Negative experience: ZERO stars. Ordered from this company back in July and they charged my credit card 10 times in December for no orders placed. State ATTY general's office has been notified as well credit card company for fraud! Crooked company!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been ordering my supplements from this company for at least 8 years, and maybe more like 10+. In looking at other supplement companies, I have not found others to be nearly as good as Professional Supplement Center. Their overall pricing, quality of supplements, fast shipping, good dating and customer service has always been excellent. And with a little effort you can often find coupons to use on your order! Give this fine company a try, I feel quite confident that you'll be very pleased that you did!

Fantastic experience: I have relief on this company to ship me genuine, professional grade supplements for some years. Today, I ran out of a supplement unavailable in my town. Fantastic experience: Professional Supplement Center is a wonderful place in Sarasota to pick up quality supplements at great prices! Marci and Susan treat you like family, and they take time to help you choose from the incredibly wide variety of products available in the store. The free samples and some items at 50% (as they near the experiration date ) enable me to afford to experiment and see what works best for my health. Fantastic experience: Love Professional Supplement Center! I stumbled across their site over a year ago and have never looked back. They have such a variety of quality supplements. Their products are shipped to you FREE of cost! That’s literally unheard of. I had an issue with a purchase that was “delivered” but not received by me. Their customer service didn’t hesitate to send me out a new shipment immediately. Customer for life!

Fantastic experience: I have been using PSC for a few months now so that I can buy all my medically necessary supplements from one location (I cannot find them locally). I have found their website easy to use so far, and get my order relatively quickly, especially considering I live on the opposite side of the country in a somewhat remote area. I assumed they were a large company and not a small business. I was momentarily surprised to learn that they started off as a small business, but were later acquired by another company that owns multiple other businesses/brands. I did read through the parent companies about us, which was very transparent. As a small business owner, it would have been nice to buy from another small business, even if it wasn't local. However, the parent company seems to be fairly organic, and appear to be sincerely committed to providing a quality service and product line.

Negative experience: WOW!! i will never order from this company again. the only reason i did this time is because my local health food store did not hv my vitamins and they were not sure whn they wld get them in. i did the 'google' search and found this company. i saw tht they could do 1-3 day shipping. and they were in Sarasota FL. i live in Panama City FL. so i paid extra for USPS 1-3 business day delivery/shipping. i ordered on 5/11, which was the weekend. i rcvd my sales order which shows my ship date 5/13. im thinking i shld get my order by today. i called to check. the rep told me tht my order actually did not ship out til 5/14, which she sd was the actual ship date. yes, i was confused. i asked her why my order sd the 5/13. she gv me some lame excuse abt tht's how they ship. REALLY??? so, she sd i shld get my product my Saturday, 5/18. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF PAYING EXTRA SHIPPING??? wont use them again. BUYER BEWARE.

Fantastic experience: Great place to shop! Decent prices. For some prescription homeopathic items you could book a free phone consultation and after that you will be able to purchase them. In my experience they are more effective than prescription medical drugs. Superior customer service. I got a dosed homeopathic item, and sprayer never worked. I called, and they shipped the sprayer top and whole new item for free. I really appreciate it! Thank you!

Positive experience: Professional Supplement Center has been my supply source for at least five years, and I've always found them to offer prompt, courteous, and reliable service. A big disappointment for me, however, is the fact that they ship many of my supplements in a brown bag lined with plastic bubble wrap. It cannot be recycled. I inquired about this and requested more environmentally friendly packaging, and I was told that because the recyclable bags cost more, they are not an acceptable option. I would gladly pay a few cents more to protect the environment and am so sad that money trumps love for our planet.

Fantastic experience: I have been ordering from PSC for 3-4 months now and have been very happy. I trust their selection and being a Floridian, I love how I get my products shipped so fast! I also love their Auto-Fill discount, and how any coupon that is greater will override the automatic 12% discount! (To those saying they took it away, they did not; some brands do not let PSC discount unfortunately. They have the full list on their site). I'd recommend this store to anyone looking for supplements.

We do have a $.99 hanlding fee on all our orders. You should receive that 10% off though and I'd be happy to look into that for you. The only exception to the 10% are the brand restrictions we have, there are some brands that never let us discount their products. If you have something that is a brand restriction I wouldn't be able to get around that. But if you'd like to check in to see you can call us at 888-245-5000.

Negative experience: Our last 2 orders have been delivered hot. The first order delivered HOT, ice pack HOT. I called and was told it doesn’t matter as long as the seal wasn’t broken. I cannot find any research to back up their claim. It was very obvious that we were not getting the same results with the first hot bottle. Seemed it was not working like it was in previous orders. So we ordered another one. When it came hot again, I called again to tell them that it came hot. Their only option was to send a return label. Very inconvenient and we need this supplement and will now have to not only wait again for a bottle from another company but then wait god knows how long for our refund. Meanwhile I’ll be out $80 without a product. Very inconvenient. They need to work on their packaging. So I wouldnt suggest buying if you are purchasing a supplement that needs to stay cold.

I’d like to address the money question first. I will have the refund processed tomorrow morning for you, is the order under your name? If you can email me your email address and / or order number I can make that happen. At that point it is up to the bank but typically 3-5 business days. If you used PayPal up to 10 days.

Second I’d like to extend an offer. If you do want to stick with us I can have another bottle sent, I’ll send it overnight. At the time I an typing this it is Thursday night so I’d want to do that Monday. But if you’d like I’d be happy to do that.

Lastly, I would like to address the product. The information you heard from the representative and what I’m about to say all come from the brands that make the products.

None of this is intended to try and talk you out of anything, just passing along some info. If you’d like to talk further please email me a good time to call you and I’ll do everything I can to make your time work.
1- all probiotics and other cold storage products are made with overages in their potency. This is to ensure no matter what happens you’ll get what the level says. No brand, nor a retail store like ours can control the weather and how hot it is outside.
2- the products are good out of cold storage for about two weeks so long as the seal is still in place. Some companies go up to 45 days, I tend to stick with the shortest timeline. Similar to condiments. You buy your ketchup and mustard on the shelf, but once you open it should be refrigerated.
3- These probiotics live inside our bodies, which is 97 degrees. So they are pretty robust when it comes to shipping.

Fantastic experience: I randomly found this place online and probably will never shop elsewhere. Great, wide selection and prices on most things are pretty decent. They almost always ship out my order within a day or two max and I receive it within a week. Florida to PA. I've never had any type of discount except what's occasionally on sale. Too bad these bad reviewers can't order what they need sooner and not give a bad review because they mismanaged their supply or understand that prices everywhere are going up.

Negative experience: Have ordered vitamins online here for many years and have been happy up until today when I saw that not only did they increase prices (I know everything is going up in price), but they also removed the automatic 12% discount for your order. I was ready to place my $250 order but when I keyed in the discount code that I've used for at least 3 years, I received a "discount expired" message. I called their # and the representative told me they did away with the 12% discount code UNLESS you sign up for auto-refill! I hate that gimmick. Auto refill may be convenient for some, but not everyone knows how their finances will be every month and it is inconvenient to have to remember to change refill dates if you are not quite ready for the auto refill. In addition, there are some months I need different vitamins/supplements depending on what is going on medically so there are items I will not need on a refill. Often, when people sign up for auto-refill of anything, they usually end up with far more than they need or use. I am very disappointed in Professional Supplement Center. People should not have to sign up for more than they need/want to get the discount. You've lost my business. You were not the cheapest anyway. Now you definitely are not.

Fantastic experience: This store is very well-stocked and prices are competitive. They carry a lot of the brands that my nutritionist recommends and trusts. I have found the staff to be friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I feel that many retail establishments could take a clue from them on how to treat customers as they are so helpful. This level of service is (sadly) rare these days! I will not go anywhere else to purchase my needed vitamins and supplements!

One of the products that we sent you expires in 5 months and the other 9 months. Negative experience: Shipping couldn't be any slower. It'll take 8 days for my shipment to arrive if all goes as tracking says. I had planned on at least 4-5 days but am now out of my supplements until they arrive. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: Misled and gouged. I asked about a supplement that required research to find in their stock. It took some time, but I appreciated the effort and the fact that they did finally locate it in their system. The salesperson said that a bottle of 120 capsules would be about $14 so I agreed. She was only able to find a bottle of 60 capsules and charged me over $21, which was the sale price according to her. I have never paid over $15 for the exact same brand and quantity at full price This was my first visit... and unfortunately my last.

You recently stopped by our retail store in Sarasota, Fl. Although we do offer over 500 brands and 25,000 products, our inventory is fluid. We do list the product by another brand, Planetary Herbals for $13.88 (120 count), however, this is not a stock item. Our Retail associate advised that this would have to be ordered for you. Our understanding is that you required the product immediately so she researched our database for on-hand quantities of the supplement requested. She found an available brand and presented it to you for your approval. The brand purchased, Jarrow Formulas, is only available in the 60 capsule size. We typically provide our Retail customers with the opportunity to place an order for pick up in-store or have it shipped to their homes, at no additional charge.

Our policy is to provide quality supplements and excellent customer service; both online and in-person. There is never pressure to purchase a product that you are not comfortable taking. We would happily return the product and refund your method of payment. Again, thank you for taking the time to contact us. We appreciate customer feedback as it is an integral part of our culture and assists us in enhancing the customer experience.
