Fantastic experience: Dr Kramer works wonders. I highly recommend him!

Negative experience: After years of lower back pain and sciatic issues, and going to multiple chiropractors, spending thousands of dollars, with no relief, I had given up on chiropractic. However I’d been experiencing some higher amounts of discomfort, so I went to Dr Kramer, and was told just like all the other chiropractors had said, that they’d be able to fix things up. Some of the adjustments were different than I had experienced, but one was quite painful which I believe made my back way worse. The pain level went so high, I couldn’t sleep , sit, or stand. I went back and explained what is happening. He said just to ice it a lot. So I did but after a couple more adjustments to “fix” it with no relief, I called and canceled further appointments stating that I need to see improvements and need to be able to function before coming back. I will not be returning to his practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Paul Kramer deserves a TEN STAR rating!!! For years I have suffered with a dislocated sacrum bone. I first noticed it when I was pregnant with my first child 30 years ago. My husband and I have nine beautiful children but with each pregnancy I would have pain/discomfort. After the birth the pain would be more sporadic. Visits to the local chiropractor would bring a little relief, only to have the pain return. At 50 years of age now- there was a limp in my step and I gained weight because I was not able to walk without great discomfort. Through a series of events I heard of ABC treatments-then finally two dear friends testified of their wonderful experiences with Dr.Kramer in Germantown. They gave me literature that he had written which proved very helpful and convinced me I had found the right place to go for healing. I drove the 2 hours for my first visit and was greeted by Jennifer who was very kind and helpful and made me feel comfortable. After my treatment, I immediately felt a great change in my lower back and glory to God! My sacrum had been adjusted into place and now I could function much more normally!! No more pain!!! I have been going back for more treatments to help my body recover itself from the years of compensations it made while in this condition. My husband has been accompanying me to Dr.Kramer’s office to find help for a back injury he experienced 25 years ago. Today we brought our son Benjamin for his first visit. This is worth driving 2 hours for I am recommending Dr.Kramer to all my friends and family who have any kind of bone/ structure issues as he is truly a very competent, knowledgeable and professional practitioner!

Fantastic experience: I very highly recommend Paul Kramer! I've been getting headaches for years, and it was starting to prevent me from doing things. After going to him for just a short time, I get very few headaches, and the ones I do get are minor. I expect it will keep improving as I continue with his treatments. I'm outside doing more yard work than I've been able to do in years, and feel like I'm able to do whatever I want without worrying about getting a headache. Also, Jennifer is great at handling the office, and she is always fun to talk to. She's super friendly and always has a smile on her face. My life is better because of Paul and Jennifer! I have nothing but good things to say about both of them.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Paul Kramer to anyone who is experiencing body aches or pain. I have been visiting him for over a year now and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and his services. I am a runner myself and developed knee and ankle pain as a result from pushing myself too hard. Through the treatment of dry needling, Dr. Kramer was able to fix my injuries in no time. The dry needling treatment is fast, effective and harmless. The only thing you feel is a slight prick for a split second, and within a couple of minutes, the pain is immensely reduced. All it takes is a couple of visits, and you're back to normal! I highly recommend this service to anyone with joint pain. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the dry needling treatment. Both Dr. Kramer and his wife, Jennifer, are kind, professional and personable people who care greatly about the health and well-being of their patients. Their services have changed my life for the better and are excellent in what they do.

Fantastic experience: After working with a regular chiropractor for 3 years and doing several therapy sessions with no true results for my headaches, shoulder pain, and backache, I saw Dr. Kramer at his office. The ABC method of treatment he implements is like no other! I didn't know it is possible to have such drastic results with one adjustment! The deep 'grabbing' pain in my shoulder area is GONE. My breathing is much deeper and the color in my face has brightened! Other areas where I wasn't even aware of being restricted I can now move more freely. I am very excited to have found this place! Dr. Kramer and his wife both have a very calm and loving demeanor making it a very pleasant chiropractic experience. I highly recommend Dr.Paul Kramer and the ABC method!

Negative experience: His wife is very friendly and professional. He is very professional. I came in with a condition that he hadn’t experienced before (brain fog, nothing structurally wrong) and he proceeded to treat me like a normal patient, not knowing what the effects on me would be. The procedure can be quite rough at times, for better or worse (I’m not a doctor or a chiropractor, so I can’t claim to know the risks and benefits of one treatment over another). With that said, there was one procedure that I believe left me with major spinal discomfort and damage on the right side of my spine in the trapezius area. To put it another way, since the procedure, the ribs in my middle-right back are constantly shifting and maneuvering which is very uncomfortable. The procedure involved wrapping my torso in a sort of light straight jacket, having Dr. Kramer place the palm of his hand on the left side of my head, and “crunching” me over my right side, so that all the ribs connected to the right side of my spinal column “cracked”... This event happened over 2 years ago, and to this day my back has not been the same. (For reference, I was 28 and relatively fit at the time, so minor injuries should heal within ~6 months time, depending on injury.) I acknowledge the fact that Dr. Kramer’s practice has helped some people. At the same time, I think there is a significant chance that those same people would have benefited equally from a less intense practice. I also acknowledge that this review may come across as slander to some of the Kramer’s family and friends. To those that view this review as such, I write the following; The Kramer family seems lovely, and this review is not meant to serve as a reflection on them as a family or as individuals, nor as a critique of Mr. Kramer and/or his role as a citizen or father. This review is simply questioning the benefits versus the detriments of Dr. Paul Kramer’s style of chiropractic care. My only goal is to ultimately make as many humans as healthy and happy as possible. With that goal in mind, I’ve chosen to leave this review. (My first ever, despite visiting numerous sub-par fast food places.) If Dr. Kramer wishes to speak with me about my experience, I am open to doing so.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful for Dr Kramer. He not only got my body in alignment but I am especially thankful for the CFR procedure that has allowed me to breath through both nostrils, not just the one.

Fantastic experience: There cannot be a better chiropractor than Dr Kramer. He treated mother’s vertigo with care and kindness. He uses a wholistic approach to treatment, offering supplements and suggestions that are proven effective. For my treatment after serious car accident he recognized a concussion when other medical professionals did not pick up on it. He treated me back to health and wellness. This Dr is the answer if you’re looking for the perfect chiropractor .

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kramer is an outstanding chiropractor. I injured my back at the gym swinging a kettle bell and instantly fell to the floor and had to be picked up, as the pain would not allow me to move. This was over the week end so I suffered with the pain Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday. I could barely move. As long as I did NOT move it was tolerable. However, movement caused sharp pains in my back. Monday morning I could hardly get out of bed. I went to Dr Kramer early Monday morning and again Monday early evening for an adjustment each time. I could start to feel relief. The next day, Tuesday morning I had another adjustment and I could move more freely without intense pain, and later that day I was nearly pain free. I continued with Ice and Rest, and went again a week later for another adjustment with little to no pain. Today, I no longer have the sharp back pain I was feeling and am able to move freely pain free. I am back to the gym but careful as I continue to heal. I would highly recommend Dr. Kramer to anyone that has back pain, or any pain for that matter. He truly knows his business. I can't thank him enough for helping me. I am very grateful.

Fantastic experience: MIRACULOUS RESULTS! After a car accident, I experienced chronic pain in my pelvis for years. After one treatment with Dr. Kramer, the tightness and pressure completely disappeared. Dr. Kramer also adjusted my nasal passages, due to severe sinus pain during the allergy season. For the first time ever - NO sinus pain! Dr. Kramer is so knowledgable- I can't believe how much my overall health has improved!

Fantastic experience: About 7 years ago, I had a pinched nerve in my neck that PT, acupuncture, massage and everything else I tried to alleviate the pain did not work. After many months my neck was swollen and I was unable to work more than a couple hours at a time. Then I came to Dr Kramer and in one adjustment, I knew I had found the solution. Fantastic experience: Dr. Kramer took very care of our son who was having issues with his knees. He has condition called Osgood Schlatter's also known as "growing pains". Our son is very active in several sports and the discomfort was not getting any better. With the first visit our son immediately started to feel better. Fantastic experience: I see Dr. Kramer and i bring my son as well. My son, Dan, has a very long medical history with dozens of surgeries. I have looked for something to help him with his crooked little body for 19 years. I heard about ABC from a friend and searched on line and found Dr. Kramer. Both of us are so happy with the results. We both breath better. My son's mind is more clear. He's had a problem with his right foot rotation outwardly for his entire life. Walking and running has been awkward for him, now, he runs like the wind. My feet never hurt any more. I am out of the birkenstock shoes and I can wear tennies to work, running around the hospital for 12 hours, never thinking about my feet. And, I can be barefoot....FINALLY! Fantastic experience: I can't say enough of how much Dr. Kramer has helped me. Prior to seeing Dr. Kramer I had back surgery (L spine) and bulged discs in my C and T spine and was taking pain meds daily for 7 years. After a few months of ABC chiropractic care I stopped seeing my pain management Dr. and was abled to stop the daily use of pain meds.

Fantastic experience: When I first started seeing Dr. Kramer, I experienced lower back aches and pain in my hips, along with shortness of breath during work outs, with in just a few adjustments, the nagging pain had gone away. I also would have back pain and chest pain during vigorous exercise, this since then disapeared as well. I sleep better as well. I continue regular adjustments to continue overall wellness and plan to bring my children in for regular wellness adjustments as well. As of Sept 2015, I started to bring my children in for adjustments as well. My 12 year old daughter sprained her ankle. We were able to avoid the ER all together with just a few visits to DR Paul. She was back to normal with no pain in no time.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kramer has changed my life. When I first went to him in 2009, I was in incredible pain and had been since 1991. I had fibromyalgia and had not slept a full night of sleep for 18 years. After the first adjustment, I slept the first full night of sleep I had slept in 18 years, and I continue to sleep through the night. While I still have fibromyalgia, he has helped reduce my pain by about 80% through his suggestions and answers to my questions about health and nutrition. Thank you, Dr. Kramer.

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering from migraines for years, after several visits with Dr. Kramer, I am living almost migraine free. I had a partial knee replacement in March and fell on same knee in July, he relieved the pain and discomfort in that also. I am grateful fir the healthier lifestyle I am able to start having.

Fantastic experience: I thank God that Dr. Kramer is within a reasonable distance from me. I live in Madison and make the drive to his office at least twice a month. I too am a chiropractor that utilizes the same technique and if you don't think the technique matters, think again. I make the drive knowing full well there are hundreds of chiropractors in my area, but none of them use the method that Dr. Kramer uses and deliver it with his high level skill. If you've had lots of standard chiropractic, I strongly urge you to have Dr. Kramer treat you a few times and you'll feel what I'm talking about. If you're within 30 minutes of his office, consider yourself lucky. If you've never tried chiropractic before, don't waste your time with anything else. See and feel how chiropractic is supposed to be. When I leave his office, I'm upright and pain free, plus the treatments build on the previous treatments and your body actually changes for the better. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Kramer for over 10 years. I have been to at least 3 other Chiropractors prior but have not gotten the same results. A personable Doctor, good listener and a very pleasant person.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Paul has been critical to my physical well being. Years ago I had been told by other doctors my case would be pain management for the rest of my life. I couldn't walk or even ride a bike with my then small children. I spent days on the couch while they played around me. After the second cortisone shot surgery was suggested as a possibility but with little probability for success. Enter Dr. Paul - this past weekend I completed my fourth half marathon this year alone. He is readily available and his office staff is beyond professional. His attention to detail and recommendations from footwear to how and what I sleep on has drastically improved my strength and I have had little to no sick time away from work or family. Fantastic experience: After exhausting all medical options without any success, my husband decided to consult Dr. Kramer to see if he might be able to discover why my husband was having trouble walking. After the very first visit, we began to see positive results. My husband's walking is improving, the numbness in in fingers has disappeared and he even feels and looks healthier. He continues to improve with each visit. His balance has improved and he is no longer falling down. Sometimes, he is able to walk without his cane and do things he hasn't been able to do since March. Fantastic experience: Dr. Paul Kramer has been my Chiropractor for the past 5 years and has always been available to put me back together on various times when I have incurred displacements of my normal posture. He has brought relief from catches in my lower right back, under my left and right wings, and improved my posture to an upright position. His adjustments on a monthly timetable have allowed me to be relatively pain free nearly always. When I hurt, he is there to correct the problem. I rely on his professional knowledge to keep me feeling up to par. I am 84 years young.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kramer isn’t an ordinary Chiropractor, the treatment rooms don’t look like ordinary Chiropractic treatment rooms. The ABC technique he utilizes is unique and has been very effective for me. I suffered from significant back pain (and hip and leg, and knee, and foot pain) after bilateral knee replacement 4 and 5 year previous to starting therapy. I’d had several rounds of Physical Therapy, and Chiropractic Care all of the intervening years. I didn’t improve and had a very poor tolerance for any type of exercise. During those years and when I started therapy with Dr. Kramer I was taking 3900 mg of Arthritis Strength Tylenol and 800 mg of Ibuprofen daily--10 pills a day. Today I’m taking 650 mg of Arthritis Strength Tylenol at bedtime--1 pill a day. I’ve gradually been able to increase exercise, especially strengthening exercise so that I feel energized and stronger than I have in many years. I’ve also lost weight—about 10 pounds. I had longed for years to be “straight and strong” I can now say I am!

Fantastic experience: I started coming to see Dr. Paul after dealing with a three week back pain the summer of 2014. He had the pain gone after two sessions! I go routinely now to help straighten out my posture. Six months ago I injured my back again at the gym and it only took two sessions yet again to correct the injury. I can not say enough about Dr. Paul and his knowledge of chiropractic care. He takes the time to answer questions and also fix all my shoes! :) An added bonus, of course, is Karen at the front desk. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Kramer for years for vertigo. I also have a fusion in my back (rods and screws) so I have several issues but I feel good and am doing well. Fantastic experience: The new location is an added bonus. It is located right off of 45 HWY Q exit. This makes the drive to get to him so easy for me. The new facility is so new and modern. As far as his treatment, he is one of the best chiropractors that I have seen. This man is caring, compassionate and respects that my time is valuable. His methods for treatment removed my pain that I have lived with for over 30 years. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.
