Fantastic experience: Awesome little smoothie shop with oxygen bar and lounge that also sells an assortment of minerals and vitamins. Smoothies are super healthy for you. Loaded with nutrients and Good vibes. I always feel good after having had a smoothie from water fusions.

Fantastic experience: I came across this place 4 months ago and it has been life changing. The owners and staff members are so kind and caring and they put so much love into their craft and products. The drinks and smoothies are delicious and nourishing. I took the quantum test and it was able to show me what my body was lacking and what I needed to feel better. This place carries some of the best supplements too! Great for the entire family and a great place to relax and recharge. I highly recommend this place and hope you love it as much as I do.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for years! I’ve loved the smoothies, drinks, and supplements I've gotten here. I finally did the scan test to see what vitamins I needed and it was awesome!! The amount of energy and health I feel I got back from taking them daily really were everything my body was lacking. The test also showed cool things about my mental and emotional health as well, which sounds a little weird but it truly was so scientific that it was very refreshing and empowering to read! I would recommend coming for answers, for health and even if you are in peak health with your body you still could benefit guaranteed!!

The drinks are all so great too and actually work! I was having trouble sleeping once and went and got one of the water fusion drinks for sleeping and it put me right to bed. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Negative experience: Came all the way here (40 mins in total) for frequency test. Waited 15 mins, no one said please wait. Finally asked how much longer and ‘he said 10, would i like to reschedule?’ Barely an apology, totally unnerved that the appt would be 25 minutes after my appointment. Never coming here again. So rude and unprofessional

Fantastic experience: During a road trip, I found this true gem. The owner, DK, is EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgable. I learned a lot about epigenetics and was blown away by the testing accuracy. The drinks and smoothies are delicious all while enjoying oxygen and relaxation. I bought a number drinks to help me on my continued road trip. I am from Colorado and wish this company was in my area…but look forward to ordering from them. Congratulations Salt Lake; you have an amazing business in your city!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love water, fusions, and support this company with my whole heart. The owners are exceptional and will give you all the love concocted into smoothies or water that will raise the vibrations in your life. Their meditation room is a must and they’re outdoor water. Vending machine is so cool. Come and check them out. I highly recommend it.

Negative experience: This place puts essential oils in their smoothies. YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO INGEST ESSENTIAL OILS no matter what the MLM Doterra may claim. I hate to leave a bad review because the person working there was super nice. But this just isn’t safe. Also, I tried one of the waters (the one with beet). I love beets and beet juice, but this tasted terrible and I couldn’t even drink it.

Positive experience: This family business has added greatly to my health journey through personalized service and valuable insights. The DNA testing and accompanying instruction from D.K. provided much-needed, meaningful perspective that continues to guide my lifestyle. The results from the DNA tests are a little challenging to interpret if you're not used to reading them, so come prepared to take notes.

Negative experience: Place is horrible. Won’t honor the groupon I bought even though the print says that it is honorable and can be repurchased ever 180 days. The guy didn’t want to admit they made a mistake and is making me go through all the hoops to get my money back. Honestly just shady business ethics. Update: response from owner is inaccurate. The Groupon didn’t expire. They didn’t honor it because they had a problem with Groupon. BAD BUSINESS

Fantastic experience: A hidden gem in sugar house! I feel so lucky to have found it!!! Staff is very kind and knowledgeable on their products and ingredients! I think the pricing may scare some off but it really shouldn’t. Their ingredients are organic and locally sourced. Fresh and ethically produced beverages are a rare find these days. If it’s your first time get the ki jing! They also have the best lobby area you could ever dream of.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! Smoothies and Juices are great. My favorite is the Orange Coconut Kush. Tastes very similar to a Orange Julius. Just a lot healthier. DK, the owner, is great and very helpful and just a fun person to talk to. They also have a oxygen bar so it’s just a great vibe all around.

Negative experience: The employees had told me that the unlimited refills were for up to 10 jugs per account. DK, the store owner, told me that it is a limit of 3 jugs. I paid for the following month a week IN ADVANCE, but after deciding to cancel, with a rude attitude told me I can’t get that money back. Pretty negative vibe for someone who talks about positive vibes. Also don’t buy any products here. What they sell, sells for about half the price from the original producers of their products and about the same at Natural Grocers. Won’t be going here again.

I have worked in the supplement industry for many years and can deem Water Fusions a high-quality company which supplies optimal nutrition. A few years ago, I had a major surgery, DK and his team at Water Fusions have been an essential part of my healing. ✨ ✨

Fantastic experience: Water Fusions is one of my most favorite establishments in SLC and I can't give high enough praise for the positive impact this place has on me. The owner and his wife are knowledgable in their craft and are able and willing to offer solutions to improve one's well being. The mixologists also bring wonderful energy to the place and they help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They also offer various membership packages (highly recommend exploring this option) with customer loyalty perks and they are open seven days a week.

Negative experience: This is a sad review for me. A few months ago I would have given them more than five stars if allowed. Now i'm hesitant to give them even three. Let me explain! I've been coming to this place for over 2 years now. I've always had an amazing experience up until recently when my boyfriend went out of his way to fill up our water jug. We prepay for our water because we do believe it is fantastic. The problem is when he walked into water fusions there was only one employee working at the time (which is normal) she was handling multiple customers on her own. While she was speaking to a different customer and looking away, she started writing on our water jug, marking off water lines that we have not fulfilled yet (if you are familiar with this place you will understand what I mean by that) no big deal right? Wrong. When my boyfriend stopped her to show her the mistake she was making, she acted like he was trying to steal water from the facility. This is false. People get distracted and make mistakes. It's the fact that she made him out to be a liar and started a fight her place of business (in front of other customers). This information really upset me when he told me about his experience. I didn't believe him for a second because they have always been good to me... Fast forward to a few days ago when it was time for us to get water again. HORRIBLE experience! as we were waiting for our water refill, I was looking around the shop. They have small vials of essential oils on display. I found a vial of melaleuca and the seal was broken, it was displayed in such a way I thought it was a tester (you know, like the ones everywhere where you can smell and get an idea of the oil). I guess I was gravely mistaken by even touching it... I tried to offer the vile to my bf so he could smell it ( I didn't know if he was familiar with Melaleuca) when I held it up to his nose the owner of water fusions lost his mind! he was so rude! he couldn't believe that i "broke the seal" on something that was already opened. He demanded that I give him the vile immediately and how dare I touch it because it could be contaminated.... I explained to him that it was on display, already open, and I thought it was a tester. He threw his hands up and said "I can't believe people do this, give me that"! he practically ripped it out of my hands! I was baffled. He was extremely unprofessional and demanding I was baffled by the way he was outraged. My boyfriend and I both left scratching our heads wondering what the heck just happened. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated and I do not wish to go back. Maybe their "pure" water is getting to their heads a bit much. Needless to say we are going back to water wellness (which by the way the owner of water fusions dissed on big time in an unprofessional manner, stating that their water is glorified tap water lacking the proper alkaline and ph balances). I now just bought ph and alkaline tester strips and I will cross examine each facilities water. The water fusions place threw water wellness under the bus saying their water is bunk so we will see with my results. Not going back if I can help it. both times were very unprofessional and led to an upsetting experience. Hope this helps anyone else. water is tasty service is bunk its expensive - don't waste your time or money.

Fantastic experience: I love water fusions! Ive done one of their cleanses before and I'm about to do another. One of the only places I've ever felt so good after. The cleanse it self tastes great and I didnt feel like I was fasting, I felt super clean and energized. And their customer service is fantastic. Give them a shot!

Fantastic experience: Water Fusions is an oasis in Salt Lake City, hard to find but once you've discovered it, you'll never leave! I tried two of their "I Am" drinks and some alkaline water. All delicious. I love that I can return the bottles for money off my next drink too. Water Fusions for the win!

Negative experience: Door says hours are M-F 10 to 7. I work, and I take time out of my workday to be at your store during that time. It's 10:15 am and you are not open. No sign on your door explaining the reason or saying "back in a minute", no recording on your voicemail saying you are closed. I wish I knew WHEN you are really available. This means a third attempt today to see if you are really open.

Fantastic experience: I come Here five times a week, I love So many of the drinks, depending on my mood, I usualy Go for an after party, or the Pineapple Express. The immune Taughty is great for if your sick! The staff is Great and if you get the membership, you can enjoy free add ins. And use the message chairs and oxygen bar. One of my best and looked forward to daily stops.

Fantastic experience: I'm so excited I found water fusions!! I've been struggling with health issues for about 3 yrs now. I saw a Groupon for a 3 day cleanse and thought why not. After I did the cleanse I felt better than i have in years!!! I didn't realize how bloated and run down i was. I also did an allergy test because i knew I had food allergies, it was so informative and helped me know which foods to stay away from. Everyone I've met who works there are amazing, informative and clearly have a desire to help in any way they can. Plus there food I bought is so yummy!! 5 stars all the way!!

Fantastic experience: Love this place. The water infusion are carefully crafted creations that include vitamins, minerals, herbs. You can also get some great smoothies that have fresh nuts and fruit plus some fantastic healthy inclusions. There is a lot to choose from, You have to try their protein snacks too, they are to die for. Great people who work there too.

Negative experience: When the cleanse didn't work with my body and made me terribly ill, the workers were not understanding at all, and refused to refund me for the amount. Terrible customer service, which is sad because they should want to help you instead of frustrate you.

The owner is so nice, and very very knowledgeable regarding overall wellness. She always insists on bringing my purchases out to my car for me. The 3 day cleanse has changed my life. I feel much lighter, and healthier with more energy than ever. I will forever be a customer of this place!

Dennis and Andrea are so knowledgeable and friendly.They help you get exactly what you need, be it a drink to boost your immune system or something to help energize and invigorate you, and make you feel so welcome while they are at it. I really can't say enough about it. Go check them out and treat yourself to a drink, a massage, and an all around positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Got sick on Thursday night. Vomiting. Laid around trying to feel better for a day and a half. All food made me want to be sick. I had to work Saturday and was pretty sure I would die on the job. 1 1/2 hours before my shift began my husband brought me some water fusion. I drank it and felt tons and tons better. I was able to go to work and I can now eat solid food again. This stuff is fir real and amazing. Love it!
