Also, Veronica is a great massage therapist. I have also had good experiences with the other massage therapists here, but I regularly see Veronica and can’t currently remember the other names .

I was suffering from debilitating upper and lower back pain that would cause me to have the need for a walker and in worst cases a wheelchair. Under his care my issues were addressed and the need for mobility assistance decreased greatly.

Fantastic experience: Dr. McKinley is a true pro. He’s knowledgeable, kind, and personable. I’ve been seeing him for years. Recently I went in for some back pain that had been plaguing me for 2 weeks. Honest to god, he pressed on one muscle and I felt my back pain subside, and that was before the adjustment. Years ago my husband had a terrible pain in his chest, thought it was a heart attack. Our PCP gave him a muscle relaxer and it didn’t help. He went to see Dr. McKinley who said “oh, you have a rib out of place” and popped it right back in. I know all problems aren’t that easily solved, but he really is a healer. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. McKinley's office by a friend when I was experiencing severe back pain and appreciate what he has done for me. Dr. McKinley took time to discuss my routine between work and personal life so as to better understand what led to such an extreme situation where I couldn't even stand up straight or walk without experiencing severe lower back pain. I was able to walk out his office walking upright and with less pain after the very first adjustment which impressed me because I was very nervous as well as skeptical as to what difference it could really make. I now see Dr. McKinley on a monthly basis due to my physically demanding job and have made changes based on his recommendations which is helping significantly as I continue to recover. I highly recommend Dr. McKinley's office as the entire staff is friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Dr. McKinley and his team go above and beyond!!! I first came to Dr. McKinley around March 2018 due to physical ailments in my lower back, results from a skiing accident. Now as November nears an end I am finally starting to feel the relief that I never thought I would have again. Dr. McKinley is professional, personable, and efficient. I see him regularly every three weeks now and look forward to my next appointment, always! I would highly recommend you check out Dr. McKinley and his team if for nothing else, at least go for the free snacks on silly holidays like May the Fourth (be with you), and entire Costco pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving!! This place will always be my home for chiropractic care.

He listened to my issue as to why I was seeing him and was quick to come up with a plan for a solution. He has remembered me each visit and asked me questioned about things brought up in previous visits each time, which definitely makes it feel like he cares about his patients.

Fantastic experience: I came in with an injury to my shoulder from throwing overhand too much. That injury affected my neck too in that I couldn't turn my head to the right without pain or stiffness. I have no shoulder pain now, and my neck is 95% pain and stiffness free and getting better. Don and the staff were able to identify the fairly tough-to-locate injury and adjust by body over time to heal. I could have gone and gotten surgery for this which might have been worse in the long run because of the scar tissue. Surgery would have been much more expensive too. Thanks, Doctor Don!

Fantastic experience: Dr. McKinley was able to diagnose and fix my husband's back pain (vertebra out of alignment) in just a few sessions, when the doctor's office said the pain was caused by a cyst and that it needed to be surgically removed. Thank you McKinley Chiropractic!!!

Fantastic experience: We're strong believers in chiropractic care, but know the need to choose a practitioner carefully. We moved to the Austin area three years ago, and I'm so very glad we finally found Dr. McKinley and his staff after a couple of false starts with less capable hands. I read other patients' comments to see if there were anything missing I could add to the rave reviews, and all I can say is "ditto!" The staff is warm, caring, compassionate and skilled; the facilities are comfortable and inviting; and Dr. McKinley's expertise, kindness and quiet manner are soothing and incredibly effective. Aches and pains from riding horses and doing barn chores at my 60+ age melt away after treatment. While it turns out my husband is no longer able to have adjustments because of his diagnosis of multiple myeloma, he still goes to Dr. McKinley for supplements that are effective and easily digestible, and the entire staff treats him as an old friend. Don't waste your time with other chiropractors, he's the best you'll find!

Fantastic experience: I had a shoulder and neck pain for four years. Then I injured my wrist. I came to see Dr. McKinley to see if he could help. He listened to what the problems were and then had his assistant take me to do some therapy on my neck and use the roller table for a bit. Then he adjusted me. I came once a week for a month and started noticing the pain subsiding. The more the pain subsided the less often I came in. The pain has pretty much gone away and I come in once a month now. I was really skeptical at first but I love this office and dr. Mckinkey and am so glad I don't have pain in my shoulder anymore!

Fantastic experience: Dr. McKinley is genuine and a man of integrity. Treats holistically and I always get the sense that he cares a great deal about all the things I am concerned about health-wise. When I was pregnant with my daughter, I was having very bad vertigo and each time I got up from laying down the room would spend drastically to the right and I would almost fall. He asked me which way the room spend when I got up, I told him, and he knew which one of my ears needed to be adjusted. Once he adjusted my inner ear, the fluid that had been apparently causing this vertigo was able to drain and I did not have that problem at all anymore!! So knowledgeable- I just love him! He is also helping me with supplementation for a thyroid issue.
