Fantastic experience: I've heard so many horror stories about Chiropractors over the years so I lived with my neck pain for a long time, but Dr. Phillips put all of those worries to rest. He explains his procedure well, doesn't pressure you into any long-term contracts, and his treatment works! Highly recommended for anyone afraid of their first chiro visit.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr. Phillips for chiropractic care for years, on and off as needed. He is excellent at what he does and makes me feel safe as a patient. Most recently, I had neck pain that I allowed to get worse and worse to the point that I thought it might be beyond something a chiropractor could fix. After one visit with Dr. Phillips I felt almost back to 100%. After a second visit I was good to go. I cannot tell you how impressed I am!

Fantastic experience: After another chiropractor made hurtful comments about my weight I almost gave up on chiropractic care but I'm so thankful I didn't. Dr. Phillips is very kind, patient, and caring. Not only has he helped me with every day aches and pains, he has helped me to break free of the chronic pain cycle I was in due to a back injury I sustained years ago. And he did so without judgment. Now that I am rid of my chronic pain, I have been able to exercise for the first time since my injury and have even lost a few pounds! All thanks to Dr. Phillips!!

Fantastic experience: Postpartum Chiro Care: We Highly recommend Dr. Justin!! I saw him 2 weeks postpartum due to my 18-labor which I had unbearable left jaw pain and hip pain. With a few treatments my pain was gone. I still come and see Dr. Justin for “maintenance”. The office is great at getting me in right away when I call. Anna Lee up front really is the best! We absolutely love everything about this office. Newborn Chiro Care: We struggled with our newborn sleeping on his back. He would scream or wake up as soon as we tried to put him in his bassinet. I came to see Dr. Justin for issues I was having after my delivery but after talking with Dr. Justin and the exhaustion which was coming out in tears, Dr. Justin asked if he could adjust our 4 week old baby. He was so gentle. That night I cried happy tears because our son was able to sleep on his back AND for several hours! We continue to bring him in for adjustments. We love how much Dr. Justin cares not only for us but for the well-being of our son. I am sooo thankful we found Dr. Justin and Anna Lee!

Negative experience: The receptionist is so incredibly rude, how she works in customer service is beyond me. Justin is nice but doesn’t spend any time with his patients. Other chiros in the area spend 20 min plus with their patients here you get 2

Fantastic experience: They have been taking care of me and my hubby for years. When doctors could not find out what was wrong with me after multiple tests and painful test Dr. Justin took me in his office got x-rays and showed me my problems and gave me relief that day. I am so grateful for him and his team I love them all.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is so friendly, and Dr. Phillips does a great job explaining things. I was having a lot of neck and shoulder pain, plus frequent headaches and migraines. I hadn't been to a chiropractor in over 10 years and wasn't really sure what results to expect. After a couple of weeks of treatment I am feeling so much better and having a lot less headaches also. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Positive experience: I finally found a chiropractor I can trust! Dr. Rebecca Lee is well-trained and has helped me with my migraines and other injuries, including a sprained ankle. I have been impressed by Dr. Lee's holistic knowledge of health/the body. I've received help here for a couple of years now and I have seen Dr. Lee's passion for her profession and her commitment to growing her own knowledge so that she can provide the best care for her patients. The staff here always seeks to help me, personally and with a positive, authentic presence.

Fantastic experience: I won't go to Anyone else in this area for care, but Justin. And let me tell you, I've been to a lot of chiropractors here. I've been hurt, ignored and just plain not adjusted right. Justin is awesome and consistent. Plus he actually gives a genuine care for you. I travel from Ooltewah to Hixson to see him every week, 2-3 times. He's never done me wrong and I trust him with my stenosis and critical care I need. Thank you guys ❤

Negative experience: I went a couple times for chiropractic care here a couple years ago. Everyone was friendly and professional. I decided not to continue chiropractic care. Nothing personal. I just no longer felt the need. Today I received a text to remind me of an upcoming appointment I had not scheduled. I called to make sure they knew I wasn't coming and to make sure they weren't going to try to bill me. The lady on the phone was nice at first. She admitted this was their method to bring patients back. When I asked to be removed from their contact list so that I would no longer be sent fake appt confirmations, she instead tried to sell me on more appointments. When I persisted, she hung up the phone. Unexpected and unprofessional.
