Fantastic experience: We recently went for a consultation, the pharmacists at Fallon are happy to answer questions without charge but we had a lot of issues to discuss, and they offer consultations, which is a great service. We met with Tania, who was the most knowledgeable pharmacist we have ever spoken to. She helped us with interactions, when to take the various medications along with our supplements, and we now have a plan we can follow with all of the things we take. We feel much more confident now that we are getting the most good from what we are taking, which is a great help...

Fantastic experience: First, I want to personally thank this pharmacy for going above and beyond to help me replace a prescription, that my dog decided to eat (my last 6 pills) before we left our home in Florida. I scrambled to find a compounding pharmacy, that could transfer my refill, while we’re here visiting my father in law. I called when they first opened, spent hours at the airport, flying and arriving here. I was worried they wouldn’t be able to fill it. After landing and getting our bags, I called only to find they had put a rush on my prescription because of my situation. Thank you, from the bottom of my I heart, I greatly appreciate you and your team. You are truly a blessing from God.

Fantastic experience: Fallon’s is an asset in this area. They are not a run of the mill pharmacy, they do compounding for special medications and medications in special forms. They prepare hormone for our dog in really small capsules that we can get down. I have never explored their selection of vitamins and supplements but I understand they are quite skilled in this area as well.

The staff I have spoken with have all been very friendly and helped me out when needed on a few issues due to being a new customer. Fantastic experience: Helpful people, products I wasn't expecting, can't believe I have never been here before

Fantastic experience: I had never been to Fallon Wellness Pharmacy before. I went there to pick up a prescription that my Vet ordered for my dog Buddy. Both the lady at the counter and the pharmacist were extremely nice. The pharmacist came out and explained how to administer the medicine and had even added a line on the syringe to help me see exactly how much to give. I left there feeling confident in what I needed to do.

Fantastic experience: The folks at Fallon pharmacy helped me to get a medication my cat needed on such short notice. I cannot say how much I appreciate them enough. I came in less than an hour before close and they mixed up what he needed on the spot. They also added some extra flavoring to the medication to try and help him be enticed to eat and keep it down. They’re life savers and so so kind. I will be back to them in the future for myself and my pet!

Positive experience: My cat needed prednisone per order of vet. The first bottle didn't have enough, second bottle was not mixed right and had to be replaced. They did do the right thing and not charge me for all there mistakes.

Fantastic experience: Very impressive Pharmacy staff and Services. Great to get out of the commercial, low service and highly stressed Chain Pharmacies. Great quality compounding center and information center for maintenance of personal daily health. The best Pharmacy in every way.

Positive experience: Very expensive. I used to get my cats prescription here. They raised her drug from 30 to 120 a bottle of cisapride 5mg tablets with in less than a year.

Negative experience: They did not have that great of a customer service as I had hoped for.

Negative experience: Check before going to see if your insurance covers meds. Not a participant pharmacy with all. Special medication with special prices. Secondly they make you wait hours. Very sympathetic to people in discomfort.lol Would not choice them.

Negative experience: Went with my mother to ask if this Pharmacy had any recommendations for a holistic/homeopathic OB/GYN. The cashier directed us to a man named Peter, I introduced myself and my Mom and asked him what we were looking for and if he had any recommendations. This man was very rude, and said he couldn't recommend anyone until my mother had a diagnosis and he had to look at her lab work. I came looking for a recommendation for a OB/GYN, not for his personal opinion or his involvement in my mom's health problems. Rude staff and rude director for a holistic business.

Fantastic experience: Always pleasant, amazing assortment of pet compound medications.

Positive experience: The pharmacist called the right number when the prescription was ready. Adequate counseling was provided. If they could give back the three days I lost due to their prior negligence, I would be completely satisfied.

Negative experience: This pharmacy doesn't meet even basic expectations. With all the pharmacists on staff, you can't even talk to one to ask about your prescription at the time of pick-up. Apparently, they were all much too busy to answer a question about my medication. They didn't return my call either. During my visit there, one of the clerks acted like it was a huge imposition to point out where a particular product was located. Horrible service.
