Negative experience: I don’t what happen to the other crew that worked there but they were wonderful!! The last 2 times I went I did not like the service. I will not return. If it is under new management I hope you get it together. I miss the old crew I had given them a beautiful plant last year and they took great care of it. When I would go in and see it I would smile and happy it looked so good! When I went in yesterday it was nearly dead. That made me very sad Too bad, I really enjoyed my shake and the ladies.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming in here for 10 yrs. The customer service and ambience of the place is amazing! When you walk in after your first or second time they know you by name. They even personalize your cup for your birthday or you’re just feeling down! Makes it feel like family! I also like how they change monthly their specialty shakes and teas! Another big part of why I support Gomez is because of her involvement with the community. She offers discounts for all EMS, Fire, and Police officers! She also sponsors a lot around the community! Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I love Higher Level Nutrition. Brian is the man if you ever meet him. Gomez is amazing at her job and really loves what she does. Kailey, Caroline, and Taylor are great also. I’m a real regular and I see how they treat everyone. They are all very respectful and nice and it’s a great start to my day every time I start the day with them at Higher Level. The ladies spoil everyone knowing what you want without even telling them once they have gotten to know you. I highly recommend coming here if you want great shakes, a great place to relax, a cool place to meet people and network, or if you care about your health and want a treat-like smoothie and other things for dieting. Higher Level serves more than one purpose for most of us. That’s why I LOVE coming here.

Fantastic experience: This place is AMAZING! I come here just about every day and the girls always take good care of me! The owner, Brian, is super nice and helpful. He knows his product and his business. The girls are very educated and friendly. They are quick and the shakes always taste delicious! I love coming here and when I have time I like to sit at the bar and hang out with the girls, when they're not busy that is. Definitely recommend this to anyone!!!

Fantastic experience: I took my lady friend here (she paid of course), and it was probably the best herbalife shake I've ever had. However, while I was here, I made a funny joke and no one was listening to me. That hurt my feelings. My lady friend (yes, she's real) said, "My grandpa is 80, and he is doing just fine." I said, "My grandpa is fat." No one heard me, so I just pouted and looked sad. Anyways, I guess it was a good time. Still trying to recover from that flop, though. Favorite shake you ask?
