: The WIC clinic on redwood in West Jordan is hands down thee best WIC clinic I’ve ever been to. Staff are friendly and very helpful. There’s this one particular staff named Poka, every time I get to receive help from her, she goes above and beyond. Not once have I ever met anyone disrespectful or rude. Thank you West Jordan WIC clinic for all the help you give. I am super grateful for the staff at the Redwood West Jordan WIC clinic.

Fantastic experience: OKAY LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THIS AMAZING OFFICE with INCREDIBLE STAFF, great COMMUNICATION with a PERSONAL TOUCH , I’m a single mother. It’s very hard for me to it to my wic appointment because of scheduling, Thank you POKA , for your ALWAYS MAKING MY EXPERIENCE GREAT AT WIC . Thank you WIC office FOR HAVING staff that truly cared about there patients and kids .

Fantastic experience: Redwood clinic is by far the best as far! The people are so nice and there is never a long wait. In and out. Poka is the sweetest and always remembers me, love her!

Negative experience: The WIC front desk staff are very rude and treat us as if we’re such a bother. They don’t let you voice anything and are ready for an argument the moment to show your a little frustrated. They also never answer their phones up front. Also, they wanted to clip my baby’s tongue and when I took her for another opinion they said she was fine and didn’t need the cut. I just don’t feel comfortable here or trust any of these ladies with mine and my child’s care. They are short staffed but I’m sure if they had better attitudes they’d keep their employees. The downtown salt lake location is so much better and treat you like an actual human.

Fantastic experience: I just moved here and didn't have my childrens birth certificates they helped me transfer my wic here and worked with me to get me and my children in Mrs.poca was very sweet and went out of her way to help us ❤️

Negative experience: My husband took my 10 month old baby for a vaccine, I’ve taken her there before no issues. Only this time he calls to tell me that the nurse or MA named Shelly administered the vaccine and didn’t screw the hub on correctly and so the syringe came off, with the needle still in my daughters leg and the medication spewing all over the place. She then told my husband that’s happened to her before and had to re do the vaccination again. We are both in the medical field and work with IVS so we are familiar with how they work. She should’ve known better and we are both upset that she had to poke my baby twice when it could’ve very easily been avoided.

Negative experience: Used to get my shots here but for my surprise I left my job earlier and drove 30 minutes and when I arrived at 4:20 I couldn’t get my shot because they don’t do walk in anymore after 3pm. What I saw was a lot of people doing nothing and can’t give me a shot . Lost my time

Fantastic experience: Walked in on a Friday at 11 am to get a Covid booster. Went right to the window and signed in. The nurse grabbed us within 5 to 10 minutes and we were able to get our booster shots no problem. Less than 30 minutes!

Fantastic experience: The building is really nice. Every employee I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The lines were short. When I did have a wait a little, there were comfortable chairs to sit on. I had to bring my two year old daughter with me, and everyone was great to her as well.

Negative experience: Have been trying to call for 3 days now and no one will answer. I haven't had my WIC in 3 days. Child almost out of formula and can't pay out of pocket for it.

Fantastic experience: Our nurse was very kind! She knew what she was doing. I would recommend coming here to get a COVID-19 vaccine. We had to wait in the wait in waiting room for 15 minutes. Then we got called and got our vaccine. Then we waited on the "check up" room for 15 minutes.

Negative experience: Unsure why they even have a phone number?

Negative experience: They never answer phone calls. I suggest just to do walk ins, unprofessional service.

Negative experience: Wait times are garbage here. Bring a tent and some lunch.

Fantastic experience: First time at this location for the WIC program. Staff was friendly and the office looks nice/new. It wasn't crowded, didn't wait long. Prefer this location more than the clinic in West Valley.

Negative experience: There is a lady that works there her name is MAY, I just want to mention she is very unprofessional and very rude!!!!! I have never had a experience like this at a WIC clinic. I’ve talked to other friends of mine and they say they have had the same experience with her. I am not sure what makes her think she can act like this towards clients but she’s very disrespectful and makes me not want to go to the clinic again. Please be aware.

Positive experience: Very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Carol Avery helped install and inspect our car seat for our soon to be newborn son. She was so friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. It was a pleasure getting to know her -- I highly recommend going to the South Redwood Public Health Center for car seat inspections!

Negative experience: Walked in at 4:40 and said they are closed....

Positive experience: Wait for a baby class the lady was 15min late. The lady's at the desk are usually short with you. But there is one lady I really like, she is from Idaho and very nice. I also had a very difficult time with switching WIC locations from out of state here. Typically the women that work with my children are nice. Despite the rudeness of the lady's at the front desk, Im treated fairly.

Negative experience: They ARE NOT a safe needle disposal site!!! Went there yesterday with 3 boxes full of unused, expired insulin needles. They WOULD NOT take them and we're clueless why I came there as a safe place to dispose of needles! DONT LIST THEM AS A SAFE NEEDLE DISPOSAL SITE. It was a waste of my time going there!!!

Fantastic experience: Very good environment and I had a very good experience. They are extremely helpful and was quick.
