Negative experience: I booked an appointment a month ago to renew two generic prescriptions I have been taking for years. My insurance had a physician from this center listed as my PCP and the scheduling process was quick and easy. After at least 2 confirmation messages and 3 reminders through both email and text, I get a call 40 minutes before my appointment (for which I had to leave early from work), to tell me I was being cancelled because they 'were not accepting new patients' and they 'did not know how I was able to make an appointment'. When I brought up that their website claimed they were taking in new patients, the response over the phone was that the new patients were being routed to the new location that will open soon, but that because it has not opened yet, it is still not possible to become a new patient. I understand the physicians can be overbooked, but the fact that I had this appointment for more than a month - at which time their calendar was pretty much free - and was contacted several times to confirm and remind me of my appointment, only to get a call 40 minutes before the scheduled time dismissively telling me that my appointment had been cancelled and they could not do anything about two common prescription medications I was about to run out of, makes it clear to me they are not prioritizing their patients and are not looking out for the people seeking their care.

I understand how important it is to get your prescriptions filled, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the last-minute cancellation.After reviewing your booking, it appears that the appointment was made for an "existing patient" visit, while you are not currently listed as a patient with our office. Our website and booking services menu both clearly state that we are not accepting new patients at this time, and there is no option to book a new patient appointment. Unfortunately, the system may have incorrectly processed your request due to an error in your appointment selection.I also want to clarify that, while we understand the need for prescription renewals, we do require a primary care visit with the correct amount of time alloted to ensure your records, medical history, and any necessary updates are thoroughly reviewed before renewing prescriptions. This allows us to provide the best care possible and ensures all guidelines are followed for your safety. Especially if you have never been to our location.I completely understand how disruptive this situation has been for you, especially with such short notice. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, and I appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure all our patients receive the best care possible.
Negative experience: Your response is dishonest and misleading. I have my own recording of the interaction in question, which clearly shows that I was not yelling, threatening, or aggressive in any way. In fact, the police officer who contacted me confirmed that after reviewing your own recording, I remained calm and professional throughout the entire exchange. What actually happened was a calculated performance by your staff. As soon as two employees came up and falsely accused me of yelling, the receptionist suddenly began screaming and crying on cue—an obvious act. It was clear to me that this reaction was intended to escalate the situation and paint me as the problem, when all I was doing was asking to speak to someone about the treatment I paid $1,000 for with no results. This wasn’t an isolated misunderstanding—it was a deliberate attempt to discredit me and avoid accountability. I made repeated attempts to communicate professionally about my concerns, and I was met with silence, deflection, and ultimately, a threat of trespassing. If you truly believe in transparency, I welcome a side-by-side review of both your footage and mine. But don’t pretend you’re open to “respectful resolution” while simultaneously spreading lies to cover up poor service and unethical business practices.
We are sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied. At G&M, the safety and well-being of both our patients and staff is our top priority. While we understand your frustration, we strongly disagree with your characterization of events.
Due to repeated in-person visits and interactions that our staff found disruptive and concerning, we were left with no choice but to involve local authorities. This decision was not made lightly and was done in response to specific behaviors, not out of any intent to avoid accountability.
We stand by our team's professionalism and our decision to prioritize a safe environment. At this point, we will no longer engage in ongoing public exchanges or repeated deletions and repostings of content. We encourage you to find a provider that better meets your expectations.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for my Jeuveau injections for a few years now, and I can’t recommend it enough. The provider is always amazing—super professional, honest, and never pushy. He never tries to upsell anything and always recommends the right dosage for what I need. The results are natural, and I leave every time feeling like a more refreshed version of myself. Our practice requires in-person appointments to ensure we are providing the best possible care. After reviewing the phone logs, I can confirm that you were not disconnected from our line, and there were no sales calls or solicitations made from our office.
We understand that health concerns can be stressful, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration you may have experienced. However, as we discussed, you did not have a scheduled appointment, and our team made every effort to assist you in scheduling a visit at a later time. Primary care appointments are critical for addressing ongoing health issues, and we cannot provide urgent or emergent care over the phone. If your situation requires immediate attention, we recommend visiting an urgent care facility or the emergency room.

Negative experience: If I could leave zero stars I would. Last month I had an appointment for 10:10am, showed up 15 mins early at 9:55. Took 45 mins to even get checked in to the room and get vitals. 10 minutes later the primary comes in asked 2 questions and I'm on my way. Didn't leave until after 11 for what should've been a 2 minute appointment. You would think after all the inconveniences they would work with you, but no. I had made the mistake of scheduling my next appointment with them instead of finding a real doctor. Wrote the wrong day on the calendar, took the day off work go in at the scheduled time and they're not able to see me because they are fully booked. I understand being fully booked. But it's a 2 minute appointment, the office was empty and they wasted my time last month. If you work or have a busier life, this is not the place for you. They refuse to work with you and waste your time if you're early. Do not waste your time or money here.
I’m sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with your appointment. It seems there was a misunderstanding about the appointment date. Although you arrived at the correct time, it was for the wrong date; we were unfortunately fully booked and unable to see you as a result.
Last month, despite your extremely late arrival, we made every effort to fit you into our schedule and provide the care you needed, even if the wait was longer than expected. We strive to offer comprehensive care, which sometimes requires more time than initially planned.
To help avoid scheduling issues such as above, we send three text reminders and two email reminders before each appointment, and we can also provide appointment cards if requested. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your feedback to help us improve our services.

Negative experience: Took my son in for a rash. Dr. Edwards barely glanced at him, proceeded to blow off my concerns and threatened to throw me out for expressing that I would appreciate a Dr who listens and cares. His enormous ego makes him a horrible Dr. I would give minus 10 if possible.

Firstly, we have no record of any patient matching your name in our system. Dr. Edwards, whom you mentioned, has been on vacation for the past few weeks and could not possibly have seen your child. Your claim that he "barely glanced" at your son and "threatened to throw you out" is not only false but also defamatory. Dr. Edwards is a respected professional who always prioritizes the care and well-being of his patients.
Moreover, we have never had an incident where any individual was threatened with expulsion for expressing their concerns. Our team is dedicated to providing attentive and compassionate care, and such behavior is simply not tolerated or practiced at our facility.
It's also worth noting that this user ID has a history of posting false reviews at other locations in the ABQ metro area. This kind of behavior is damaging and unacceptable.
If you genuinely have concerns, we urge you to email us directly at [email protected] so we can investigate this matter thoroughly. However, based on the evidence, we strongly believe this is a false review.

Negative experience: Was sent here by veterans affairs for a disability compensation exam. Biked 4 hours for an appointment so short the doctor didn’t even close the door to the exam room. He also spent most the time worrying about VA formatting that didn’t make sense, and seemed to expect me to know something about it. I’m not a VA employee, just one of their thousands of victims struggling to get help from anyone. I’m sure it will be another waste of my efforts/energy. Based on the doctors effort here, the Veterans Benefits Administration clearly trains providers to match level of care they provide, by doing nothing. Thanks for being another disappointing step in this veterans life. At least I’ll get reimbursed for 40 miles of mileage I guess. Can buy a beer to celebrate.
Hello, Thank you for your review. The exams are formatted to the specifications of the VA. There are times it is a quick visit for 1 question or hours long. As we continued to accept your appointment even though you were nearly 20 minutes late, it had to be sped up slightly. Negative experience: This doctors office doesn't care about their patients. They care more about the protein powder/lotion/ that their selling rather then caring about a patients needs! Will not go back to this medical center. They also set appointments then say the doctor has a family emergency 1 hr before the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Very satisfied with the doctor and nurse answered all of my questions and addressed my needs accordingly. Would highly recommend as the other doctor I had was not very knowledgeable and didn’t have a clue most of the time

Fantastic experience: I recently went to a new place down the street for Botox. The price was high, and I was told I'd need over 60 units in my forehead for any results. I decided to get a second opinion at G&M. They were honest and did not try to over sell me. I have perfect results for far less units! I definitely recommend this location.

Fantastic experience: Had a superb experience and the message was so well done and the masseuse, Janae was very observant and listened to subtle cues to be more gentle that it made the experience all the better. I would highly recommend them. I went in for numb arms and came out feeling good.

Negative experience: Today, my friend was scheduled for a VA appt, December of 2021 and for over 45 minutes could not find the office. He asked offices around and was told he no loger practiced there. I called to try and assist the gentleman, 25 minutes after his scheduled appt. the doctor said "he could not work him in. He had lunch at 12." Shocking! Im confident dr was on time as they rarely run behind, and was now so far behind, he was not willing to fin in a patient who showed up 30 minutes ealy, unable to locate the office and called to get help. Not the way I'd expect anyone to treat a patient, seeking care, and especially a veteran.

Unfortunately, if an individual is over 45 minutes late, the appointment must be rescheduled. Regarding your friend, he called and apologized for missing the appointment as he typed in the wrong number and happily rescheduled. As we are Veteran owned and operated, we take priding in assisting fellow Veterans.
Fantastic experience: Recently, my hyper-pigmented Age Spots have become more noticeable, thinking I had possible Melasma. Fantastic experience: I have had insomnia since i was a child but after a traumatic experience it got very extreme, i was going 3 straight days without sleep, went to multiple doctors in Pres and ended up on 8 different medications that were not effective, one of the worst experiences of my life, and my symptoms were just getting worse. I got a referral to Dr Mark Edwards and he was the first doctor to go through all my medications, made me feel like a human and explained the errors of the meds and how some were just wrong dosages, He removed all but two meds and was very educated to my disease processes and added one other med and for the first time in 4 years I've slept 5 days straight getting 8 hours a night. i feel amazing and am so glad I'm not on all those meds anymore. I wish i had found Dr Edwards so much sooner i would have had a better quality of life. If you want a doctor that actually has time to figure out what's wrong and treats you like a human being this is your doctor, I will always be greatfull as I'm a better father to My daughter now. Thank You Dr. Edwards!!!!!!!!
