Fantastic experience: I shop here, and always a friendly service with the smile. Victims are good really if your sluggish pick up so life's fortune vitamins. Best I've tried. And I've tried a lot of vitamins these get into your blood street not go right through like a lot of them do.... don't brake down very good. But life fortune works... have a great winter because it's here and so are the holidays. Enjoy

Negative experience: I’ve visited this store on July 28 at 1:16 in the afternoon. There was a girl with color hair leaning up against a register on her cell phone. Never once did she say ha never once did she asked if I needed help never once did she look up on her phone to even realize that anybody else was in the store. I will never go back here and I hope that that girl loses her job in this day and age I know it’s so common for everybody to just be able to have a cell phone and be on it at any time but when I come in there and I am in desperate need of somebody to guide me in the right direction for several minutes and you can’t even acknowledge that I exist because you’re on your cell phone I hope the owners of this are reading it Thursday, 28 July at 1:16 you got a girl with colored hair leaning up against the counter on her cell phone

Negative experience: Yesterday I went into buy pill machine for herbs out of two employees they new nothing about machine. I misread the box and thought it took three different size capsule. Took back with me today and explained asked if they had that size nope asked when they were coming in oh not till next year. Well thanks for all your customer service when I left store yesterday they asked if I wanted receipt and stupid I said no so no refund so I could get something that works. My fault on that but this store was never like that before always helpful and knowledgeable guess those days are over. This is not the first visit recently that was not good.

Fantastic experience: I'm from out of town so I read the reviews before going in. I did not give Jane Does review any merit since she didn't even use her real name. I'm glad I didn't, I was in and out in 5 minutes and had 2 associates helping me. They had everything I needed. Very friendly, helpful and clean

Negative experience: Awful store, never had what I need, and the staff is rude and weird. With all the good options in Eugene, no need to go to this stinker.

Negative experience: I won't go in there again. The staff bother shoppers constantly, as if they are paranoid that all their shoppers are stealing stuff. No joke, they stand at the end of the aisle you are in, and monitor you. Then they ask you numerous times if you need help. When you do ask for help, they act annoyed that they have to help you. I think I dress and behave "normally," and I carry a very small purse. However, I feel kind of harassed every time I go in. Maybe, before they bought that place, they should have taken ten minutes to figure out that establishing their business in downtown Springfield, close to a high school and the bus depot, wasn't a great plan when they are obsessively protective of fifty dollar supplements sitting on shelves...
