Fantastic experience: I have been receiving excellent medical care and advice from Dr. Kelly Parcell since 2017. I first sought her opinion while in perimenopause: I was experiencing very negative symptoms that were not being adequately addressed by my primary care physician. I was interested in knowing what my hormone levels were and any possible remedies that would help during this time of transition. Dr. Kelly was able to provide access to the necessary lab tests and educate me on a range of possible remedies that were specifically tailored to my body. Hormone replacement therapy, as well as lifestyle changes, proved to be invaluable to my case. Over the years, as my body changed, moving inevitably toward full menopause, the remedies changed as well. I began with oral and transdermal forms of hormone replacement that included estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. At a certain point, the transdermal form of testosterone was not being adequately absorbed by my body. One of the alternatives was a small testosterone pellet that is implanted under the skin in a brief in-office procedure. I decided to try this form of testosterone and the results were extremely positive. Symptoms of brain fog, weight gain, chronic fatigue, depression, and low libido were all positively affected. I began to feel as I had prior to menopause. The pellets last between 3-4 months and the dose is tailored to my unique needs. I have been using this form of testosterone since 2019 with no ill effects. Dr. Kelly closely monitors my health with office visits and comprehensive blood work, which have proved to be invaluable to my understanding of my health and my body. Moreover, the lab work revealed other conditions that had been missed by my primary care physician since they did not present nor fit the expected patterns. Armed with this knowledge, I was able to take the necessary steps to reverse these conditions and greatly mitigate a negative outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Kelly as a very competent and compassionate naturopathic doctor. She has made a huge difference in my health and happiness.

The doctors and staff listen well, offer detailed and holistic assessments and work collaboratively with me to improve my health. I don't know what I would do without them. I highly recommend NatureMed Integrative Medicine for anyone struggling with health issues that aren't being adequately addressed by regular MDs.

Fantastic experience: Long term patient here, been getting IVs for close to two years now. Sherry, the phlebotomist, is absolutely the finest. Runs the IV room with great care for her patients. My father-in-law has been coming for IVs for 6 months now, and his veins are hard to find. Sherry takes the time to warm up his arm with a wrap around heating pad, and finds it in one try! Her humor and cheerful demeanor make her a true delight..

Negative experience: I have been here three times. After my most recent, I will not return and I would never recommend this practice. I came here for IV therapy. My first two experiences were good, although I did receive a nasty bruise after my second visit, which had still not healed by this recent visit. During my latest appointment, a new IV tech was interviewing, and she was asked to start my IV. It was clear from conversations amongst her and staff that she was not familiar with the type of IV equipment this establishment uses. This gave me a feeling of unease right away. The interviewing IV tech did not do the IV properly, and the owner was barking orders over her shoulder, which created a stressful environment and a failed attempt. I could see that I’d incur yet another bruise, and expressed that I was feeling uncomfortable and that I would prefer to reschedule. Rather than being understanding and compassionate, the owner made it all about the impact to her business, saying that they have a “3 poke policy” and that they had already mixed my bag. When I reiterated that I’d like to reschedule and let my bruises heal, the owner threatened to terminate me as a patient. There was zero compassion for my discomfort, and they just kept trying to convince me to do something I told them I was uncomfortable with. I ended up walking out of the clinic. The injection site is swollen, painful, and already bruising. It is unfathomable to me how the owner of an establishment that focuses on naturopathic, holistic medicine can be so cold.

Negative experience: Sadly, a very costly experience with no benefits. I had done a lot of research on providers, and had great hopes, and needed help. Thousands of dollars in tests and appointments - with no discernible improvements even as I followed all the recommendations for several months. And very poor communications - I finally decided to leave after waiting over three weeks for a promised summary review of some tests. It felt like the doctor just didn’t care about me and my health issues.

Fantastic experience: This is the only place I can think of where doctors actually LOOK at what your results are instead of checking to make sure things are in the "normal" range. They are thorough, have a VERY complex and deep understanding of the human body and are so genuine. The providers here are well versed in auto immune issues and all "mystery" illnesses as they really do take the time to get to the bottom of your problems. Dr. Clark is so well informed and has so much experience and background in what seems like every realm of health. Fantastic experience: After 3 years of failed treatment from American Medicine I decided to try Naturemed and Dr Fagen. Within two months I was sent for testing and we found that I had an underlying sleeping disorder. I’m now on the road for proper treatment. Fantastic experience: Dr. Clark is the BEST!!! I have been a patient of hers for 10 years now and I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional care I’ve received in that time. I began seeing her when I was in the throes of debilitating Chronic Lyme Disease symptoms after another naturopath had given up on me, and I am so thankful my path led me to her. Dr. Clark is one of the most intuitive, caring, brilliant healthcare providers with whom I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working in my entire life. She has guided me through some of the most unpleasant, uncomfortable, and downright painful health issues with which I’ve ever dealt, and I honestly don’t know where I would be today without her. My healing path was not always easy, but she always listened carefully to me and adjusted my plan as necessary to minimize or stop any Herxheimer reactions in their tracks. She helped me discover underlying issues that had slowed my healing over the years prior to working with her and she recommended other treatments or modalities when appropriate. Her suggestion to look into DNRS (Dynamic Neural Retraining System) several years ago helped to restore my limbic system balance, which made a huge difference in my overall healing. She also recommended that I look into the AIP (Autoimmune Protocol) diet, which healed my leaky gut. When other providers on my healthcare team have been stumped, I’ve always known that I can count on Dr. Clark for great advice and ideas. Now, I am no longer struggling with the effects of Chronic Lyme Disease (something from which I never thought I could fully heal!), and thanks in large part to her ongoing care, I am even well enough to be 8 months pregnant with a healthy baby girl. The pregnancy has been wonderful with no morning sickness, fatigue, food or smell aversions, etc., and I credit this to my good health. I have recommended Dr. Clark to many friends and acquaintances and will continue to do so, knowing that they’ll receive the same incredible care I have over the many years I’ve been seeing her. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Denise Clark and have to share that she is so deeply knowledgeable about EBV, mold and Lyme. These are such complex issues without a lot of understanding in the world or medicine, and each case is so different. But, she's a leader in her field and I think Boulder is lucky to have someone as dedicated as she is. All 3 conditions are sorely misdiagnosed too often and are complicated to treat. I am grateful to have been able to work with Dr. Clark.

Fantastic experience: I've been receiving hormone replacement therapy (HRT) from NatureMed for nearly 15 years. For 13 of those years I've been getting subcutaneous estrogen and testosterone pellet implants (very minor procedure), and it's been a game changer. Negative experience: We had heard of Nature Med through a non-profit cancer organization. There is no doubt in my mind that the staff at NatureMed are professional and willing to help their customers as much as they can. The concerns we had are that a credit card is collected up front and the pricing is not transparent at all. After a consult with a doctor (who was amazing), we got a phone call and bill via email after a couple hours. $550.00 for just the consult. Pricing wasn't disclosed up front. In addition, we were working with the cancer organization and we were going to use a small grant to help with the consult fee. We were contacted a couple times after that for the bill. We were told they would charge the card and we could use the grant for a return visit, we didn't want to return after the sticker shock. We ended up paying the $550.00 and applying our grant to another mistle toe therapy provider in Littleton, CO. who is also accredited and works with the same organization. The consult fee and mistletoe therapy was priced more compassionately (a fraction of what we were charged) especially for those who are battling cancer. There is caring for those and making a profit while doing so, and there is making a higher profit off of those in desperate times. We had to go with the other company.

Fantastic experience: PLEASE PLEASE READ MY ENTIRE REVIEW. I’m not one to leave reviews (but read them an make my decisions off of them) . I’ll start with this , from the min they answered the phone , no longer did they know exactly what I was talking but was beyond educated on the subject. As a 52yr male that’s been on HRT for more years then I’ll could remember I developed a case of testicular atrophy that no words could ever explain !! A year of pain that was to the point of the ER. I knew what the issue was and how to correct it , but to get a Doctor to understand no longer be interested is non existent. My wife an I spent almost a year of calling doctors an even hormone clinics that had no idea what we was talking about . Until my wife called here ,,, an immediately she comes running into the garage telling me they I stood what she was saying and my condition. Even the lady that answered the phone was beyond knowledgeable of what we was saying but truly understood an was very well educated ! We made an appointment an met Dr. Fagan …… god bless her … she not only knew what I was going through but explained and knew In detail exactly what hat was going on an how to fix it … my wife an I where in tears .. to have a Doctor so knowledgeable on the issue . I never met someone that truly cares about others like Dr. Fagan … she listened to every word I said not only with compassion but with detailed educated issues that where happening and the treatment. I assure you , you’ll never come across any Doctor that truly truly has your best health at interest! Dr. Fagan is s the salt of the earth type of person ! She’s very well educated and beyond well spoken ! Don’t let the title of the business full you (never reply once did they ever suggest or even try to sell me anything what so ever NOT ONCE) Dr. Fagan is extremely up to date on mens health.. Yes, what she proscribed starting working THAT DAY. I haven’t had any issues with any Paine since that day … yes, it will take awhile even many months but I know for a fact that it has improved beyond words ! If your a male (an I also assume female) that has been in HRT or thinking about going on it from the be of these other clinics PLEASE CALL MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AN GO SEE DR. FAGAN - I thought I was going to be embarrassed once I found out the doctor was a woman - but never have to ever felt so comfortable explaining my condition then I did that day ! Dr. Fagan is a amazing human being that has your and your family’s best health in mind . I will never go to any HRT clinic or anywhere els . Guys - call the office make an appointment you’ll see what I’m saying regardless of your condition… my life as a human , a man, a husband and a very active person has improved beyond anything that could say here! Fantastic experience: I have been to several Naturopath doctors and specialist MD's over the years trying to get help for chronic health issues. Dr. Kelly Parcell has been very helpful in starting to get me some answers about the causes of my chronic skin issues and determining from bloodwork that I have a Candida yeast overgrowth. I am now encouraged to be working with her on treating this through diet changes as well as other treatment and I'm already seeing results! Fantastic experience: NatureMed Integrative Medicine is a beautiful synergy of doctors and staff. It is exceedingly rare that I meet doctors who really keep up with new science/technology as well as scholastic articles (and even meet with these new scientists/doctors pioneers!) AND put it to use in their treatment protocol for their patients—especially doctors who have had their degrees up on their walls for a comfortable amount of years. NatureMed is fully attuned to each patients’ needs and treats them with science that has long been proven as well as the newest, medicinal break-throughs for an effective blend of integrative medicine. All the doctors are available just a portal email away if anything ever comes up in between follow-ups, which is not something many practices offer and a comfort for those whose health is less stable/have longer travel times to Boulder. No matter how short or long your wellness journey takes, NatureMed is efficient and competent in every facet of your visit. Nicole and Alexis are a wealth of knowledge about each doctor’s specialty as well as offered products/general IV treatments. Nicole has been amazing at squeezing me into the schedule when things have come up/changed suddenly and Alexis has been a wonderful 2019 addition to the NatureMed family! Preston is a highly skilled MA, which makes every IV as pleasant of an experience as possible and invaluable to patients who do not have many good veins/have had previous bad experiences elsewhere. Preston also accesses Port-a-Caths and is adept in the entire blood draw and IV treatment protocol process, as ordered by the doctors. Nicole, Alexis, and Preston work tirelessly for a fast, cordial, but streamlined visit every time you come in—and when there has been a hiccup in a treatment protocol, it has always been addressed as soon as it is brought to their attention and quickly resolved. Fantastic experience: Came here after a decade of dissabilty in the failed convential medical system. TL:DR i can walk now. If you want a provider that puts your symptoms into a computer and prescribes whatever it says dont look here. But if you want a real doctor and a real path to healing this is it, look no further. Fantastic experience: It was my first time getting a Myers' cocktail IV and was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the great setting. The setting was clinical, yet warm and relaxing. The staff clearly explained the IV process and checked in on my regularly. I have since visited a few other IV clinics and can say Naturemed is by far and away the best setting and service I have experienced.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I are so grateful for Dr Kirsten West and the entire staff at NatureMed. A few months ago, my wife was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer during an elective hysterectomy, and we have chosen to pursue holistic treatment at NatureMed despite living in Maryland. The staff was compassionate and competent, and Dr West was extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. Looking forward to 100% healing!

Negative experience: I visited the Naturemed clinic for almost a year. I bought hundreds of dollars in supplements and felt no real improvement with my chief health concerns. The week before Thanksgiving, I came into the office with severe abdominal pain. The doctor did an abdominal examination and I cried as she palpated my lower right side. When she was finished she told me to stop taking all my supplements, but also recommended I buy another one ( a probiotic this time). Later that night I developed a fever and vomiting. My boyfriend had to beg me to go to the emergency room (I was very reluctant because I had just seen a doctor that morning). That same night I went to Boulder Community Hospital where I was diagnosed with a ruptured appendix and had an emergency open appendectomy. I stayed a week in the hospital on IV antibiotics. I messaged the Doctor through the patient portal the night I went to the hospital. Her response came almost a week later. She wrote to me that it was essentially my fault because I didn't express how much pain I was in. This was a dangerous situation for me that could have been avoided with proper care and consideration. I do not recommend this Clinic.

Fantastic experience: Stephen Parcell is excellent. I was struggling with Low T and a complete mess. He took the time to talk with me and really understand my issues, ordered up a battery of tests and then saw I had low T and immediately put me in a course of testosterone which completely turned my life around. I am eternally grateful for his help. He's excellent and knows his stuff!!

Fantastic experience: When I turned 45 I knew I had to get serious about my health and keeping my youthful energy and looks.
