Chiropractic keeps your body ready for your next activity and helps you to avoid injuries and medication. I would not hesitate to call Dr. Murphy’s office. His wife Kim runs the front office and she is just as amazing.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Murphy for many years but most recently for the last 4 months for a back injury. He has given back my mobility by realigning what I had injured. He also offers follow-up exercises that along with his treatments are fundamental in a complete healing. The staff is great and waiting times are very small. Fantastic experience: Dr Murphy is AMAZING!! I go see him every time I'm in Rochester. I have not found anyone that can do what he does anywhere else. My arm got yanked. He did in 1 session, more than what 3 months of physical therapy did for my shoulder... And he's a back guy, not a shoulder guy!! Also, he can crack that one spot no other chiropractor seems to be able to crack, super lower back. Such relief! Like I said earlier, he's AMAZING!! Thanks Dr Murphy!!

Fantastic experience: For several weeks I was unable to completely turn my head as the pain in my neck was so severe. I was referred to Dr. Murphy, called their office and let them know how bad it was; knowing that, they accommodated their normal office hours and saw me the following morning. I immediately felt at ease as Dr. Murphy explained the process, the what and why he would be adjusting me. At the end of the appointment the pain was significantly reduced. I scheduled several follow up appointments and by the 3rd session I was pain free. Chiropractic care is now at the top of my Self Care list all because Dr. Murphy and the entire staff at Brighton Chiropractic are focused on patient care and wellness.

Negative experience: Did not have a good experience with this office. The treatment from Colm Murphy was poor. After my first visit/treatment, I had a terrible headache and pain for days. I returned to discuss it with Colm Murphy and he brushed it off. He moved forward with treatment despite my hesitation and I left with the same headache and pain for days. I have not returned to this office and have found much better treatment and service elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I was the first patient. I rarely have to wait to be called for my appointment. Dr Murphy asks me about my needs. He selects the procedure that fits my needs.

Negative experience: I went to this office 3 times in mid 2020 after reading a number of good reviews online. Prior to going I called to ask how much treatment would cost. I told them I have a high deductible BCBS plan. I was told the consultation was free (as written on their website) and each visit would be $25. The first visit was about 10 minutes where Dr Murphy looked over a form I filled out, asked some questions, and provided his thoughts on why my lower back hurt. He suggested 1-5 visits should correct it. He then made a quick adjustment and showed me a way to stretch my back in-between visits. I went 2 more times within a few day period per his recommendation (each visit taking about 3 minutes with the Doctor). About a month later I get a bill in the mail for ANOTHER $145, after already having paid $75 for the 3 visits! They ended up charging me an additional $15 per visit plus a $100 exam fee. When I called to inquire I was told my insurance company made them charge these costs and that I should have known what my plan covers (even though I called this office with my plan information prior to service and was told only $25 a visit). I was disappointed to get such a high bill, but mostly disappointed about the $100 fee for what was supposed to be a free consultation. I am posting this so others are not surprised in the same way. Costs aside, Dr Murphy was very pleasant and did seem genuinely interested in my well-being. While I still have some discomfort at times, he did seem to reduce my back pain.
