Fantastic experience: I have been practicing Yoga with Annamaria for 2 years. I participated in her Soundbowl workshop recently and really internalized her mantra to let go of that which does not serve you. I experienced a physical release of negative emotions which I have carried for years. It is such a gift to be liberated from the hold of a toxic person on my emotional state. Trust the process.

Fantastic experience: I'm late writing this review because I've been so busy. Annamaria was great. I really liked the fact that she is on the same spiritual level as I am. She was very easy to talk to. There are so many words that I could describe as to how I felt afterwards, but to sum it up I felt peaceful and relaxed. I chose the Shamanic Journeying session. My meditations are more intense now. My mind has decluttered so it's easier to focus when I meditate. I also listen to binaural beats and other morphic fields when I meditate. I can relax & get into a meditative state a lot easier. This first session that I had wont be the last. I'm still a work in progress. I highly recommend Annamaria.

Fantastic experience: I attended one of AnnaMaria’s Women Circle’s last night and it was such an incredible experience! The room was filled with enlightenment from many walks of life yet we all connected as one through this circle of freedom. It allowed me to open up and express myself on new spiritual levels. Fantastic experience: I enjoyed Annamarie’s Women’s Circle Cacao Ceremony so much! I also really enjoy her yoga classes, especially when she brings out the sound bowls. Fantastic experience: I had my first reiki session with Annamaria. Before this session I had limited knowledge about reiki, but I went to my session with an open mind and open heart. Annamaria is very kind and made me feel completely comfortable before, during and after my reiki session. My session was beyond amazing, and I have felt like a new person ever since. I have used traditional therapy to help with my depression/anxiety/past traumas, but little did I know that all I needed was to try out Reiki. After this session I felt happier, relaxed, and more like myself. I loved it so much that I went back two weeks after my first session to do the Rite of the Womb Transmission along with another Reiki session. I highly recommend Annamaria to anyone that is looking to try this type of therapy/energy healing. I promise that you will not regret it. She prepares for you with a card pull so she knows a bit about where you are at the time of treatment. Fantastic experience: Annamaria was amazing. She explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. I could feel energy moving and blocks being released. The greatest comfort was knowing that my Mom was near, and that she is proud of me. Annamaria knew nothing about me, nor about my Mom passing, but she saw her. She knew about my sister.
