Fantastic experience: I was extremely impressed with how they helped me with my posture and neck pain. I moved here from California. While moving is stressful, but moving to another state and falling in the process is much worse. My spine was really out of balance. Going to the office and doing the exercises at home has really helped. Giving me advice on how to sit, sleep, and stand is important. I am so glad my California Chiropractor referred me to them.

Negative experience: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been getting seen off and on by Dr Coleman and her staff for 7 years. I got into a car crash and wanted to get treated by her and the team. I signed up to do monthly payments for as long as I was coming to get seen. I haven’t been to her office in almost a year (with sign in sheets & invoices to prove it) and now they are trying to take me to court to make me pay over $2k for services I didn’t even get done. You have to pay before each time you leave, if I’m not coming in to get work done why I would I pay for services that aren’t even being used? This is how you treat a long time patient?

As a liver transplant patient I have gained back felling in most of my abdomen, and all post-op pain and difficulties have been completely solved or are 90 percent better. Fantastic experience: Dr Coleman and her staff are not only thorough but extremely thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable. They always greet you by name and care about how you as a person are doing. My back and overall health have improved tremendously in the year that I’ve been a patient. Negative experience: I wasted a lot of time and a couple thousands of dollars here. I stated during consultation and throughout appointments that I would be leaving four months later and I didn’t want to commit if it was going to start something (and make my back hurt worse) which I was told it would get worse before it gets better… so my question is why did you let it get there when you knew I was leaving in august?? It never would get better. Long story short please be aware this is a timely commitment they do not say up from as well as costly. You are expected to come up to three times a week and in a certain amount of time. I left in a severe amount of pain towards the end that brought me to tears and made me unable to move and do normal things some day. The only thing that fixed my back pain was recovering from this place for months. I would recommend if you have lots and lots of time and money on your hands

When that no longer worked I knew that I needed to do something about my aches and pains With continued treatment from Dr Coleman I no longer need naproxen and my back feels so much better

Fantastic experience: Life Changing…this is not a drive by Chiro Office for a quick fix. This is an Essential Wellness program that will enhance your health and ability to heal quicker from sports injuries, life stressors etc… Requires commitment and time however the rewards are exponential. Dr. Coleman is naturally and academically exceptional.

Negative experience: I am disappointed in the lack of care provided by Dr. Coleman. I did not get a free 15-minute consultation as advertised on the website, nor did she ever adjust me. Be aware you will pay $280 for the first 15-minute consultation and X-rays. She asks for more X-rays on the second visit. It is a case of buyer beware, especially if you are paying out of pocket and are elderly and on a fixed income.

Fantastic experience: The only place I recommend for Chiropractic in the Hampton Roads area, is Dr. Coleman. Not only do you receive the best adjustment(s), but this method of correction is what lasts. As a Nutritionist and Massage Therapist, I am very selective in who I refer clients to. Fantastic experience: Four years ago I was morbidly obese, had trouble standing and walking because my back hurt so much, and suffered from chronic sinus infections as well as tingling in my hands and arms. After Dr. Coleman diagnosed that one leg was shorter than the other, she prescribed a lift for my left shoe. After two months of adjusting to my legs being the same length with accompanying pain as my body adjusted, I found I was able to stand for long periods of time and I began moving-quite a bit. I was able to drop 80 pounds in 18 months and I continue to walk at least 4-5 miles daily, do yard work, and clean my own home without hiring a cleaning service. Now my vacations always include hiking! Gone are my sinus infections, gone are the tinglings in my arms and hands, and I have never had more energy or felt so good! As a 70 year-old woman, I have not been sick one day since I started treatment and because my immune system is now so healthy, I don’t worry about contracting viruses such as influenza or COVID-19. Taking treatments from this very competent chiropractor and her staff has given me a new lease on life! I am so blessed and grateful!
