Fantastic experience: Perfect Portions is excellent!! What a blessing to have them cater lunch at Midtown International School here in Atlanta. They are highly communicative, accommodating, professionals, and the food is always excellent. I’ve now had the chance to sample quite the variety of food offered. Each dish, from the Salmon, Curry, and chicken and waffles brunch… feels like home! You can taste the fresh ingredients, and deliciousness warm up your soul!! Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: Perfect Portions provides school lunches at Midtown International School, and while this isn’t a personal endorsement—since I don’t know these people from a can of paint, I’m simply sharing my opinion. It’s refreshing to see a company that genuinely prioritizes the health and nutrition of our children. I love that they offer vegan and gluten-free options while tailoring each meal to suit individual needs, unlike many standard school cafeterias. And let’s face it, not all “healthy” food is created equal. Some plant-based options can be full of unhealthy ingredients, but Perfect Portions takes this seriously, working to source meals free from harmful chemicals and preservatives. My child loved all their offerings, including the fresh fruit and dairy-free smoothie bar!

Fantastic experience: Perfect Portions catered an event for us at Midtown International School. Everything from start to finish was perfect. While I was not in the planning process, I did speak with those I empowered to plan the event and everyone had nothing but good things to say. The food was amazing and their customer service was also beyond expectations! In the future, we will definitely use Perfect Portions again!

Fantastic experience: Perfect Portions Atlanta catered The Midtown International School’s Gala on 3/16/2024, and it was absolutely amazing! They are easy to work with, and arrived early and stayed late! Our crowed raved about the tasty food, and we made sure to book them for next year’s gala. Fantastic experience: Delicious and Nutritious! Having meal prep helps me stay on track with healthy eating. I really like the Saturday AM delivery. Getting the meal prep bundle is a great value and takes the guess work out of selecting your meals.

I have been able to use the skills she taught me to prepare healthy meals for both myself and my parents. She is professional, has a great personality and is an absolute joy to work with. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the meals received from Perfect Portions Atlanta! I have a very busy schedule while trying to maintain a consistent eating routine for my diet and the meals NEVER disappoint. They were very accommodating and timely with responses to all of my questions and dietary needs. I absolutely love the broccoli cheese soup and the turkey and cheese mac, its my absolute favorite. Also, the detox water is sooooo refreshing. Give them a try, I GURANTEE you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Perfect Portions and encourage you to try it ASAP! I wanted to have meals prepared for me that not only were healthy but tasted flavorful. After I tried the jerked mushrooms and seasoned brown rice I was def going back for more!
