Positive experience: This is the best supplement store in the area and I love it but every time I come here I have to wait for the same reason. It’s pretty annoying. See attached photo.

For about 15 years, I was very committed to working out and utilizing supplements, but have fallen off in the last year due to life. Darius did an excellent job providing honest input on various supplements and recommendations based on my needs; without ever being “pushy”. In addition, the store’s prices and selection are great!

Negative experience: Just to let everybody know before buying any product at this store, take mine that they will not Exchange or return your money if the product is clumpy with brown clumps Or has a foul taste to it They do not care if you’re not satisfied with the product that’s the least of their worries they’re out for the money only I went in there with good faith asking for a pre-workout they recommended me and sold me something they were just trying to get off their shelf to make room for more new products it said that for $39.99 they rather lose a customer and get a negative review, then by just simply exchanging a product This store definitely has no customer satisfaction regards and does not care if the product Is up to your standards please buy your products at The Nutrition depot in Pasadena on Fairmont They are the best and will return and exchange and also give you free samples I should’ve went there from the beginning, but because I’m 40 minutes away, I decided to give this store a try because it was closer I will never do that again ☹️ I learned my lesson

Fantastic experience: Definitely a regular at this place!!! Well stocked and fair prices. Knowledgeable staff…especially Darius. He always has answers to my questions and suggestions for products to meet my needs. Sometimes I even pick up a couple of “pearls of wisdom” ease dropping on a conversation he’s having with another customer. I’ll even slowdown retrieving what I came to buy so that I can hear his whole explanation!! Highly recommend this place if you’re into making progress in the gym.

Negative experience: I recently had the most disappointing experience at Nutrition Depot-Katy Freeway (THIS LOCATION ONLY), and I feel compelled to share my frustration and dissatisfaction with their poor customer service and failure to uphold the communicated return policy. I have been a loyal customer of Nutrition Depot for several years, but my recent encounter has left me extremely dissatisfied. On May 29, 2023, I went to Nutrition Depot-Katy Freeway to purchase my typical protein powder, Nutrabio’s Whey Protein Isolate in Alpine Vanilla. Despite there being none on the shelves, the store attendant was able to retrieve a container from the back of the store. Nevertheless, based on a positive recommendation from the store attendant, I purchased a tub of Nutrabio’s Grass Fed Whey protein powder in the "Vanilla Bean Ice Cream" flavor instead. However, upon opening the product and trying it, I was utterly disappointed with the taste. It was nothing like the promised "good" vanilla flavor; instead, it had an unpleasant and very obvious artificial taste that I could not bear. Hoping to exercise my right to a return or exchange, I promptly returned to the store the next day (May 30, 2023). To my surprise, the staff member I encountered was unsympathetic and uncooperative. They outright denied my request, claiming that taste dissatisfaction did not qualify for a return or exchange. This response contradicted what I had been told in previous visits when I was assured that I could return a product if I found the taste unsatisfactory within a reasonable time frame. Despite there not being a conspicuous return policy posted in the store, the treatment I received during this interaction was disrespectful and unprofessional. Not only was the staff member dismissive, but Nutrition Depot-Katy Freeway failed to uphold their own verbal return policy, leaving me feeling deceived and disheartened. As a loyal customer, I have always trusted in the quality and customer service provided by Nutrition Depot-Katy Freeway, but this incident has shattered my confidence in their brand. I firmly believe that a company's success is built on customer satisfaction and their ability to address issues promptly and efficiently. Unfortunately, Nutrition Depot-Katy Freeway has shown a severe lack of commitment to these principles.

Fantastic experience: Best Sports Nutrition shop in Houston. The store is always stocked with product and the staff is very knowledgeable. They also have a Free Inbody Machine and some of the staff will actually help you with your goals or refer you to someone who can.

Negative experience: Are you guys ever open or answer the phone?

Fantastic experience: I live in cypress neer the outlets, we have one of this location neer my house but definitely I will drive all the way to this one in memorial, the Guy (Derek) I think is his name he help me alot with the cuestions I have so the store is full of products not like the one in cypress

Fantastic experience: Found the most powerful preworkout I've taken by far there (Dark Energy). Then I also found a Christmas gingerbread man flavored protein for I believe 23 dollars. Everything there is priced good ill be back soon.

Negative experience: This location is overpriced. I normally go to a different location, but this one was convenient to me. I purchased a preworkout that I thought was a little overpriced, but bought anyway since I was already there. Well this morning I called the Nutrition Depot I normally go to and turns out the price difference was $14! I will never go there again.

Fantastic experience: Today was my fifth return to this store for my supplements and vitamins in the last year or so, and every time I go I find much better prices than what I can find for most items online. Also, the gentlemen who runs the store there is very well informed and always super helpful! I was recommended this place by a coworker, and now I recommend it to everyone I know who buys supplements. The store is simple and well kept, easy to find what you're looking for. Will continue to buy here for the foreseeable future.
