Negative experience: Incompetent and not very nice employees. They were unable to conduct a drug test. I would like to add that none of the clinics we have previously worked with through CRL/FormFox have ever required any portal interaction. None. A standard referral provided by our driver has always been sufficient. In any case, this is not an issue, as there are several other clinics just a few meters away that also work with FormFox and conduct testing without requiring registration or document submission through any portal.

Negative experience: I am furious with this dr and his staff. !!! If I could give a 0 I would ! I saw Dr Forbes April 18th in Sparks Nevada for a final evaluation on my wrist. I was told I would hear something from my insurance company in 4 to 6 weeks. I have not heard anything and neither has my claims adjuster. I have called Dr Forbes office 3 to 4 times and get.nowhere other than being told they have no update . Really since April nothing has been done ? The WORST service !

Fantastic experience: Good morning, everyone, I hope the peace of God in your lives, I need to share what happened with me yesterday, l had an extra charge by a moving business, l am fighting with that since my birthday 11/30, then yesterday I decided to go that business for a solution, suddenly I saw a woman walking and a rainbow around her l feel in shock, l don’t smoke and I don’t drink and l am a teacher and yesterday wasn’t so hot to say that I was having a mirage, well I lost the place where I was going, then I need to come back to my way, when I was dealing with the manager this woman with a rainbow knocked the door, I was in shock, l need to tell her what happened, then she asked me may l give you a hug, l said yes of course, she said l just left a session with Dr Forbes, he’s a chiropractor that works with energy, l said to her, l am from Brazil, we are very spiritual and l really saw a rainbow around her and she was feeling wonderful, she shinny and the top of that guess what the street name of his clinic is rainbow, tell me if God exist or not, if l need or anyone that you know need his services l bet there’s no one better than him in Vegas, l never went there, l don’t know him but I really know that he does a great job, sorry to the long review but I know that someone in need will enjoy it and to everyone have a blessed day

Negative experience: They do not observe any COVID guide line for practitioners and their office, not even a hand sensitizer ! Also they don’t honor Humana’s insurance co pay program, they ask for extra payment which insurance company disagreeing! Totally disappointing in every direction including actual chiropractic performance.

Negative experience: So... oh boy. So if you are going to them for DOT... They don't give the actual card any longer. If you are going for pre-employment avoid. The wife of the doctor claims to know better. Avoid at all costs. and the repose should show everyone exactly who you're dealing with. P.S. Thank you for your outburst about my medical condition in public ma'am. I was unaware that was also a common practice for your office.

Appt is easy and your in and out in a reasonable time. Don't waste your time going elsewhere, go see Dr. Forbes, you will be so satisfied. They are great.

Fantastic experience: Dr Forbes is one of the best Chiropractors and overall doctors I’ve been able to find in Las Vegas. He has a wonderful and caring staff who called me by my name and were very courteous. They follow all health standards that are needed for Covid and they follow them better than most doctors offices. I’ve had chronic back pain for years and have seen plenty of specialists who all recommend surgery, or a bunch of medication. Dr. Forbes, within one visit was able to address the issue I had and explained why he did what he was doing. He then helped me with stretches I could do to prevent injury in the future. Unlike other Chiropractors, he gets the job done and doesn’t force you to come in again and again. DR FORBES IS THE BEST!!!
