Fantastic experience: Dr. Sue and her fantastic team have healed me on a level that I did not even know needed to be healed. I had my first Thermography done after learning what it was at a wellness fair and how it detects the inflammation of the body. Dr. Sue was assigned to interpret my report. I thought I lived a very clean and organic lifestyle so I was shocked when she told me I had inflammation that needed to be addressed. I had no idea what to do on my own so I came in for a consultation with Dr. Sue. It is now only 2 months after I started the nutrition and chiropractic protocol that Dr. Sue suggested for me and I feel happiness, joy, clearheaded, lighthearted and hopeful. Dr. Sue’s chiropractic care is like nothing I have experienced before as it incorporates strategic light touches. As soon as you walk into Dr. Sue’s serene sanctuary, you are greeted with two beautiful souls who know your name and greet you with warm, bright soulful smiles. There is filtered water, soothing tea, comfy sofas and a delicious aroma of essential oils in the air. The healing process starts as soon as you walk through the door of Caring Hands. I love how Caring Hands has a structured, organized, systematic approach to healing the body. But, it is the deep LOVE of Dr. Sue that allows the most incredibly profound healing that I have had the privilege of experiencing.

Fantastic experience: I had my first thermography performed by Jeanine , she was lovely and very professional. After my results were ready I met with the doctor ( chiropractor) to review my results in very detailed and informative way. I was very pleased . Fantastic experience: I first met Dr. Sue after receiving an invitation to a presentation on Neurodiversity and the ADHD brain, which is a topic I hold near and dear to my heart. I had no intention of becoming a patient as I was already under the care of another chiropractor, on and off for many years. I decided to go for a consultation due to ongoing neck pain I had been experiencing and I was never more pleasantly surprised. Wanting to pursue a healthier lifestyle, I was given a nutrition evaluation and began taking supplements, along with following a healthier diet under Dr. Sue’s supervision. The office is one of my favorite, relaxing places to go after work and Pat and Ashley are incredible support staff. My pain has disappeared and now I continue to come to keep my health at an optimal level. I feel great and I’m pretty sure Dr. Sue is a miracle worker. This is truly a unique practice and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to advance their health and live a happier life feeling good!!!

Fantastic experience: I feel really grateful to leave Dr Sue a glowing report. I have been seeing her since 2018, and the changes in my body are evident. There have been times that i’ve walked in with extreme discomfort, and walked out with incredible relief. She takes the time to explain her methods and what I might experience, and I’ve been met with quick responses each time I’ve reached out with questions. Her staff is so kind and patient, and have gone out of their way to assist every time. Pat is a dream! I also see Dr Sue for nutrition, and the quality of both the care and the supplements have brought me to a state of balance and health. I can’t recommend this practice enough.

Negative experience: I went to Dr. Sue at Caring Hand because there were so many positive reviews about her practice. I went to get relief from pain from arthritis in my neck. The receptionist, Pat, made me feel so welcome and the office uses aroma therapy and soothing music. The pricing was a bit confusing. I showed her the X-ray report that an orthopedic had taken.Dr. Sue examined me using some kind of scanning device which looked like an IPad that took a picture of me that showed a line where my spine should be along side of a line that showed how my spine is out of alignment. She asked me to close my eyes and stand on one foot which showed that my balance is not good. This all made sense to me. She suggested treatment 3x a week for a month and then probably maintenance once a week. I agreed. The treatment entailed having me lie on my stomach on a table in a room with 4 tables filled with other patients. She went from one table to the next. She very gently used her fingers to touch from my neck to the base of my spine. Sometimes she would use her hands to gently rub my neck. This was done for less than a minute each time that she came to my table. The entire treatment took 10 minutes or less. After several sessions, I mentioned that I was not feeling even a slight improvement in my neck. She said that my neck was more serious than just arthritis.I continued the treatments for the month with no improvement. Then I was charged for another evaluation which entailed another scan just like the initial one to see the result. She told me that she would call me with the result. I thought that it was odd not to go over it in person and when I left I realized that if she tells me on the phone, how could I see the pictures? So I called back and she said that she would be happy to meet me to go over it in person. We met and she told me that most people feel some improvement after this much time. So she suggested that I try physical therapy instead of continuing. I asked to see the 2 pictures and it turns out that the spine actually looked more out of alignment than the first picture! I do not feel that I am any worse so that didn’t concern me. Unfortunately, the gentle touch method did not work for me.

Fantastic experience: Me And my husband both go to Dr.Sue and it’s probably one of the best things we’ve ever done. She is a master at her work and she really cares about each and every individual that enters her office. Her staff members are pleasant and work hard to accommodate everyone. I would not think twice to make an appointment, your health depends on it!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a client at Caring Hands for years now. I started when my children were very young and continue thru their high school years. I love Dr Sue and her healing hands. As I learned long ago. Her healing energies align with my own to transform my misalignment and and keep me moving and well. Fantastic experience: Dr. Sue is the best Chiropractor in NYC and probably the best in the whole United State of America! She just uses gentle touch when treating her patients, but that gentle touch does wonders. My mom has been suffering from what I described excruciating generalized body ache, mostly cause by her arthritis and spinal stenosis. After couple of Spinal Epidural and steroids injections we decided to go back to see Dr. Sue. My mom saw/felt pain relief immediately after care!! My mom still has some pain but she has been feeling much much better after the first visit with Dr. Sue. I highly recommend Dr. Sue. She is awesome!!!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t possibly explain how beneficial it is to visit Caring Hands in this review. Scheduling an appt and meeting her is the only way. I go for Chiro and Nutrition. For me it’s more beneficial to do them together. From the minute you walk into the office it’s relaxing. Her receptionist, Jenna, is a sweetheart. After every Chiro appointment I get up from the table feeling stronger and sitting straighter then I did before I got there. As far as nutrition she has helped me to see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel after doctors have told me I have IBS. Any setbacks I have had are due to diverting from the plan and not making healthier choices in what I put in my body. Her helping me see that I can feel better is the greatest gift!

Fantastic experience: If you're not taking care of your spine health, you're doing yourself a massive disservice! Dr. Sue is an expert in her field and more importantly extremely passionate. Since starting care I've had more energy throughout the day, increased flexibility and I've seen an end to chronic back pain. This reads like a snake oil pitch but I was truly baffled by how many facets of my life were affected by my spine. Dr. Sue and Jenna make you feel extremely welcome. Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at Dr. Sue's for over 10 years. I grew up with traditional chiropractors cracking your back and neck for years before I met Dr. Sue. That being said, when I first saw what Dr. Sue was doing I figured it was a joke and couldn't be real. The light gentle touches on different parts of your body (not just your back), the Enya soundtracks playing in the background, the funny movements, 4 people lying face down in one room at the same time together. It was like Whoa, where am I. However, 10 years and 3 kids later, Dr. Sue and network chiropractic care is as essential as daily exercise and eating right. My first experience with Caring Hands wasn't even for me. It was for my beautiful wife who only 1 month into her first pregnancy developed severe sciatica. She went daily to Physical Therapists who's efforts only worked temporarily. After weeks of pain, we found Dr. Sue who was qualified to treat expectant mothers. Thanks to Dr. Sue's magic her pain went away and didn't come back. Since I would attend all my wife's visits Dr. Sue decided to check my spine. She noticed that I could not touch my chin to my chest. I thought that was normal. How crazy was that. After putting me on a 6 week treatment plan, 3 times a week, I regained range of motion I didn't even think I was missing. Again, Magic. Dr. Sue's holistic approach to healing, well being and nutrition is apparent in her friendly, gentle and generous approach to dealing with all her patients and the community in general. She ensures her staff embodies the same values and principles that she does. It's a family atmosphere as even her own family frequent the office helping out with the business and just sharing smiles and laughter with everyone in the office. Overall, in the past decade my family and I've been seeing Dr. Sue, we've experienced better health, fewer doctor visits, better mood and increased happiness. Is it all Dr. Sue? Maybe. God led me to meet Dr. Sue at Vitamin Shoppe and I began a journey of regular chiropractic care which changed my health direction to uphill. My crooked ankle has become straighter and I can walk fast without pain. Now, I also do the regular nutrition visits. I feel very happy and healthy.
