Fantastic experience: Bertania and Jess.... very helpful with all my weight loss needs. Not only for myself but answered questions about my 17 yo son. Very friendly!!! Highly recommend coming in!

Fantastic experience: I was helped by Britana, Jess and Katrina at the west side. In 12 visits I lost 5 and 3/4 “ with Vanquish Me. The process was simple very relaxing for 30 minutes. The ladies were very personable and take great care of you while you are here. They offered encouragement and suggestions to keep on the caloric deficit which is the hardest part but very doable if you really want to lose the inches. I highly recommend this procedure to get the results you want. Be sure to come to the Westside and be taken care of by these ladies.

Negative experience: I can't really say if this service works or not. I signed up to do the EM Sculpt/Vanquish and wanted my thighs and butt areas treated. So they worked all areas I wanted into the treatment plan. At the end of my 6 weeks, no visible results. Then I was told by Fitshop it would've worked better if I would have just focused on 1 area. I feel like that should have been shared with me when I signed up. Aren't they the professionals giving us correct information and guidance? Regardless of what I wanted, I should have been told 'No, you need to focus on just 1 to get the results you are looking for in that area' but I was not told that. I do feel like this was a complete waste of time and money. I paid a lot of money because I believed what I was told. Disappointed.

Negative experience: When you first go to get info about their services they are very nice and professional. First couple of visits fine. Last couple of appointments was not the same person that I originally started with. Didn't like the out come of my treatments. To me pictures look like they were edited. Don't recommend.

Negative experience: Never lost anything and then they asked for 6k after that they added it to mycredit score. Big big scam. Don't do this it doesn't work

Fantastic experience: I worked with Jess, Britana and other staff at the Westside Fitshop in Albuquerque. The entire staff is great! I tried Emsculpt and Vanquish. Both treatments are effective.

Negative experience: I felt that the vanquish-me machine was a was a waste of time and money.

Jess is very knowledgeable about many aspects of physical fitness needs. She provides incredible, professional service and a large quantity of health products are available at the Fitshop. With the use of EMSCULPT equipment and recommendations on better eating habits and health supplements I am empirical evidence that inches can be removed from the waistline in a few weeks. If you have a special event coming up soon and need to reduce your pant size, then I recommend you contact Jess, she is amazing! In addition, ask Jess about the DNA testing, available at Fitshop, to best map your genes with nutrition. Truth is not everything we eat is best for our body type. The test is easy, a simple swab of the inside of your mouth. That’s sent off to a lab for analysis, Fitshop gets the results a few weeks later and shares them with you.

Fantastic experience: The 1st day I came in Jessica and I sat down and I told her where I wanted to be. She listened to me very carefully and told me. These could be my options. I went ahead and joined the program and she has been a professional thru. And through through my time being there. I recommend her very highly.

Fantastic experience: I was really unhappy with my belly, so I went in for a consultation. I met with Jess who was incredibly kind, and supportive; but most importantly—motivational! She recommended EmSculpt treatments for me and I had amazing results. Halfway through my 6 week treatment plan, I lost inches and my clothes fit so better and I felt great. I loved that she was interested in my overall wellbeing. I mentioned I for several years, I had difficulty sleeping. After an assessment, she recommended a couple of supplements targeting energy during the day and my sleep at night. I have to tell you, I’ve never felt better! Overall, I lost 12 inches with the EmSculpt treatment (this is without exercise, mind you). Using Detoxin, Hypercor and Restor, I’ve lost 18 pounds following her post-treatment recommendations. Fantastic experience: I have been at this Nutrishop/Fitshop for almost year and I have to say it is one of my best investments. The staff is really nice and helpful and my current fitness coach Miranda has helped me make significant progress towards my goals. She has made meal plans that cater to what I usually eat which makes losing weight a lot easier. I definitely recommend at least a visit to get weighed and have an in-body scan done so you can see how the weight is stored in your body.

With the menus tgg if at Miranda designed for me and the the supplements she wanted me to take I lost 30 pounds of fat and lost 4 inches in my waist. Negative experience: Terrible customer service...Walked in, no one was up front. Looked around for a little while, sat down. Waited for 20 minutes and no one came out... So I left. Really disappointed..

She helps me set reasonable goals, always answers my questions in a timely manner, is very encouraging, and offers great healthy alternatives for my favorite foods. She is so supportive and I honestly could not have met my goals without her. All the staff here is so nice and welcoming!

Negative experience: Called to find out what a weight loss product I saw advertised would cost, as I am on a budget and did not want to drive to the store if it was out of my price range. First seems most of the stores listed in New Mexico don't exist anymore. Finally got an answer at the 3rd store I tried in Cottonwood Corners, and was told that it is against company policy to give prices of products over the phone, I could come in to see the prices. So basically they are so expensive that if they quote prices over the phone they wouldn't sell anything. This is not a good marketing strategy! I will not make a special trip to your store to see the cost, I will take my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Vince LaVolpa helped me with my goals many times at the east side location. He is very knowledgeable not just about his products but in sports nutrition and physiology. He won't sell you something just to sell it. He brings good customer service and science together to get your body in the shape you are looking for. Glad to see him on the west side!
