Positive experience: I am neutral as we just began. Marketing campaign is OUTSTANDING as are all these programs. Obviously, the money is in selling the food as, again, all these programs. The representatives have great, absolutely great, sales training, again, like all weight loss programs. We were, understandably, desperate because partner is stage 1 obesity about 40 pounds overweight. But the oatmeal breakfast packet is same as McCann's instant Irish oatmeal packs. It is sweetened with sucralose (Ugh and yuk) after telling us ONLY liquid stevia? The consultation needs to advise a bit on the one meal a day that you make, for example, even though I am a bit of an expert. You do NOT need this program if you exercise regularly, and avoid the following: regular soda, fried foods, regular fat nonlean meat, regular high fat ice cream, bread slathered with butter and/or regular high fat peanut butter Finally, representative said twice 'I am pressed for time.' NEVER EVER MAKE A NEW CLIENT FEEL YOU ARE RUSHING THEM!! LIKE: NEV-AH! If partner looses the weight, I will be your best advocate.

Fantastic experience: The Awaken 180 diet program is unique. I am in the last week of my 14 week journey and the result is over 50 lost pounds. I am quite pleased. The result was worth the challenge of using the processed A190 food products that are a significant part of the diet. I stuck with this program, and I'm not sure how. I'm Italian; and telling an Italian he must forgo cheese, bread and pasta is cruel and unusual punishment. How did I manage? I think a lot had to do with the excellent coaching. The advice was always good, and there was an overwhelming feeling that the coaches were genuinely rooting for you. I found myself relishing my weekly consultations. If you're serious about losing weight, I recommend this program.

Fantastic experience: I have always been active and until I was 45 years old I was the same weight when I was in college. I had several shoulder injuries and surgeries over 15 plus years and I put on 40 plus pounds. I had been thinking about awaken 180 every time I heard the commercial, I was concerned it would not work or be very expensive. I was so wrong. I found it very easy and in ONLY 4 weeks hit my goal of 20 lbs done and even on maintenance I am still dropping weight. Getting back to my final goal of 200! I am a martial arts instructor and I’m moving faster, jumping higher than I have in 20 years! I feel amazing and don’t feel like I’m 62! Don’t wait! Make the commitment! It’s the best thing you can do for your long term health!

Fantastic experience: Your app needs work to make it easier to encourage people to track. Being able to save whole meals. Being able to import YOUR site recipes into tracker. Being able to copy a meal from one day to the next (my breakfast never varied and that could save time). Love the coaches. They all know their stuff and could answer any question that came up. Very good at changing directions if something isn’t working. Always super supportive which is HUGE!! Always felt comfortable and able to talk freely in one on one setting. Glad I decided to give it a go! Thank you 180!!!

Fantastic experience: Awaken 180 is by far the best weight loss program I have ever tried. I have lost more than half my goal weight in about 6 weeks and look forward to losing the rest. The process is easy, the food is good and convenient. And the best part is I don’t feel hungry and don’t have cravings. The staff is very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Fantastic experience: Continuing on this journey after being away for a while. The program is very good. Major change from what was my usual. But I'm learning... again! The Littleton staff is awesome, friendly, and very supportive! Worth a try if you've tried the rest. I'm meeting everyone, as you get a different coach each week. Nice to get different perspectives. My fiance and I are now mostly working with Joe who is awesome! All the coaches are just as good there too! The positive energy is really wonderful! One major thing I like is that the goal is not a weight goal. It is a body fat and visceral fat percentage goal. That makes much more sense to me!

Fantastic experience: The team at the Littleton facility has been a tremendous help in my weight loss journey. I enjoy my weekly weigh ins and one on one consultations. They listen, offer suggestions and discuss possible issues that might adversely impact the upcoming week. I would never refer to any weight loss process as easy; however, this one has been enjoyable. I have been able to reduce a considerable portion of my weight and overall size, without having to take any pills. The team has done a good job of educating me so once I begin my maintenance portion of the program, I will be able to identify the correct foods and be able to live a much healthier lifestyle. I would recommend this process to anyone ready to make a change in their life.

Fantastic experience: After researching different weight-loss programs I chose Awaken 180, in part due to the maintenance aspects of the program. After 3 months on the program, and not being hungry even once during this time and dropping 35 pounds, I am absolutely delighted with my decision! The staff at Littleton is friendly, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable about what they do...offering small tweaks that help you lose those tough pounds... It is expensive, but imho it is well-worth it! Big bonus with the program -- I was able to share a meal with my family every day --- same food ---- so still felt very much connected ---- don't hesitate if you're on the fence --- starting maintenance tomorrow and have been given tons of info about how to eat moving forward --- and will be back for a weigh-in in a month! Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about this program! I am 63. I have been struggling with my weight ALL MY LIFE. Recently I hit a high weight of such egregious proportions that I felt positively suicidal. Every program I looked at told me it would take 2+ years to get where I wanted to be. Talk about depressing! I was truly fearing that I would just continue to 'expand' until death. After seeing multiple adds for Awaken180 I decided to give it a try. I just finished my 10th week, and I am down 40 lbs!! The simplicity of this program and the fantastic support provided by my coach have been absolutely AMAZING! Fantastic experience: I started the program in January 2021 and lost almost 60 lbs. by May. I continued their Maintenance program after that. I was able to keep the weight off until this past winter where I had some setbacks. I returned to Awaken 180 recently and I was treated like family. The Littleton staff was amazing and very understanding. We addressed the things that set me back, made a plan and I restarted the maintenance program again. The team is always there to advise in a kindly and friendly way and keep me on track. the plan has been easy, yet effective and I’ve been able to travel while on it and also eat out and even drink. Give it a chance if you’ve had a hard time with other programs.

Fantastic experience: I'd like to share my experiences with Awaken 180 Weightloss. First, I can say from my own experience that you can successfully lose weight on the program. Since starting the program in the end of April (today is 26 August), I have officially lost about 38lbs. I’ve dropped at least 2 dress sizes, and my pant size has gone from a tight 14 to a comfortable size 10. I plan to lose a bit more weight (personal goal), but overall, I’m thrilled with how far I’ve come. Second, the program is a mixture of their products (80% [eg, high protein shakes, soups, pancakes, etc]) and your own food (20% [eg, lean meats, vegetables, olive oil]). Overall, their products are pretty good with just a few exceptions (ex, egg products). The first couple of weeks, I was definitely “Hangry” but after about week 2 of closely following the program and adjusting my fat intake, my cravings dropped and my appetite definitely went down. I was never that person who “forgot to eat” but there are times when I do forget my snacks. I’ve learned to get creative with my vegetable choices (zoodles anyone? How about cauliflower “mashed potatoes”?). There were times when I found the program restrictive and tough to follow (eg, Traveling and Celebration Events [We are a food family!]) but I also though is was easy and took out the guess work (more on that later). Third, I’m not going to lie, the cost, in my opinion, is high (especially compared to programs that do not include their food), but with that cost comes food products, very friendly staff, support, education, and free lifetime maintenance. For me, I can justify the cost as an investment in me and prevention/reversal of other illnesses that were creeping their way into my life (eg, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia). Finally, why did it work for me? Remember that “easy” comment 2 paragraphs ago? For me, I appreciated having someone else figure out my meals and what I could eat. I pulled out a meal item and “POOF!” there was no more thinking. Quarantine has left me with a bit of a COVID fog, so I really appreciated having at least one responsibility taken off my shoulders. Working from home, I can quickly slip downstairs between meetings and prepare a meal or snack. Knowing my food choices forced me to stop the constant grazing and nighttime binges. I was not 100% perfect on the program (remember what I said about travel), but I did find it very easy to get right back on the program without loosing too much speed. As far as whether I’ll keep the weight off? I truly hope so, but I guess that remains to be seen. I intend to keep up with the maintenance program, and I still hope to lose a bit more weight. I’ve tried to be very thoughtful of how I feel eating a low carb diet versus how I feel when I go off program and eat a high carb meal (or 2). The arthritis in my knees and my low back pain are soooo much better now that I've cut the excess carbs from my diet – that alone is worth it to me. It is also pretty awesome to be told at 49 years old that I look like I did in high school (of course they may need glasses, but I’ll take it!). Anyway, I hope this helps at least one person.
