Negative experience: This clinic is extremely unprofessional. I have an appointment set for 10:00 and no one is here at the office.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced, Olivia. We understand your frustration, but we want to clarify that our location serves as a third-party provider for Fieldprint. Our station was down, and we informed Fieldprint in advance so they could cancel affected appointments including yours. Since we are not directly in charge of scheduling or communication, we were not given the ability to notify clients individually.
We recommend reaching out to Fieldprint directly regarding your appointment status. While we strive to assist every client to the best of our ability, some matters are unfortunately beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
Negative experience: Good luck getting in contact with anyone here. I called multiple times, over multiple days. Even texted the number they sent after they missed my call. Nothing. Their website to set up appointments doesnt work. I went up to the office, nobody answered the door. I was sent to this site to get a pre-employment drug test which should have been a quick and easy in and out.

Negative experience: Make sure you call them even if you have a confirmed appointment if you are in need of a DOT physical. They will set an appointment but when you show up will boot you and say to come back another day. Will go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: This site is clean. The staff are very friendly and respectful. The service is fast. I was in and out in 15 minutes for my drug test. I will definitely come back.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Belle Wellness facility was pleasantly unique. I did the zero gravity massage chair and sauna blanket. The atmosphere was clean, inviting and professional. Jenyfer was my technician. She had great vibes and was very attentive in meeting my service needs. The staff was prompt. My services started/ended on time. I recommend Bella Wellness and would use the services again!

Negative experience: The lady was so rude I went there for a drug test she didn’t greet me I tryed to have conversation with her she just brush me off she told me one thing then came back and said another thing also tryed to rush me to use the bathroom for my drug test when I didn’t have to go at that moment I will never come back here

Fantastic experience: I visited Bella Clinic for a recent pre-employment health screening. I found Isabella (medical assistant) to be very warm, kind, and helpful and Greg, the nurse practitioner, was extremely kind, caring, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. I was also impressed with the number of services that Bella offers - urgent care, a weight loss program, esthetic procedures, and more. I won't hesitate to return to Bella in the future specifically because of the wonderful experience that I had with Isabella and Greg. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Greg Sieverding, NP was very informative about their weight loss program and has a kind demeanor. His receptionist was sweet also. I was there for a pre-employment drug test and left wanting to try their weight loss program. I would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: They made me wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for a 15 minute drug test, I was the only customer there. They then “cancelled” my appointment and told me to go somewhere else.

Negative experience: This place looks nice and legitimate, on the surface. I initially went to this clinic for a drug testing service they provide. I was told they could provide both I was looking to receive up until they suddenly couldn't. This was entirely misleading they could only provide me with one, which compared to several other locations for testing is much higher priced! They initially took my payment for both tests then, after a TWO hour wait(there was no one else there btw), informed me I could not receive one as they do not provide the service and they had several technical issues throughout the process! If you want a receipt they do not itemize the receipt which prevents partial refunds! So they made me come in the next day to get a "reversed" entire transaction and pay for the one single test separately again, that transaction went through no problems on my side. The reversal which they did not complete, as the transaction has completed and cleared my account. They have been extremely difficult to get in touch with over this issue. I've been charged over 4x the amount of the service I received! Right in the middle of the holiday season too! I would definitely recommend to stay far away from this place especially Mrs. Jenyfer Foust. Go to premium labs instead! They are reasonably priced and fast with a streamlined process and will not charge for services they failed to and do not provide! Throughout this process I was very patient but after three days one spent waiting, another spent waiting for my money back, which I still have yet to receive, and a day of calling to get in touch with anyone relevant to refunding my money for services not done is ridiculous! Update: For the urine drug screen they provide, even though it clearly states on their website that they email lab results which is a standard practice btw I was refused to have my results delivered via email and had to go out of my way to pick them up and that test was also not a 10 panel I paid for but a 5 so again even with the sorry apology they've responded with they didn't even address the entire situation nor resolve it again stay away from this place terrible service. Premium labs or even a low country urgent care provides the service at much better rates and faster results period

Fantastic experience: It was awful trying to figure where this place is located because the Google map started going crazy like go left go right but it's because there's a lot of business and building label 540 you need to know the Suite Alphabet or building number unless you will literally ride up and down the street looking for this place So be aware. People were nice but .
