I’ve been going for several years and have never had a bad experience. Francis and staff are very kind, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They keeps your records on file and the esthetician reviews it and you skin before making a recommendation for type of treatment to use for that visit. They take time with you and doesn’t rush. Prices are very good. Very convenient parking lot. I would recommend without hesitation. Service is out standing!!

Fantastic experience: I went to the spa a couple weeks ago, starting from the location, it is great, parking was easy, the front desk lady was friendly. I did a facial detox and I loved the results. Dr. Francie gave me some recommendations and I will be visiting them again for sure. Highly recommended

Negative experience: I had a consultation with Summer she is the office manager, she sold me a package of laser treatment. She is a very nice person, she explained everything to me but I had a bad experience with the other ladies Rose and Diana they were rude and make me feel very uncomfortable I won’t explained the details but I hope I don’t regret it paying for the treatment. Js

Negative experience: Do not use with Groupon, you get lower quality/quantity service. Scheduled my week vacation around getting a face peel so I'd have enough time heal. I was very specific as to what I expected from a facial peel, what I wanted in the initial consultation. The lady (forgot her name) said sure we can do that through Groupon..yet they still managed to screw up. After I got the procedure done nothing happened. No peeling whatsoever. I called them and they weren't sure what happened.. I was upset because again I could of done something else with my once a year vacation and now is not only ruined but didn't even get my peel. They did refund me but the damage is done. Needless to say I recommend you stay away.

Negative experience: Micro needling procedure was bad. Really bad. The session was only about 10 minutes which is actually supposed to be at least 20-25 min session. and top it off she did not use enough anesthesia cream on my face so I had to flinch and take the painful needles on my face. Very unprofessional. I’ve never experienced this in any other place I’ve done this before. Even after I asked her to please put more numbing she kept going. No mask used after either . I’ve been here twice more than a year ago. But this was not a pleasant experience and will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: I recently went to the Pines location and Melissa was my esthetician and she was amazing! I went in clueless of how to treat my skin and she was very kind and informative. She had a gentle hand being that I was getting a peel with a microdermabrasion. I notice people purchase treatments without knowing what they are even buying and Melissa and the other girls are very kind to explain and offer other solutions to our skin concerns. I highly recommend this spa , they are affordable and you see the reaults. My skin has a glow!

Positive experience: Estuve por primera vez en aplicación de Botox. Después de visitar el local por 3 veces pues la primera aplicación y la segunda no funcionó y la tercera visita la doctora Francis me cambio el producto y tampoco me hizo nada. No entiendo???Me he aplicado Botox en otros lugares y me funciona hasta por 9 meses. Realmente la atención es súper. Pero perdí mi dinero. Solo trabajo un poquito en la frente.

Negative experience: Bought a Groupon but have been calling number over and over again to schedule and never get an answer. Can't leave a voicemail. Don't know if i should just ask Groupon for my money back.

Positive experience: Going to be completely honest so here goes.... Located in a commercial building, there aren't any signage inside the building indicating the office location. Nice size parking lot and three elevators available. I almost left the office after entering the office. The guy behind the counter kept the window closed and all the walls are bare it felt very uninviting in the waiting area.There is like a 14 inch television in the waiting room (no kidding) BUT it does a Comcast cable so that was definitely a plus. My major issue with the front office was the closing of the glass window, I work in the customer service industry and I felt as if I was not wanted there and this was my very first visit. I waited nearly an hour past my scheduled appointment to be seen. I'm so glad I waited it out. The technician was very pleasant, she took her time on me, and I could see instant results when I left. I even scheduled several follow up sessions. I do look forward to continuing my treatment here, I hope that the customer service improves in the front office though.
