Fantastic experience: I absolutely felt comfortable during the entire experience. The receptionist was very welcoming and attentive. The staff who aided in my treatments were amazing! The colonic experience itself felt great and so did the Sauna. I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you Nereyda, Mary, and, Ashleen!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an IV boost treatment from MWS and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with warm and friendly service by the staff. They made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire process.

Negative experience: First of all I payed 2400 for a weight loss program that includes the clean start which I haven’t seen no results… plus i hate every time you get a service that you already payed for before you leave the receptionist has the audacity to ask you for tips and it’s has to be 20 or more ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Can I just say my colonic was amazing it actually felt good lol. I definitely feel much lighter and will be returning for my second and third session. Thanks Joely for explaining the procedure from start to finish❤️❤️

Negative experience: I must say I am a fan of this place, but in reality on from the social pages. I have what I now have confirmed is TMJ but at the time of my appointment was concerned that I may have had a sinus infection. I am aware that there are conflicting reports on "Ear Candling" but I decided to take a chance and get it done if it would in any way alleviate the pain I was experiencing. I did the canceling on Thurs, 9/8, as the days went on the pain then moved to my ear, like an ACHING pain. I finally went to an ENT (Ear Nose & Throat Doctor) on Tues 9/13 who IMMEDIATELY was like "did you do Ear Candling", to which I replied yes. He's like you literally have all of this crud on your ear drums from that, which is what is causing the aching in my ears. He had to then put solution in my ears & deep clean them essentially. All that to say, I would NOT recommend anyone getting this done, not here and not anywhere. Unless you want a large doctor bill a few days later.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Wellness Solutions since they were on 156st and 3rd ave. I love their products, the girls are kind and so helpful. I love how clean the place is. Even my 12 years old daughter get her facial done here. If you need of a beautiful spa for your beauty and health call them they will help you with any questions or concerns you might have. Big shout out to Nereida, Indira, Jocelyn, Ruth and the rest of the girls at both the bronx and their new site in Harlem.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client for just a few months and I feel like family! The entire staff is professional, attentive and just overall awesome! Their programs and treatments are reasonably priced and not a quick fix which was right up my alley. This way I train my body and mind to eat better to feel better and look better and continue to do it afterwards. You should definitely try MWS!!! ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! Super clean, modern equipment. Very efficient, kind and friendly personnel. The colonics is great, but they also offer lymphatic drainage and other services, high quality and the price is affordable! They are THE gem in the Bronx. Highly advice! I have already booked next sessions to try out their other services. They are not pushy about offering extra services and definitely just propose, so if you want a one off or more sessions, it's your choice! if You want to feel better, this place is for you.

Negative experience: I don’t know how they can make money or meet new clients if then take walk-ins or answer the phone calls. Idk I’ve tired multiple times to call to speak with a consultant no answer then I try to go in person & the receptionist doesn’t even give me a just to say want I need or want because then don’t take walk-ins smh. Bad business at least answer the phone why do you have a receptions for ? Plus then don’t even let you buy products they have on Display why display it if no one is allowed in

Fantastic experience: I have been utilizing the services provided by My Wellness Solutions for about 5 years. The staff are knowledgeable polite and respectful. They make you feel comfortable and deliver services in a professional manner. During the 5 years, I received several of the services provided by My Wellness Solutions including, colonic and sudatonc. I must say that these services are excellent and deliver as promised. I will not hesitate to refer my friends and family to My Wellness Solutions!!

Negative experience: The receptionist is terrible. This is an email I attempted to send via their website. The front desk receptionist, who also says she is the assistant manager did not disclose the proper information to me. I opened an account on 4/7/2021 with care credit under the impression that I would be getting all services on the selected package. The package was the Nutrition Detox at $950 with a tax total of $1,033.13. The services were changed to include ear candling instead of the original Lymphatic Massage. The package has a complimentary $150 in supplements which I was told on 4/7/21. Today 4/15/21, I went in to confirm the order of services that I would be getting, because as of 4/8/21 I decided not to go with ear candling due to the fact that my ears were hurting from the first session on 4/7/21. The receptionist informed me today 4/15/21, that I would not be getting the Ionic foot detox services due to the pandemic, and that I could "Wait until Hopefully next month if services come back". This information was never disclosed to me on 4/7/21. Now, I chose not to wait because she was not sure if services were coming back, and there were no other services to switch with, as the Ionic foot detox alone is $45 and nothing else is that low in price. She also said to me "If you are unsatisfied I can cancel the package and refund the entire amount with exception to the ear candling of $90 with tax a total of $97.88 from 4/7/21". I said ok. The refund was processed, and then she explained that I needed to bring back the complimentary supplements between today 4/15/21, and Monday 4/19/21, and if I didn't I would be charged for them. Check the attached images for the price breakdown. You will see that the Complimentary Supplements are not a part of the total price of $1033.13. Even the refund price did not include the Complimentary Supplements because: IT WAS NEVER CHARGED FOR. AS THEY ARE COMPLIMENTARY. My question is: If they are complimentary, how can you ask for them back? and Two: If I am paying $97.88 out of the $1033.13 for the service, again, How can you ask for something that is complimentary back? Also, Your receptionist/assistant manager failed to inform me of the services being discontinued until further notice on the initial date of service. That is bad business practices. Just as I also expressed to her and instead of owning her wrong, she decided to say to me "sorry you're having a hard time understanding the details of the services". Very unprofessional and dismissive. She also stated, "I will let management know that you do not want to return the supplements and you can go online and send an email there if you want to speak to management". Again, very disrespectful and dismissive. All of this could have been avoided if she did her job correctly by informing me that the ionic foot detox was discontinued. Or any other service on my package for the matter. Instead, she chose to withhold information to get a sale. When I questioned her about this she clearly didn't care as she responded with "Oh, well we do not tell people that". I will not be bringing the complimentary supplements back as they are just that, Complimentary. The supplements price is not included in the: Nutrition Detox 7-week program package price. Which your receptionist also tried to say it was. In conclusion, this was a terrible experience. Your assistant manager/receptionist needs more training. She makes the place look bad. Also, If you charge my card for $150, I will dispute the charge. Aside from that, The lady who performed my ear candling service was nice. Unfortunately ear candling causes more harm than good. I am still dealing with the backlash from doing the service. Update after their response 4/16/21 I do not give a sh*t how long you been in business. You got the right one, and a second hole was ripped in your as*. Do better and stop scamming people. This is exactly why y’all know damn well y’all aint going to charge my card. Make whatever excuse you want. Got nerves lmao.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here since 2014. MWS helped me so much with my skin, issues I had for a really long time. Their facials are amazing. You feel like you are a part of the family when you come to the store. They are very knowledgeable and always remember all the little details about those areas that you are working on, whether weight loss, hormone therapy, skincare etc. Love their massages and sauna as well! Definitely a place to have their monthly membership.

Fantastic experience: I was having problems with losing weight for the past 20 +years. I had seen this place for a while but not until this year did I decide to go in and see what they could do to help me. I am so glad I did. They are amazing and the staff are so professional and insightful and it's working. Go if you are having problems with losing weight and nothing has worked.

Negative experience: BEWARE!!!!!! I paid for a $900 package, they make you purchase all these supplements EVERY TIME you check out. I tried their laser contour treatment (not included in the package)- the lady told me I had back fat and I was so uncomfortable. You go there to kick start your process! I am far from overweight and I felt worse about myself every time I left. To the point that it pained me to go. I had 5 treatments left and couldn't see myself ever walking in there again! I had to fight for the money back through my credit card- ( they weren't going to give me my money back in total- only a fraction). I signed a contract, but I didn't sign up for feeling worse and being forced to buy additional stuff (also, the prices for the supplements/ dietary pills are overpriced even with the discount). Do yourself a favor and go to they gym and seek a REAL nutritionist!!! OH! Also, if you look on their Instagram, their contour service shows a before and after that states "after one treatment"--after my service the lady showed me that same photo and told me it was after 10 SERVICES!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have done 2 packages for colonics and Lymphatic massages I’ve also had the foot soak I love the Sanna and the cavitation has my Waze looking tight and is getting rid of the fat on my back. The women are so knowledgeable and professional that I cannot say enough about the service. Five stars in my book.

Negative experience: Too expensive for lymphatic massages with radio frequency. Most places charge 600 for 10 massages and these people are charging 1000 for 10 massages.

Positive experience: I had my first colonic at the Harlem office 2 weeks ago. I was the first appointment so the place was clean & the staff was wonderful. I scheduled my next colonic for 2 weeks after that. I canceled my appointment 3 days prior to the appointment, received confirmation that my appointment was cancelled & they still charged my card $73 the day of appointment. When dealing with this place try to use cash only. UPSET CUSTOMER

Fantastic experience: From beginning to end (no pun intended lol) every step was explained to me and I was treated like a VIP from the very start..my specialist was Violet and she was awesome! I'll be back next week. And this might sound crazy, but after the procedure was over I not only felt lighter and "clearer" but I was and still am in a great mood.. anyway, needless to say I will be back for more because it's an inexpensive way to feel and look great

Positive experience: I scheduled a colonic and deep pore facial at MWS, the Harlem location, on a Saturday. The staff was very pleasant. Violet was very comforting and offered a lot of information during the colonic. She made me feel less uncomfortable, being that it was my first time. The facial was amazing. My skin felt great afterwards. My only complaint is that it is now Monday, and I am still experiencing stomach pains. I don't know if this is normal and it was not formally discussed with me if there would be any side effects to the colonic. Also, I would've appreciated a general info or FAQ sheet after the colonic that described what I would be feeling in the days to come or what was safe to eat right after the colonic or for the days following. I think if this was incorporated into the service, it would be much better.

Fantastic experience: When I first started I was very constipated and bloated. My mid session was a mess and not in accordance with the rest of my body. After my first colonic I could feel the difference, I simply felt better. The ladies at the center taught me how to slowly start changing my eating habits without letting it become a stressor. At the end of my third and last session my stomach was close to flat and overall I felt so good. My skin has started to even out and my mood has changed for the better. I recommend everyone to go to the center and try it out . I assure you it will change your life.

At first I was nervous because I had no idea of what to expect but with the guide of Ms. Violet (certified Colon Hydro therapist) she made my first colonic experience the best. Violet made me feel very comfortable discussing my bowel movements and gave me great advice on how to improve my eating habits. Fantastic experience: I went to MWS for a holistic alternative to a tonsillectomy. My tonsils were always swelling up and causing strep throat. It got so bad that in 2012, I had strep throat 4 times and was ready to get the surgery to remove my tonsils. MWS sent me a natural cleanse and immunity defense kit and I'm happy to say that it's been almost a year since I've been hit with strep throat or had any throat issues. Thanks MWS!
