She actually listens to me, researches my issues, and provides solutions. Carl is an excellent personal trainer. His training style produces quick results. Highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience with Blake who treated my anxiety and knee issues with acupuncture and really showed care and in depth knowledge during our conversations and my treatment. I also enjoyed one session I had with Jerr she gave me some good tips on Chinese medicine books. They did a great job decorating the place making it inviting and spiritual.

Fantastic experience: I recently got my first migraine massage with Lorel a few days ago. I’ve struggled with migraines since childhood, but this was the first time I walked out of an appointment feeling genuine relief, not just physically but emotionally too. The massage was incredible. She was so intuitive and knew exactly where to focus to release the tension that always triggers my headaches. The space itself felt peaceful and grounding, and for the first time in a long time, the immense weight I felt in my shoulders was gone. I can’t recommend them enough! It was a truly healing experience.

Fantastic experience: I've been going regularly since Dec 2022 for allergies (seasonal, dust mites, etc)! Before I started, the allergy symptoms were slowly getting worse & worse over the years and were so bad that I would only have approximately 5 "good days"(no symptoms at all) in a year. After starting acupuncture, I maybe only have a few flare ups a year but they're often minimal symptoms. Besides allergies, they can also help with numerous other symptoms & health issues. Often times I'm just going to maintain because I don't want to go back to where I was. Overall, I'm incredibly grateful I found them! If you're looking for a holistic approach to your health, give them a call. I almost always see Blake when I go & I enjoy the Community Room. Blake is super knowledgeable & very kind- but the entire CHM team rocks!! Thank you guys for all you've done for me.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing experience. I booked a last-minute chiropractic appointment for 3:30 PM before a trip, took sick time, and drove 25 minutes to get there. Upon arrival, the receptionist, who was the person who booked my appointment over the phone, sent me to another building with unclear signage and that looked empty and closed. After returning to the original building, she discovered the chiropractor had already left and my appointment had somehow vanished from the system. I wasted time, lost work hours, and missed the care I needed—only to receive a casual “sorry about that.” Over a month later, there’s still been no follow-up or attempt to make it right. A complete disregard for a new patient.

Fantastic experience: I went to CHM last Summer for several months and Lindsey took excellent care of me. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and is very knowledgeable about Pilates Reformer. I’ve done Pilates before but never had a trainer like Lindsey. She’s truly one of a kind. I used the Pilates reformer and loved it. She did an amazing job slowly getting showing me step by step what exercises were right for my deformed back. And the right way to use reformer. I have severe scoliosis, advanced degenerative disc disease, and ankylosing spondylitis. I saw huge improvements on my back and my joints and back weren’t hurting as much! I also saw Jerr for acupuncture. I’ve never done acupuncture before either and I was a very anxious trying it. Jerr calmed me down and it was very relaxing. She’s also very caring and personal. I felt 100% better. And I was so calm and at peace. The owners of HCM, Blake and Carl, are very passionate about Holistic Medicine and pointed me in the perfect direction for my needs! I would definitely recommend trying Holistic Chattanooga Medicine! Your body will be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: Slowly but surely healing my body naturally with the help of Dr. Neil Kjos. He's fantastic. Don't settle for western medicine that won't find root causes to illnesses. Health is wealth!

Fantastic experience: Brought my 7 year old daughter to see Dr. Kjos today. He is incredibly knowledgeable in his understanding of the body. The first visit was enough time to give him a good background and ask questions, which he answered thoroughly. (And I tend to have a LOT of questions.) He was able to create a good plan to help her. After seeing so many specialists and getting nowhere, we are feeling very hopeful. He was also very understanding of what we can do financially, which was a huge relief. I would highly recommend him and already have to multiple people in our homeschool community who are looking to get help with some of their long term health issues.

I know that my needs are cared for, and I never feel like they are rushing off to the next person or task. Amazingly, practicing Kaiut has helped with BOTH of those! Jenn is an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced Yoga teacher. A pleasure to work with. My life is so enhanced because of this practice, I can’t imagine living without it!

Fantastic experience: I went to CHM for help with pain in pregnancy (massage and acupuncture). I had never had acupuncture before and it was explained in depth and I was always asked for feedback so that each session could be tailored to my needs that week. Everyone at the office is kind and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CHM to others.

Fantastic experience: I went for rehab on my shoulder after injuring it. They were all extremely friendly and very informative of how to prevent an injury in the future. I even tried acupuncture for the first time ever and it was a great! I also got a mineral test done and CHM helped me balance my minerals. Now my gut health is significantly better. I went for just one thing at first and was so impressed by the results that I wanted to optimize my health as best that I could. Regular doctors didn’t listen over the years and just prescribed pills and other pharmaceuticals that overall hurt my gut health. Chattanooga Holistic Medicine not only provided a great experience but they empowered me with knowledge to help myself in the future. I highly recommend and will be returning! Fantastic experience: Blake is not only an absolute miracle-working acupuncturist - he's incredibly knowledgeable in every area of holistic medicine - he gives you the most rounded, wisest perspective on your health and healing. I brought my whole family over to get treated by Blake and he solved our ailments that we tried but were not able to resolve over the years - even with the help of numerous specialists in NYC and London - including chronic back pains and headaches. After 1-2 sessions with Blake - they went away permanently!!! The office is so beautiful, new and modern and even child- friendly. My kids felt like royalties picking and serving themselves delicious tea while I was getting a treatment. Besides Accupuncture there are so many other services available that help your emotional and physical well-being. It's truly a gem of Chattanooga. Forget Ashram, come here!

Fantastic experience: Blake is one of the best, most caring and effective acupuncturists you will ever find in Chattanooga. He's caring, kind, flexible and will cure you of all your stuff hehehhe. I started going to his practice since 2017 when he was at The Acupuncture Station and i can only say he taught me a lot about what was happening with me both physically and emotionally. Thank God, most of my ailments we're cured under his care through accupunture and herbs. God bless you Blake!

Negative experience: My wife went in to see Blake today. He said he’d be back in 45 minutes and never returned, even though the timer was going off in the room, so she eventually had to take the needles out herself. She went to find him in his office, gabbing away on the phone with a friend as she handed the needles back, seeming to be annoyed she wanted him. He must do this often because then he said “did you find all the needles? Some people don’t.” Then gave a lackluster apology and said she “should have let him know she needed to leave at a certain time”. Then he tried to upsell her a tincture for hormones afterwards, and at no point did she feel like he was taking her seriously or with care. If you’ve been to a serious acupuncturist before, you wouldn’t be taking your own needles out after an hour with them in. For a holistic medicine practice, you would think there would be compassion and intentional care, but twice now Blake hasn’t produced. She didn’t have a great experience with him the first time, and gave him the benefit of the doubt to go back a second, only to have the rate increase $20 and have an even worse experience. When your a brand new mother who goes into town for a day of rest and rejuvenation, this is not what it is.

Fantastic experience: About a year ago I started my journey of healing wholeness and in doing so I sought guidance from Chattanooga Holistic Medicine. I am incredibly grateful for having been lead to CHM because the therapy I have received there has been life changing. My body is challenged with both an unchangeable autoimmune disease as well as the stress on my body of having 6 children. My body was in a great deal of discomfort, I had significant disconnect in my brain/body connection, and I lacked the necessary strength to heal. Over my time thus far, I have had all the therapies offered at CHM which I believe have helped to stave off surgeries, medications, and even emotional stress. I am ever grateful for all the guys at CHM. Their care and knowledge are altogether impressive, diligent, organic, and trustworthy. I appreciate all they have done for me and even some of my sons. Therapy such as what Chattanooga Holistic Medicine offers is certainly more of what we all need to heal and live healthy lives. ✨

Fantastic experience: I live in Colorado but here at the conventiontion center for work. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had accupunture by Blake. His personality was confident but also calming as he listened to my ailments and told me what he was going to do and why (points for specific and particular therapy). Fantastic experience: If you want to better your health and make a life style change, I would highly recommend coming here. The staff is so kind and really listens to what your health goals are. It's not as fast of a result as modern medicine, but I truly feel so much better and have more energy.

Negative experience: This place was a joke. First, they try way to hard way overboard to put a natural doctor's office feel in the place. The guy I met with had no clue about most of the health issues I brought up. I knew more than he did. I was told over the phone that it was a free consultation. I went in and told him a little bit about the health issues my family and I were experiencing and I answered most of my own questions. I told him my two children were having sinus issues. They were out in the car with their father so he told me to bring them in. He literally asked if I looked in his ears, asked if his cheeks were rosey, that was literally it. He gave me herbs for their sinuses and immune system. I was charged for the herbs which I expected but what I did not expect was to be charged $35 dollars for a FREE consultation. What did he charge me for "looking" at my one year old? He didn't even touch him he again only asked if I looked in his ears and if his cheeks were rosey. I left paying $71 for nothing. It would have been cheaper for me to stay at home and order the herbs myself... Smh

Fantastic experience: I came to Chris because I had a consistent pain in between my shoulders and he provided instant pain relief that lasted. So, now I come to him for every ache and pain and he continues to provide the same results. Never underestimate the power of a well-intended poke!
